Always a great place to end up after dinner. Ors always bumpin, clean and the staff is on it! 10/10 would recommend. After every work Christmas party we always seem to find our selves here. Love it.

Pretty nice bar. I was very surprised to find that the beer prices were not totally outrageous on a saturday night when the place was packed. Plenty of places to sit and the servers got you drinks pretty quickly

Finally checked this place out its okay nothing really special but definitely a chill bar they get kind of wild in here I could definitely see a drunk fight starting at some point with the type of crowd that comes here however when I got my $56 bill for four shots of Hennessy I can confidently say their drinks are not cheap here. Would I come back... Maybe.

We had an awesome girls night out! Our server in the VIP made sure we were taken care of and was sweet! DJ kept everyone dancing....Loved the music! Definitely going back, thanks for making our night

Laid back place. Kinda dirty. Sticky floors. Drinks were ok. Water will only be served to you if you order a alcoholic beverage. Otherwise its bottle water for purchase.

I will never ever return to this bar. Me and my friends were regulars here since we all work downtown. Around 9 pm a bouncer comes in and starts to card people at the door every Friday and Saturday. Every single time I’ve been carded by this man he has tried to make it seem like I’m too intoxicated to come in or will refuse to give me change for cover saying I was too drunk to realize he gave it to me already (most of the time I’m JUST getting off work so have 0 liquor in my system, have never shown up drunk) I only returned on multiple occasions since I am friends with one of the bartenders. Recently we brought a group of people for a girl friend of mines birthday. Right before closing we were asked to leave because they said the birthday girl was too drunk. While putting on our jackets, a friend of mine apologized and told the guy it wasn’t going to happen again. Instantly 2 bouncers grabbed him by his shirt and pushed him out the door. I tried to break it up and get everyone to relax and the 250ish lb male bouncer swung a punch at me while another yanked me out by my hair. I made a police report instantly since half the bouncers were too drunk or Coked out to control their anger. Very unprofessional and do not recommend groups of girls going there ever. And I have made sure my co workers and I will never return.

I went on a Saturday night and there was a $5 cover. When I got inside there was a DJ spinning that made me want to ask for a refund.

Great looking venue. Friendly staff. Creative and interesting pre-mixed drinks, though the bar isnt quite fully stocked for beers and custom mixed drinks. Very cool blacklight inspired rear room design and custom arcade games. Could use some tables and more places to sit as its almost entirely standing room only at the moment. Also, desperately needs more convenient places to set down drinks while playing games. Looking forward to coming back and seeing how this place evolves.

Nice DJ and not too crowded.

Although they were able to accommodate our entire bachelorette party of 20 women, it wasnt exactly the cleanest place. But, by that in the evening, I dont think anybody really cared.

Go on Wednesday thats the only day they have Karaoke

Their dance music is ok at best, even on a Saturday night. Not a very big dance floor or bar at all so it gets packed quite easily so I’d spend the time trying to get in anywhere else.

The Wednesday night karaoke is pretty fun. Its the same guy who runs the karaoke at Checker Bar

I was there for an event and the bar was not adequately equipped with the necessary staff to accommodate the crowd.

If you pay with cash watch the bartenders. I paid with 100 got change for a 20. When I mentioned this to the female bartender I was immediately thrown out by the door guy. I was pushed to ground by the bouncers big belly. Resulting in a bruised calf. I asked to talk to the manager and was treated like a dog. Im a bar owner & 40. I dont know how they think this acceptable. I spent over $400 in that place that evening tipping over & beyond. Yes they kept my money

Decent place but dont understand why they dont have a couple more bartenders handing out drinks. Takes 20 min to get your hands on a beer.

It was a lot of fun and the drinks werent too expensive. The DJ was playing some great music and had everyone dancing!

Came in early (around 8) on a Saturday. Place was empty. It was our friends birthday and he wanted to play shuffleboard. The bartender told us we werent allowed to play since the dance crowd would be in around 11, and they dont allow it during that time. We had already ordered drinks, so we sat down to enjoy them. We were immediately told we couldnt sit at the table we chose because it was reserved. Reminder: WE WERE THE ONLY PEOPLE IN THE PLACE! So we had to get up and move a table over. Needless to say the staff were really rude and the drinks were weak.

Zero stars. Some man chock held my fiancé well he was dancing and no action was taken. Such a terrible place that does not discourage violence. DO NOT GO IF CARE AT ALL ABOUT YOUR SAFETY. We left but that man was not kicked out since he paid for a vip booth.

Place was laid back and had a very diverse crowd. Young groups, older groups, and the DJ tried to play music to appeal to all. If I have one semi-negative critique it is for the DJ. My wife and I started to call him DJ Coitus Interruptus, he would play a popular song and just when it would get to the Bass drop or to the part where the crowd goes crazy he would mix in something totally unrelated. Like he played Stir fry by Migos only to mix Michael Jackson into it just before the Cardi B part. DJ, if your dance floor is full play more of what got it full not something that gets you hype.

The DJ was killin, great place to go dancing. And it was nicer than other bars Ive been to, really great place to go with friends for a good time.

Been travelling to DELUX since the beginning. Hands down my favorite bar in Detroit.... maybe even all of Michigan! Jay, Frankie and the entire staff know how to throw a party and I look forward to many more years of creating lifelong memories at one of the best watering holes around! Bottoms up guys!
