Its a nice park for the little ones! Also love how theres a boat ramp to get your boat into the intercoastal, I enjoyed very much and would go back!

Beautiful park, little quiet, hidden, tropical oasis at Deerfield Beach.

Easy in and out boat ramp. Ramps are narrow. Plenty of parking (fee and free). Kinda chill compared to 14th Street. Nice change. I would like to see repairs to the wood structure on the middle ramp completed.

Pioneer Park is great for a quick break from the hustle and bustle of life. We park on the west side of the park and sit at a bench and enjoy the calm environment of the area. Watch the boats go by while enjoying a cold drink or a sandwich. Usually a ball game on the field and restrooms a couple hundred feet away are clean. Ive only ever met nice people.

In town on business, had a little time so I went there to do some fishing. It has a nice fishing dock and plenty of other places to fish off of thats not the fishing dock.The day I was there the fish werent biting but I talked to some of the locals and they say they do pretty good there normally. You get to see lots of boats launching and going up and down the canal. The boat ramp seems a little steep but its definitely usable. If you dont have a permit sticker for your truck and boat trailer it is a dollar an hour to park. The boat ramp can also handle some pretty large boats.

Came here for an event by BSO. The park looked well maintained and lots of room to run around. My kids and I had a great time and plan to visit the playground again soon.

Great food. Good drinks and great service. Get the Rattle Snake tacos or the Palomilla streak.

Great place to launch the boat

We love coming here with the family. They host a lot of community events and gatherings here as well.

This is a great place to dock your boat especially if you are going fishing or to Boca lake. Pay by the hour so the cheapest spot near by if only going out for a few hours. Decent parking spots, 2 ramps, 2 spots for a hose, although one usually doesnt work, and a large dock. Usually not that busy either.

Pioneer park is a safe and fun local park. The park is directly across from the broward police Dept. Nice boat ramp and very clean. Watch out for the iguanas. They are fast and large.

Caught mangrove snapper no real size but fun also caught jack and catfish have to stay aware of the boaters share the park...it is a boat ramp

Really fun outdoor park. Its in good shape, clean, theres sensory play for little kids and fun structures to climb for bigger kids.

Good variety, but unless you had the stir fry made for you, the food was FAR FROM hot. In fact, it was barely warm. There was a whole tray of French fries cold?

Very nice park to go with kids. Has two baby swings and two regular swings, a slide and some jungle gyms to climb for the older kids. A small pavilion for shade.

THE FUN EVENT THAT WAS SET UP AT EACH LOCATION FOR CHILDREN WAS SO MUCH FUN WATCHING BRINGING BACK MEMORIES FOR US ADULTS TOO. ONE YOUNG LADY HAD HER CHAIRS DECORATED WITH HALLOWEEN COVERS. THE FIRST AUTHOR FUN PERSON GIVING BOW TIES AND SELLING HIS BOOKS FOR CHILDREN WAS UNBELIEVABLY DONE FOR THE YOUNG MINDS OF CHILDREN TO SEE THE FUN IN READING AND LEARNING SO MUCH FROM IT. THE COMMUNITY SPONSORS LIKE KIWANIS CLUB WERE THERE FOR THE CHILDREN AS USUALLY. THANK YOU TO ALL THE LOVELY DEVOTED VOLUNTEER MEMBERS WHO DO SO MUCH FOR CHILDREN AND OUR COMMUNITY FAMILIES AND FRIENDS FOR EDUCATION AND OTHER CHARIABLE EVENTS. Lots of exits from the playground, some with broken latches, bathroom is across the parking lot from play structures, seems poorly laid out and maintained, adorable concept, very soft squishy flooring

Nice ramp can get crazy on weekend with weekend warriors. Parking is good.

This park has come a long way. I love the upgrades the kids have 2 areas to play in and the aluminum walkway over the waters edge is awesome!!!

Three stars is for the playground only. Boat ramp is nice. Parking is ample ball fields and tennis courts are nice. The playground was redone in 2017. There is only one slide now and they still didnt fix the splash pad. Not sure why they have a shower and wash area??? They had the park closed for over 6 months to renovate, yet they didnt fix the splash pad? Rant over. All in All Pioneer Park overall is a good place to go.

Very disappointed, I watched the tear down and construction of the new playground in hopes theyll fix or turn on the splash pad only for them to fix it but never turn it on. I love the boat/ fishing access to river. The only places to relax are at the picnic benches that put you away from your children. Theres baseball fields and a wide field to play other games. The playground has a safety fence surrounding it with multiple entrance gates to help keep little one inside.

Never had a problem at this park. Easy in and out with 3 launches. Other boaters are friendly and parking is patrolled by county police. Pay for hourly parking and be on your way.

I like Pioneer park but I must say I dont know what Genius changed Hillsboro Blvd to 2 lanes,, I live 2 miles away and takes about 15 min to get to park..

We went there geocaching. We are new to the area and found history interesting.

Review is for the kids park area only - which we found to be awesome. The area was clean, safe and we found the kids play equipment to be modern and super fun - the kids had a blast playing here.

Nice ramp for boats and Jetski

This place is great! My kids enjoyed running around on the swings, slides, and monkey bars. The bathroom is not that bad but could use maintenance. They also went on the baseball fields that look great now. If anyone calls this place bad they are certainly wrong!

They only had two docks open in today is 4th of July thats ridiculous it was like bumper to bumper boats trying to get in and we were trying to get out along with a bunch of other people normally I would give it a 5 but not this weekend

Nice clean park to enjoy a number of outdoor activities . Several tennis fields, one large baseball field, playground for children and a boat drop off point to go cruising on the intercostal.

Make sure you are the first 10 arriving for the Ferry to DB Island. However, if there is room on the ferry, they try to accommodate.

We used this pier for our jetski rental. Plenty of free parking. This place was not at all crowded, it was very read to get in and get out. This had access to some million dollar homes and then to the ocean.

No complaints

This place is the worst in the whole universe, the restrooms are nasty, no fresh toilet paper, everywhere smells like pee. The shuttle booat arrived with about 13 people, but they refused to accept more than 10 people for the next ride, even though we were a group that included little kids. He said he could take half our family. Nice.
