The Manager Chad runs around like a High school principal, trying to give everyone detention, and complaining about any and every minor thing. I am glad I never had to live there and deal with his nonsense.

I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. They removed the playground stating that they were going to get a more up to date one but 2 full sets of rate increases and still nothing. I have seen people moving out left and right and just try to pay your rent in person... they are never in the office during their posted hours. Ok, never is harsh more like 1 out of 15 times.

Rent was pretty reasonable when I moved in over 10 years ago. Every year they raise the rent 10 to 15 dollars for Increased maintenance cost so they say. My rent has increased to around 75℅ in the last 10 years. Example it was $250.00 a month when I moved in andIt is now over $400.00. I just wonder when they will stop raising the cost. I mean come on its still a trailer park. Or there fancy word is Its a mobile home community yeah OK. You can polish a turd but in the end its still a turd! top dollar on a lot you will never own.

This is probably the nicest mobile home park in the twin ports area. It seems that the lawn work / snow removal is prompt.
