Its cool but the power in some homes keep cutting on and off

So I’ve decided to change my review. They have fixed the problems that needed to be fixed. It was not a good start to living here but I believe they are under new management and are working to make things better. It is a peaceful neighborhood and a nice place to live.

Do NOT I repeat DO NOT waste your money here not only are they one of the most expensive mobile home communities but they are the WORST!! They never answer the phone and have failed to refund my 1400 security deposit after I asked for it back seeing my house wasn’t ready a MONTH after original date promised!!! They STILL don’t even have a date!!!! They are the WORST!!!!!

This lace needs a lot of repairs and up grading. The Ladies who run tis park have poor customer servicesThey give looks at people whom drive through like theyve committed crime instead of welcoming.

Have friends living here . Really good atmosphere and neighborhood

I have received the best customer service at Plantation Estates mobile home community, Ms Magda and Ms Yadira was the best! Never before have I experienced such care and patience, these ladies represent your establishment with compassion and sincerity.We are looking to moving into the community.

I felt that I was being discriminated against by this place because Im white. Was wanting to live here but I dont think I was wanted cause of my race.

I have notified the BBB they are going to set up an investigation/ expection on plantation Estates and lakeside trailer park...There are 83 complaints with the BBB about plantation Estates and lakeside trailer park in Lithiasprings, Georgia.I do not want you to have to throw your money away.They do not do thier job, They promise you things that never get done. They scan your calls before they answer it.Please dont make the mistake I made..

If there was a ZERO STAR theyd get that. Worst place ever!! Before we even moved in we started having issues. We were relocating from another city and had very limited time to find a place. We just wanted something cheap to rent fast. I informed the lady (Yira) I had all the money we needed which included security deposit app fee and pet fee. She said just give her the app fee. Later that day we get a call saying someone else got the home we were trying to rent because they brought their security deposit first. First lie. Knowing we basically had no choice they forced us into a more expensive mobile home. After then the flood gates opened. Mgr lied about having the home cleaned (Magna or Magda) telling my fiancé she cleaned it then telling me she had a crew clean it when there was hair in the bathrooms everywhere and everything was just filthy. The last thing you want to do after moving all day is clean. We get told of an ant problem after we move in, theres poison ivy around one end of our place, theres donkeys on the other side of the fence!!?!! Im not making this up trust me I wish I was things like this I felt we should have been informed ahead of time. We find out secret charges we werent told on our lease of which we were only given 7 pages of 21. Gave us a notice to mow the grass even though the Gold Key Service we pay for is supposed to do that among other things they havent even came by to check even though we got a notice over a month ago saying they were coming within 2 weeks. We go in the office to get answers and all we get is I dont know or thats what it is no real explanations. Theyre so used to getting over on people that dont know their rights they dont know how to act when presented with a real situation. Mgr called the cops on us for getting into an argument with her. What kind of property manager calls the cops on her residents?? Guilty people run from situations they can no longer lie their way out of. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT EVER EVER NEVER RENT BUY LIVE ASSOCIATE OR EVEN COME NEAR Yes properties. Especially Plantation Estates in Douglasville, GaSay NO to Yes!!!!!!!!!Magna and Yira work in the leasing office and will trick you without even blinking an eye!
