Perfect in every way. Nice comfy place to spend the week. Beach is on site and pool is cool thanks to afternoon shade. Warm and welcoming staff. Super clean. So many restaurants within walking distance that we didn’t have time to try them all. With only 13 units you don’t have to worry about crowds. We will be back.

Privacy, seclusion, security,, clean,well maintained, facility with beach access right out the gate, located about a block and a half from the fishing pier and center of this busy beach town with plenty of dining choices and shopping. Management is on site and maintains high standards to keep guests comfortable. Rooms are small, simple, right on the beach, everything you need to be comfortable. Say hi to Rico, the giant Iguana that frequents the roof top with his lady friends. We saw him around, a harmless fellow if you stay your way. Of course we will be back.

We adore this little resort. My husband and I traded through RCI into here last month. The rooms were the cleanest we have ever had and lovely decor. Pam and Lisa the resort managers are so accommodating and friendly. They make you feel like family, the whole staff. This place is a little piece of heaven, right in town next door to all of the restaurants and shopping. You never have to use your car. We will be returning every year.

Location location location! ! Every unit has an ocean view! 75 steps to the Atlantic Ocean! Walking distance to the fishing pier. The units are very clean and decorated nicely and well maintained. Bed is very comfy. Kitchen is fully equipped and should you lack something. .. Pam the property manager or any one of her staff are eager to make your stay terrific! There are only 13 units and all but one are 1 bedroom. You can get to know your fellow vacationers or be left alone.

Salt water pool and jacuzzi, laundry, a view of Deerfield Pier and the beach. Small 1 bedroom Condos, theres one 2 bedroom available to buy a week or just rent. Its a 2 story 13 unit small resort built in the 50s. Redone nicely, kitschy bathroom tile. Walkable neighborhood

I stayed here with my husband and we were very pleased. This resort is in impeccable condition. The staff and managers are all so caring and accommodating. This is not a 55+ resort so that 1 star review was a lie. There arent thorn bushes and fire ants by the beach gate. They are lying and I am not sure why they would make up something like that. This resort really is a gem and anyone that thinks otherwise is crazy. The price is really affordable for the location. You are right on the ocean, just steps away from it. Every room you can view the ocean. The rooms are updated and have the beachy vibe. We really enjoyed our stay and urge anyone who is wanting to get away to stay there. Tons of restaurants and fun places within walking distance. The pool is salt water and the jacuzzi is salt water also. They provide extra sheets and blankets to change out your bedding. They have a towel exchange 2 days within the weeks stay. Just a perfect place!

If I could give this place no stars I would. no where on the property does it say 55+ so if you plan on bringing kids dont! Inside of the condos still has the 1980s look. And be careful going towards the gate to the beach there is fire ants and thorns everywhere. I never write reviews but I had to take time to write how nasty this place is.

My family has been coming here since the the place was built, and we absolutely love it. The staff is amazing, whenever we have a request, they go out of their way to help. It is a very quiet place, and if you want to relax, this is certainly the place for it. We see an improvement every year, and the rarely have any problems with our stay. If you want a relaxing vacation, then this is a wonderful place to have it.

Wonderful!!! Veiw is amazing and units are nice and clean with lots of space. I look forward to going back.. staff is friendly and helpful, i would greatlt recommend!!

Must be ages 50+ writing reviews on here because this place was not what I remember as a kid. It was clean but parking is minimal and no visitors allowed. Brought my kids and and got in trouble for them being loud and not giving the old people around their quiet time. Ill be spending my vacations in Orlando where families with young kids are welcomed.

Stayed for two weeks in 2016 and looking to buy so can stay longer next time. Simply delightful place. Close to everything. Staff impeccable. Pam, General Manager, was beyond teriffic.

The hotel is wonderful. In the parking area broken my windows car and stolen my documents if you see it let me know, please.

I LOVE this place! Right on the Beach with pool and hot tub! Beautiful one and two bedroom appartments. Shops and dining just around the corner, no need for a car but if you have one parking is available.

It is not the fanciest place, but it is a nice place to stay and right on the beach. It is close, within walking distance, to great restaurants and other types of entertainment. Staff is very helpful and pleasant. The place is kept very clean.

Quiet, small place but perfect location to walk to restaurants, bars etc. Right on the beach! My 2nd time here and I know Ill be back! Wonderful staff!

The first review must be quite old as the units and facilities are quite up to date and modern. We have a week in November and love it. It is within walking distance to downtown and the pier as well as Boca Raton. The beach is not private, but it might as well be as we see very few people camping out directly in front of the resort. The resort is kept spotless by an excellent staff and run like clockwork from the front office.

If you liked the 80s youll love this place. It is one of the most outdated facilities I have ever seen. Cracked tiles, outdated fixtures,furniture and the cheapest appliances available. Definitely not a crown resort of any colour. Spend your money elsewhere.
