Love being able to take a stroll around the park on the track. They’re doing a lot of improvements to the park and recreation center. I think everyone’s excited about that.The mini golf, batting cages, skate park, and playground are all awesome to have just a mile or so from our home.

I highly recommend a visit to this place.

Went to Musical Play by Christian Youth Theater. The theater group did a great job. Highly recommend CYT productions.

This place is so close to my home like two blocks away and this is one of the places I like to go fishing on my own by myself..with 5 big ponds ..

Great fitness classes, experienced instructors. in the process of building an indoor pool.

Currently, its undergoing a construction so it is unsuitable to enjoy the whole experience of the park. There is still a huge space available for usage but its impossible to continue to go around since part of the road is blocked off. Its still beautiful and maintained accordingly.

A great place and environment for family fun and activities. From mini golf, a full sized and miniature sized skate/bmx park, to the entire facility full of fun and tons of sports, Prairie Lakes accommodates even the handicappable with ramps, rolling activites and enrichment for the mind, body, and soul! Lovely place to host an event with all of the many rooms for rent!

A absolute great place to walk, run or jog and enjoy a sunny day with friends and family.

Prairie Lakes has a lot of space including large gym a walking track that circles the second floor above the gym and a full workout room including free weights. They also have a nice locker room facility and a hot tub. Overall Prairie Lakes has a lot of activities and space and is always clean.

Ample of space for children to play, walk, enjoy with kids on summer and outdoors during evening.

Saw my two grand nieces in their dance recital. First time for youngest...second time for oldest. Very nice seating for audience

A beautiful facility in Des Plaines. I have been here for a play in their theater and a birthday party. The outdoor facilities are beautiful with a big playground and basketball courts. This is a great place to bring children

A really cool place! It was neat and tidy but could really use updated vending machines, ones that take credit. (I was dying of thirst and I only had a $1 ). The theater is super cool!

I wonderful park for walking or exercising. Also a good place to play Pokemon Go.

There are many things to do here! Mini golf at the south end, fields and playgrounds in the middle, and the building to the north. Plenty of parking. Exercise equipment and classes available, rooms to rent for group events, and a theater to rent or see productions. Park District staff are great to work with!

Great workout

Prairie lakes is always kept trimmed, clean, and pleasant for all visitors. The track both inside and out is in good shape and open to the public. Dogs are allowed, there is a playground, two skateparks, as well as a nice mini golf course and batting cages. A very nice facility.

Good spot for a walk.

Came here with school kids to see te Charlottes Web theater production. The kids loved it, they laughed and enjoyed it very much. The theater space is small but adequate for small productions like this.

Very clean and fun facility. We come here all the time for various classes for the kids. The only downside is the lack of enrollment for some of the classes, sometimes 5 or less kids but this gives more one on one with the instructors.

Prairie Lakes Park has some of the Best Pokemon Stops & Gyms.. #1 on my list. Located on Dempster & Wolf Road Check it Out!! Thats an order. Lol

Nice park. Good walking paths. Awesome pollinator garden on the north side usually has humming birds in summer.

This is a nice safe and fun place to go to with very clean bathrooms. If you like to play the Pokemon Go app then this is a perfect place to go get supplies and do gym battles and raids here.
