Clean. Accessible. Options. Space. Knowledgeable staff. Programs all week. The only thing I dont like is that they arent open earlier. Other than that I would recommend this place and the membership options to go to multiple facilities is a great deal that rivals the corporate gyms.

I like the physical space of the gym. Nice variety of free weights and equipment. Adult friendly atmosphere.

I have been going to this gym for 5 years now. The building is beautiful and theres ample parking. The staff have always been attentive to peoples needs. Wether you are new or have been going there for a long time. They have a great selection of classes. In addition, acess to a fitness studio, boxing gym, pool, basketball court, cardio and weight room means that I never run out of ways to break a sweat. I highly recommend the 20th st rec center. Thanks to Bridget Farrell and the staff there.

Best gym in Denver. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The equipment is top notch. They have a pool, boxing ring, weights, treadmills etc. Its not too big or new to attract too many people. And, in a pinch, the staff might run a marathon with you.

This gym is a hidden gem in the heart of downtown. Incredibly friendly and active staff who keep the place running flawlessly. Despite what some dated reviews may say, this place is really clean and the equipment is well maintained. Be sure to take advantage of the indoor pool, basketball court, and free fitness classes.

Great Rec center love the boxing room!!!

They have a pool! The facility is actually huge. Two floors of fitness space. A basketball court, a classroom, a pool, weight room and cardio. The locker room is massive. For the guys, the showers are open so if youre not used to that heres your heads up. The staff seem friendly and can get you from A to B within the facility.

Best little hidden gem of a rec center in the middle of Denver. Their instructors are awesome and front desk crew is fabulous!

Really got a good workout at 20th street gym today. Every time I go there the staff are always helpful and the equipment is clean and in good condition and I never have to wait for equipment.

Always clean facility and friendly staff

Great gym for weight lifters in downtown Denver. Most other gyms will be specialized (Crossfit or other variations) and cost 3x as much. Very affordable, and was the closest things to a Golds I could find around here. Not 5 stars due to size of the gym and limited pieces of equipment (DBs still go up to 100, and there is one squat rack).

All staff have been insanely helpful and friendly. Facility is well-maintained and a great variety of machines.It is a small and uncrowded gym with a pool, which is exactly what I like.

Love the rec center, and the classes and staff are great! Not thrilled that there is no designated parking, and there is an overzealous parking enforcement officer who seems to target my motorcycle specifically. Five stars, if the parking situation could be solved.

The staff is awesome. The equipment is great, but lacks some key machines, like seated calf raise...

Go here almost daily. If you need to work out on a budget then this place will work for you. Even at peak times you can usually get the machines you need, even if youre doing supersets. There is a gym and a general exercise room that are often empty if you want to do HIIT or some calisthenic stuff. Just wish it was bigger because youre often stepping around people.

Locker room is filled with homeless people just taking showers. They have a pool and a decent gym, but the homeless are a deal breaker.
