We love the relaxed laid back vibe here. The beach is gorgeous and you can walk or swim for miles. We also like being able to walk to the restaurants and shops. The Emerald Seas grounds are lovely and the resort welcomes couples young and old as well as families with children.

My wife and I have been coming here for six years. We started with just one week, but are now up to four weeks each year.Emerald Seas has a wonderful location right on the beach. A number of stores and restaurants are about a ten minute walk away.The new management board has made a lot of improvements over the last couple of years. We love coming here!

Was trying to book a week with this company and nobody knows how to help. Messaged on Facebook, they cant help call desk. Desk told me call the owner, person listed said they dont own the unit. The desk says if its not the owner they dont know who is and cant help.

Very nice location and sits right on the beach overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Very quaint and just a few steps outside and youre on the beach. 2 very nice pools and a tiki hut too. Many nice restaurants within walking distance and many also overlook the ocean and have live entertainment daily.

I go here every year for vacation. I love the location and that it is walking distance to stores/restaurants plus right on the beach to enjoy the pool and listen to the waves.

My family has had time shares here for over 20 years and we look forward to coming every single year. The ocean is just a couple feet away and there are two pools located on the property. There are shuffle board courts and a volley ball court on the sand. Definitely my favorite place to vacation!

Its a lovely timeshare two swimming pools entrance to the beach each unit has been redone and theres plenty of parking for the guests a good time was had by all

Awesome place to vacation, although I would not recommend if you are someone who is dependent on a functioning WiFi connection.

Clean and homey....awesome view of the beach.....2 pools, walk out the gate onto the beach. Would stay there again....quite place and walking distance to restaraunts, bars, and souvenoirs

Been going here since I was born. Lots of memories here. Theyre slowly upgrading but theres still a lot to fix. Nonetheless you cant get a better view of the ocean.

Very clean and comfortable. Excellent location right on the beach and close to the night life scene.

Small parking lot, undergoing renovations so a work in progress cool tiki bar area for guests to use and on the beach. Two pools one heated and the other unheates, shuffle board and volley ball.
