Some of the best mountain bike trails in the Midwest. The flowy trails can be ridden by beginners but have jumps and lots of optional tech sections/jump lines that are fun for people or all skill levels.

The bike trails flow is fo sho the best you gonna find in the Midwest. The berms are impeccably manicured, very deep and steep and speed inducing. The jumps are the best feeling. Good variety with smooth dirt or rocky rooty technical bits, great jumps, wooded sections and open prairie, uphill and downhill. Fun, fun, fun! Incredible design. The climbs are enjoyable. The berms are addicting. The flow is so good the whole way through its just nuts!

Being from out of state, I would like to compliment the caretakers of IPP, wow !Very impressed, to be fair I only had time for one run through, but I thoroughly enjoyed!I will be back! I could spend an entire day here, great MTB trails

One of the best trails for mountain biking I’ve been on, gives you a taste of everything you’d expect from a mountain biking trail. Great incline hills, quick descents and some advanced jumping rises.

Professionally designed and constructed natural surface singletrack, some of the (if not THE) best in Iowa - at the time of this review (Fall 2019). Beautiful forest, prairie, and a variety of trail experiences to provide a tour of this magnificent property. Kudos to the partnership between Dubuque County Conservation and the Tri-State Mt. Bike Riders for the trails, what an asset for citizens and visitors to the area!

Hands down the best mountain bike trail that Ive been on. The paths are amazing and they have beginner and more intermediate parts. Would highly highly recommend.

Refreshingly different than most of the other off road bike trails in Iowa.

IPP was simply some of the most fun Ive had on a mountain bike. With its big swooping berms to its natural rock features, IPP will have you wanting to visit again!

Only bad bad thing is that parking is limited. Most of the trails are intermediate, with one that is VERY advanced. These trails are some of the best in the entire Midwest!
