This is a PERFECT spot to chill out and enjoy beautiful Deerfield Beach!Located On the BEACH side of A1A its a straight walk to a beautiful section of Deerfield Beach!After the beach theres a beautiful pool to enjoy with lounge chairs and tables!Theres Also a BBQ area for hotel guests to use. Beach chairs are provided by the resort as well! The Rooms are PERFECT, with full kitchens, free cable TV (inc HBO!) And free WiFi, ALL for a VERY affordable price! This is now my GO-TO spot in Deerfield Beach!Heidi and Dave, the managers, are always around and make sure that I have everything I need! There is even a laundry machine here!! I may never leave!Its a 5 minute walk to the Deerfield pier and lots of restaurants too!I have stayed at many hotels, motels and resorts on the beach.I HIGHLY recommend Tropical Isle Beach Resort!

Great little charming motel 1 block from Deerfield Beach and close to shopping and dining. BBQ area, large pool with pool floats and toys, shuffleboard, beach towels and chairs provided to take to the beach (2 minute walk). Clean and quiet so you feel peaceful even though youre right near town. Check this place out!

My son and I are currently staying at this hotel and it is pretty nice the rooms are quaint old-fashioned and very well kept. The grounds around the place or kept really nice the people there that are running the place are very nice the location is very good good! I recommend this place because its so down to earth and very nice.

Nice quiet place, clean too. My only complaint: Room really needed a new mattress and light bulbs

We had a great stay here. Very clean and everyone was very friendly and accommodating. The beach is just a very short walk from the room. I’ve stayed at almost all of the hotels on Deerfield Beach, and I can honestly say that we made a great choice with Tropical Isle.

This is our 4th time back. Location is great! Small city block to beach and many great restaurants. Heidi and Dave take great care of the property and guests. We take a one bedroom suite and there is more than ample room. We will be back!

We just returned from our stay at the Tropic Isle Beach resort (above Billabong). The 2 bedroom condo was absolutely gorgeous, just perfect! There was a very large spacious living area, kitchen, and 2 bathrooms. It is right in the heart of downtown Deerfield Beach, FL and the balcony, with sitting room, overlooks the strip. The best part is the beach is right there, 1/2 block down the street. We could not have found a better condo for the price we got. I am already planning my next stay!
