Absolutely love this park. It’s so peaceful and clean. It has a cute little waterfall area and a great place to play “Floor is Lava” with kids if you happen to bring some along. It’s the perfect time of year for me. Not too hot and not too cold. The trees look so gorgeous this time of year. They have a work out area as well. Will always be my go to when near.
Amazing. For 30 years Ive been saying Someday we need to come visit this park Someday finally arrived. We took September 11th to spend in quiet reflection. My husband suggested Crown Burger and then on the way home we were passing by and FINALLY stopped. Best decision of the day. It was beautiful and peaceful and scenic and interesting. Plus, viewing it all from a blanket with the one you love.... priceless. Then we had a bit of a walk about, promising we would come back. Soon.
Beautiful and clean. Not too big, not too small. Its less than a mile from Cherry Creek State Park, so a nice alternative. But, if youre allergic to tree pollen you may be miserable considering how close it is to all the cottonwood trees in the State Park.
Gorgeous park with walking paths, space for running on the grass and lawn games. Great location for portrait photography and candid shots. Dreamy in the the autumn glow.
Beautiful all through the year and even at Christmas when they surround the park with beautiful lights
Lots to do here. Its a park thats much longer than it is wide, however, so wear good shoes (the kids, too!) Theres workout equipment on the North side, a kids playground in the middle, and a really fun little man made creek that runs the length. Really great path (esp for bicycles due to the length) and shady spots to rest. And in winter? Go SLED! This park has superior hills and fresh powder in city limits has never been as fun as it is here. (Just take turns and watch for little kids - its a popular attraction & you can get a lot of speed!)
Great little park and within walking distance of our apartment. Wonderful place to go walk and go for a picnic as well!
Beautiful park. Panoramic views of DTC. Picnic tables, dog stations, big grass areas, trashcans, workout stations, bike repair station.
Nice urban park where you can get away from the city without leaving the city.
Clean, very inviting, not crowded, excellent area to run or walk your dog! Fantastic place, enjoy!
This is a fantastic park! Small playground area, lots and lots of grass, concrete blocks (water barriers?) to play and jump on, some funky run-off water for the kids to play in, picnic tables, and a great path for bikes or skates or walking. We have really enjoyed this park with our friends! Great space for lots of things. No public restrooms though.
Beautiful, serene park with both trees for shady picnics or naps in a hammock, and open grassy areas for playing fetch with your dog. However, this is not an off leash dog park.
Nice open space, picnic tables, exercise stations and beautiful trees
Available to the public. Well maintained. Beautiful landscaping. Fitness features.
Good spot to chill or excersise.
Another park that we can see, and you better see this.
After searching for fall colors in Colorado, I found the best place to be Wallace park. Its a small park tucked in Denver tech center. It has kids play area as well and good for stroll. The best time is to visit in October during fall colors. It has all the shades of red, green and yellow that time. You will see lot of photographers that time trying their skills .Ample parking space is there on the inner street.
Great park for resistance training with grassy hills.
Great park, quiet, good playground, no porta-potties
My Granddaughters had a great time.
A long park in the middle of DTC. Actually really nice for photography!
Nice open space thats usually not occupied by too many people. There are a lot of trees for shade, a sidewalk for walking or running, and hills that can be used either for inclines or just for sitting and relaxing. The views are great around sundown and the park is kept very clean. The only downside is there isnt much open space.
This beautiful park is a piece of heaven, so quite and peaceful, well sometimes you hear the laughing of people gathering and enjoying the view and smooth grass, is perfect for jogging and playing with your dog so...dont wait and go, you will not regret it !
Great park. Big areas of grass and great bike/skate trails
Beautiful, pretty views and relaxing
Great long park. Good for taking the dog for a long stride or getting out for a nice jog. Very clean
Quiet, well maintained park with nice pathways and benches. Lots of manicured green grass. Slightly below street level which helps the quietness and provides a bit of an escape down the hustle & bustle.
My favorite my favorite part to go hang out at.
Not much to it, some grassy areas to play, that is about it.
Love my local park
Great local sledding Hill after a snow. For the best experience, visit during sunset or dark and enjoy views of the DTC.Quiet park in the summer.
Really nice park!
Beautiful park! Complete with a playground for tikes, large wide open grassy areas and plenty of trees for shade. Also, an exercise area can be found at the top of the park. Paved all the way around as well.
Very well kept, nice layout.
Great park
They have two outside gyms and its pretty cool
Very well maintained and nice park to take a stroll. Is sunken down with a man make creek running through it. The hills make for nice sledding on a snow day. Also has some great outdoor calisthenics equipment to get exercise and a fair playground area.
Beautiful scenery
The pups had a ball in the beautiful green grass. We ran the hills and stopped for a break to watch the kids play and climb trees. We will definitely return.
Beautiful park, nice for a romantic walk, playing in the park with kids, jogging or just taking a nice stroll by yourself.. its a must see if you are visiting or live in the area
Beautiful green grassy area with a small play ground and lots of shade. Great for a packed picnic with plenty of room for children to roam.
Lovely green valley down the center of DTC. Youll love the concrete construction that frames the lush greenery of the central park area. The winding river that rushes through the low middle invokes the babbling Brooks I played in whilst in my youth. Would I live in George Wallace park? Perhaps. Perhaps I shall.
Nice park to walking!
Omg!!!!I ADORE this park! My boyfriend & I stopped by just to enjoy the amazingly beautiful weather, & Omg!!!! The grass & the surrounding trees are so green I couldnt believe it! Seemed just UNREAL!Theres plenty of people walking around, w families or themselves or runnjng/jogging, what ever, the general atmosphere was just lovely.I was unfortunately only visiting the state, however, if I lived there, Id totally be at that park multiple times a week!
Love the walking paths. Busy with people when its nice. The wind is blocked down below.
Beautiful and quiet with great walking path for strollers and an outdoor gym. Ideal for sledding in the winter.
Absolutely beautiful park. Finding serenity
One of Denvers hidden gems during the snowy season.
Beutiful place to have our picnic lunch
Nice but no doggy bags
I love walking and running and it is amazing to me to see all the garbage around the park. Once i saw 3 used condoms on the road. Theres garbage constantly around the park.
Nice Park to have lunch and a very Beautiful Scenery
Nice, small park, good for a quick stroll. Grass fields look really nice, but are not really accessible on account of being littered with dog poo.Theres a nice little playground for small kids.
Beautiful park! Well maintained.....My husband and I enjoy walking in this park almost every day!
Great neighborhood park!
Gorgeous
Great place for sledding. It can get very crowded though. Lots of kiddos trying to enjoy the snow!
Cute little walking area.
Nice hill for sledding.
Nice park to take your children and pets.
Beautiful park! Take the family for a beautiful Colorado outing!
Plenty of walking trails, a playground and wide open fields for football or baseball! Great park and right in the city!!
Nice clean park. Has playground and bike tools.
Very nice large Park lots of trees and a path that runs through it to walk or ride your bike on. Was disappointed they had no bathrooms.
Its the best we got in DTC lol
Not my favorite park but nice and clean, right in DTC
Nice place to relax, take a walk, sled in the winter.
Park, what a park. A wow park. Park.

Great for dogs!
Great place to walk at lunch.
Great neighborhood park. Good location with plenty to do. Has an exercise area, plenty of space to play catch, run and walk. Dog friendly.
Beautiful!
One of the best park to take pictures (especially for the fall colors), walking, jogging, and playing games. The grass is always well maintained. Also it has place for BBQ.
Very nice park. Super clean!
