I have not ever lived in the place, but I have known people who have lived there and when they were living from then to now Im impressed with the upkeep of the whole place.

This MHP is the absolute best park around. Nice black top roads and parking spots. The residents are clean and keep there lots in good shape. The crew keeps up with the snow and park up keep daily. We are planning on moving there in a few years. Its definitely a top notch park. And WM does a fine job picking up the trash.

Its really great. Its a great place to live if u have kids. There are lots of other kids to play with. A lot of the houses are really nice.

Clean. But very expensive lot rent, for how little space you get. Rent keeps raising. Very unaffordable. Plows shove snow back into your driveways. But good management team. Can be really busy though. Very nice people. People drive really fast in the park. Speed limit is 10.

I give this community 5stars. The staff and managers are all very helpful. I say this for my husband is blind and I am disabled we both need help to live .and We both get all the help we need by living in this community

Well maintained trailer home park.

The park is upscale compared to other mobile home parks. A lot of the homes are newer, and it seems like a decent place to live.

Spendy but worth it keeps the rift raft out. The place is kept up well. Nice community, bus comes thru there frequently, gas station close by. Its very welcoming.

Was just visiting family there. Pretty well layed out. Dont know how much rent is there.
