Been coming here for over 20 yrs and still one of the biggest Catholic churches around. Miss the good old days when several vendors would post shop outside and sell food, but every now and then they sell good food in the cafeteria inside on Sundays.

Beautiful church. I love attending Mass with husband and children. My husband and I got married here, in Community Marrige. And my youngest daughter was baptized at the Cathedral also. I would love my children to be alter servers.

I have been coming here for over a year to the noon Mass during the week. The Cathedral is an amazing place to escape the chaos of the workweek in downtown Dallas. The Mass is always reverent and the homilies are always enlightening. If you are ever in the Arts District, you should drop in and experience the beauty that is the Cathedral Shrine.

Beautiful architecture, spent an hour just walking around looking at the outside.

Within walking distance from our accommodation. Parking is not free if you decide to drive.

This is beautiful church and has ample space, but the 5 stars are mostly for the office staff, I am trying baptize my little one and the two times that I called the office, the lady was so sweet and courteous. When I got there to register her it was passed the cut off time which I did not know about and they still helped me. I was very thankful since I live far from there and I work 8-5. Very pleased with the treatment.

Daily noon mass. Beautiful inside, you can sit inside and pray during the day. Restoration is on the way, cant wait until its finished!

I cant believe that how much of a help from the workers and the people there that I guess are volunteers there. I was in there for a little bit of coffee and a donut. When me and my wife was in their when a priest came up to us and handed me a little cash. We have just been kicked out of the Casa De La Sierra Vista Apartments. Just because we both are felons and they dont want felons or housing. Thank you for helping us out when you didnt have to.

Church is located at the heart of downtown Dallas with abundant skyscrapers all around it. I have been attending the cathedral for decades. My two kids were baptised here and one of them is receiving her catechism classes now since last year. I was part of the youth club Grupo de Jovenes back in 2004 where I met my wife. In 2005 sanctioned by the cathedral, I played the role of Pontius Pilate and the following year I played Jesus Christ. Both great experiences. Great and memorable experiences from this church and without a doubt more to come.

Dennis was so helpful he came in fixed our hot water heater ! He was so nice and very informative to help us understand why we were having trouble in the first place! Went far beyond the call of duty for this day in age!

One of the prettiest churches in Dallas, there are prettier but not grander. Perfect venue for a large wedding which is what I was here for.

Great Church, they have Spanish and English service with underground parking. Food in cafeteria is always good.

Nice Catholic church. Feels comfy and cool. We normally attend Sunday Mass in Spanish at 4:00pm. Not crowded and the priest Oscar Mora, is very precise and brief.

This Catholic Church isoocated in the heart of Downtown Dallas. It is one of the biggest churchs I have been too in this area. The history just immerses you in what must have taken years to build. Currently under construction on the exterior this location is open to the public and has plenty of underground parking. This location has employees and guest who speak both english and spanish. The design and stained glass are amazing to view. The attention to detail and the layout only adds the the brilliance of this location. Sound from the father echoes through the chuch. The statues in this location are an a testament to the history of Jesus Christ and a must see for anyone from the area or just visiting.

We got stuck in church parking lot. The parking attendant did not explain that we would need a ticket to exit garage. She was rude. Then we had to find a way out. The women that answered by pushing the button was ranting because she had to let us out of parking garage. Thats what we get for visiting Church?

Amazing Gothic Cathedral still somewhat preserved well! This is a very beautiful church, one of the most beautiful churches in the DFW area. They still have mass everyday and confessions too.Unfortunately they did get rid of their beautiful high altar and the communion rails. They also painted over the original cathedral colors and ceiling and chose to repaint with more bland colors. BUT, I’m glad they preserved their stain glass windows. The stain glass windows are so beautiful and detailed.

As a catholic, I love Cathedral. I feel close to God when I attend, such as today to celebrate Easter Sunday service. It is a beautiful church because of the community thats attends it. I got married there, have had funeral services there, as well as baptismals.

A friendly place, I saw people of every race, age, and gender, worshipping together in peace and mutual respect. I love coming here, it is the embodiment of Gal. 3:28.

Im from a small town in deep South Texas, and this church reminds me of our church except the one back home is much smaller. Now the most beautiful church I have seen is St. Peters Basilica in Rome in the Summer of 1980. Cathedral de Guadalupe is unique because it sits in the middle of all those skyscrapers!

I do not usually attend this church. Normally, I attend the First Baptist Dallas church which is very near this one. I went to this cathedral for one of my Spanish assignments and in addition to my curiosity to visit a Catholic church. It was a great experience and I even had the opportunity in the Eucharist.Note: I did not realize that the Catholic church used real wine as opposed to grape juice (in the Baptist one).

The design of the athedral is amazing, the staff let us take pictures after the ceremony and the building had perfect temperature.
