Management is just M.I.A and kinda ignores new customers. Ive seen residents being sold trailers that should be condemned. The new ones are nice... Just know they tend to ignore everyone unless its pay day.

Absolutely atrocious. I messaged them on September 20th wanting for info on a home that they listed on Facebook marketplace. No response. Tried calling, emailing, and messaging multiple times with no response. Finally went up to try to look at them in person. No one was in the office. I finally got an email back on October 20th. They told me to come back to the park to look at them and gave me the maintenance guys number. So I went again and no one was in the office and the maintenance guy was busy and couldnt show me the homes that day. I tried emailing again asking for more info and to make an offer on the home. They finally email me back on October 27th and tell me that they have accepted an offer on the home. Despicable. I wanted to buy this home over a month ago.

This park is starting to see some improvements and getting new homes in currently. If you are looking for affordable housing I would recommend checking this place out.

Managment is getting to know each and every one of us

Very spiritual place. Great location for water protector s. The park appears to be forward thinking. So far so good.

Not the greatest place to live but the manager does a great job and is steady making improvements. You receive free internet and cable and you cant complain with the price of the lot rent

Well, between corporate handovers and what seems to be a form of extortion in ways, I find that this so called Pleasant View is not as described, more Ganglike Corporate Terrace.The park manager is a good man, he does his job as he should. Helps a lot of people here as well. Just sucks that these companies try to drain, strain, and replace tenants/trailers just to make a better profit. Ive watched this place grow, now only to shrink slowly, by force or by choice. Lets not forget the shady tactics they take on about leases. Remember; we have laws about this, and we are losing our battle.

Pretty well rundown, most of the trailers are dumps. Maybe one nice one in the back.

Do not go here unless you really need to and even then it would be cleaner and safer at the bus station bathroom. Poor driving conditions and the stares from anyone outside when you drive through are very unnerving. It creeped me out and I hope no never have to go back
