My new favorite spot to go exploring! Be careful not to get lost, I almost did yesterday good times.

One of my favorite courses, hadnt golfed there in 20 years, but the latest owners have kept the course nicer than the previous ones. Challenging on some holes, others pretty tame. Nice layout, and everyone keeps pace.

Quirky but endearing Detroit city golf course. Great value for the cost and some very fun holes. No amenities but the beer is cold and staff mostly nice. Cant go wrong here if you want a good day of golf.

The Park overall is very beautiful, and has consistently been well-maintained grass-wise. May have to avoid areas is that are saturated with water, or near watery areas. Ive experienced a plethora of mosquito bites. Not sure if the park sprays for them, but a friendly reminder to bring bug spray, a citronella candle, or some type of bug deterrent device.

Challenging course, had a great time playing there. Staff is phenomenal, I lost my phone on the course and an employee stayed late and took me back on the course to find it.

The MTB trail is nice but not well maintained. A lot of leaves were on the ground and some tree branches were sticking out.

A place to clear your mind, beautiful trees and a place to take a peaceful drive.

Suprisingly nicer than i expected would come back for a rub as therr are good mile and half mile markers. Also has stairs and some hills.

A nice place to run in jog and I love trees and they are plenty of trees and occasionally you may see a deer depending on what time you were there

Brennan Pools is a hidden gem! Even though the 10 meter diving platform and pool have been filled in, you still will be hard-pressed to find a nicer swimming experience. The pool is kept up quite nicely. This is one of the nicest pools in the state and maybe anywhere. There is a very family friendly environment and you are able to bring in pool toys and floats. All of the staff there are professional and helpful.

I golf here multiple times a year and sometimes its a good experience and sometimes I wish I went elsewhere. Me and my guys always have an early tee time and every time we show up we have to wait for the office to open up so we can pay and get keys to a cart. At one time the greens were all dried out and had the color of hay. We always have to wait to tee off at no fault of our own and they regularly run out of carts. This last experience seemed to be issue free. Yeah, they were late opening the office as usual but no big deal. Greens looked great. We had 5 guys because a 6th dropped out at the last minute so with the the course managers permission we were able to go out as a five-some. We had 2 tee times booked so it was no big deal. As we get to the 3rd hole the ranger pulls up on us as a guy is about to drive and starts yelling that we cant do what we are doing. None of us had a clue what he was talking about and it was the 5th person. We explained that we scheduled 2 tee times and the 6th guy dropped out but he did not believe us. Just kept accusing us of wrong doing. So he literally sat up on us for 10 minutes interrupting us teeing off until he confirmed that we were telling the truth by making a simple phone call. This guy was unnecessarily argumentative about something that he could have found out on his own before accusing paying customers of wrong doing. I love my city but damn this was uncalled for. Never had issues like a late start, office not being open, and rude rangers at Chandler Parks golf course. Maybe the management at Rouge needs to get some tips from Chandler Park on how a golf course should be ran and how to deal with customers.

Lots of litter, but otherwise a nice park.

Nice area, clean and fully stocked restrooms. Many trees for shade and nice functional play area for kids.

Beautiful park 12 hoops to play basketball on ! Enjoy every minute of this park!

There wasnt much of a crowd and the park was clean. I was able to move around without much worry.

I love it here. Just fun to hang out with friends... and meeting new people. I just wish they will let us stay longer. As long if people not acting a fool.... it should be cool to sit longer after dark.

Butterfly and prairie path was great for our two small kids.

Nice place to get an early morning run or walk. People are friendly.

My Children and I went to this park last summer with access program, we like it.

It was crowded with alot of really nice cars

I didnt visit this park. I work for DTE and someone with a Charger spun-out and smashed into a Pole near this Park. I want to thank him for the Overtime.

Always a cool place to meet up with family and friends or walk the trails alone. Pool for summer fun. Check for cleanliness.

Peaceful and safe community, park is clean and convenient, and is a great location.

I love this course. Its kept up very well and its extremely reasonably priced. The course itself is pretty long but its fair. The greens can be challenging also depending on pin placement.The staff is very friendly and the regulars are always in a great mood.

New owners have done a lot to improve the coarse. Challenging.

The park is kept fairly clean. There are lots of picnic areas, for families and large groups. Its quite beautiful in the fall.

I dont know why Rouge Park has such a low rating, this place is the best. I had a party there and it was great! There was seating, and trees for shade, and for the hot day that it was I was grateful for them. The space there in even just one of the parks at Rouge Park was huge, and I recommend this place for large family gatherings.

If you like golf you will love this place. It is a gem over looked a place where you can get lost in the atmosphere it is a bucket list for all golfer. Its a course that will challenge your skills they say if you can play at Rouge Park play You can play anywhere. Elevated and D elevated holes carved in the woods good luck

Very nice place to walk your dog or sky watch. I wish they would develop some picnic areas or BBQ areas.

The staff were great and the course given all the rain we have had was excellent. Nice layout and we saw no fewer than ten deer on the course. Great day was had by all. Thanks..

Was clean and vibrant

It is a fun place, but it needs some cleaning.

Took my dog for a walk & there was broken liquor bottles everywhere. I wanted to ride my bike here, but cant. without getting my tires flattened.

The set up on the course is fun but the course conditions are in the toilet. The fairway is worse than the rough. Please cut the grass and clean this course up. Vargo golf had this place for years and kept it clean and manicured. What happened

Picnic areas, Boy Scouts can camp out overnight, Olympic size swimming pools, (kids) love it. Beautiful inner city of Detroit park. Newest addition are the basketball courts, off Plymouth Rd.
