Just a beautiful park with such a great environment. Plenty of things to do with your kids. Great place to bring your dog and to just spend time enjoying the beautiful downtown scenery

I always start my downtown journey here! Cool park with a water display and a dog park along a park for kids! Wide open field in the middle for plenty of activities

Love it. Even while walking the doggo at night, there is still plenty of police/security It is well lit, very well maintained and its literally across the street so the location couldnt be any better unless it was in my building. The traffic isnt awful at night the whole area gets lit up so pretty.

This is a very pretty, peaceful place with art pieces, fountains, and shallow water running over rocks.

Nice place. My only concern is safety while at this park. I had a homeless man follow me after I told the guy to stop following me repeatedly. It scared me because I had no idea of what this man had on him.

Too many homeless people and smell like piss every where and they think that you have too give them money and they are all disrespectful

Beautiful park with tons of seating. Music and toys for kids and gated area for dogs.

While visiting my brother in Downtown Dallas we walked over to the Main Street Garden Park. For the most part this park would be a nice place to visit, but in mid-November shaded by all the tall buildings it was a little chilly. The park was decorated very nicely for the holiday. As a parent however all I could think about was the safety of my children with all the homeless people in the park. It is not a place I would send my young children alone, but my kids had fun and didnt even notice all of the grown ups hanging out at the park.

...so nice not to see passed out k2 heads, and drinking from bottles uncleverly hidden in plastic bags....

It is a nice place to walk around, i do take my dog here there is a small dog area, but it feel al the time that is to crowded .Visit and tell me what you think!

For what I need it for--a place of respite, its a nice place. Greeeeeeeat improvements overall and in the works!

Square park in the middle of downtown Dallas. Nice to go there at night to see the city light. It has a dog park. It seems pretty safe walking at night as there are a bunch of cars and people with their dogs. I went there like at 10 pm and there were policemen walking around.

This place is pretty cool. Just hard to find parking downtown.

You can get it from you at your office or the latest so so much and Im not gonna lie I was thinking whenever youre free time then I will show you the apartment and the movie Chicago and Ill try twice in one day boring to get it from him on fire tho and Im going to try to make you happy and healthy to get the money aint gonna cone to get a ride home from the airport to the hotel in the morning and I will be there to pick yall up to this point you have any questions please feel free to contact me if you have any questions please.

Used to like this place and in all honesty have been here in years but today it seems to be a homeless hangout.

First I’ll be honest to say it under construction, but this does not add to my review.This area, yet gorgeous and lying in the middle of tall skyscrapers was boring.There is one shopping that opened just yesterday (3/28) and chairs and tables next to one of the cross sections.There’s a nice fountain that looks like kids or dogs could run through.This isn’t the kind of park to really have fun and s relaxing day set in mind. It’s looks to have a more purpose to serve to business folk who needs to do a phone, fresh air, or lunch break.I took my dog. On google review, there was mention of unleashing my dog on the grass...... to my disappointment, not grass. I also could not let her in an extended measure because so many people. It was just uncomfortable to bring her.For me. As I said. Pretty park. Had places to sit. Had a view of all around.A reviewer mention about homeless people. They add to how free this park is. I did see one and they walked from one side to the other and than sat in the shade. No harm no foul. And I was ok. My attitude didn’t change on the park.

This park was recently renovated and it is even better than before! I’m especially happy with the dog park. It’s small but usually doesn’t have too many visitors at a time so it’s not an issue. The playground looks great. It’s wonderful to have something like this in downtown Dallas.

An oasis in the city. In an eclectic area of town where youre just as likely to see homeless people as a horse-drawn carriage.

This park does not seem to be very well-maintained, the grass was an absolutely terrible shape. We were there with our dog but it looked like the kids were enjoying the playground. it looks like there used to be or maybe its only open in the summer some sort of concession stand. I guess for something in the middle of a concrete jungle its better than nothing

Will have to return and get a hotel at The Statler for a staycation

Great place to visit on the weekends with your significant other

This is a nice park except for the attics that were dozing off right by the playground that my children were playing on did not really feel safe felt the need to keep a close watch on my kids they make the park look bad I understand they may have nowhere to go but that is not the place to sit around and sleep and put trash out everywhere

A place to relax and get a bite to eat. Various food trucks with many options of food. The Art Museum is close by.

Very nice park! You can walk your pets, play on the play area, and watch or play at the fountains.

One of the nicest places for a concert. I lucked out with beautiful weather. Great views of high rises. Not a bad spot to watch. Tripping Daisy was amazing at HG8.

Great little spot right in the middle of downtown Dallas! It’s really nice to have a little relaxing spot in the middle of the chaos of D Town! The big eyeball around there is very odd but super cool . It’s not far from there, try to find it, it’s pretty trippy. Or maybe that’s just me and the particular arrangement of elements in my brain maybe but i’m just an odd person so maybe it’s just me again talking to myself or maybe it’s all just the matrix .

The best experience ever,I really loved downtown Dallas

I stayed around their long time and I use to go there every day. Simply its a good spot in downtown besides others.

Great fun park in the middle of the city. Has an area for smaller kids and then bigger kids. Also a gated dog park in the back area. You can get a bite to eat from the place on the corner of the play area and then watch the kids play.

I just got back from this park and I’m super mad..... I had my kids playing in the water and there was more kids in the water and then this dog fight happened and as the owner of the dog was walking out the park her dog had blood all over it’s mouth from the fight and this lady lets the dog drink water from were the kids are playing that was strike one for me but I went on about my day and then this man stops to let his dog PEE in the water were the kids are playing no shame at all didn’t care about the kids and I was screaming telling him my kid is in there you don’t do that ..... but he acted like he was on his phone and didn’t even look back at me or non .... that just turned a beautiful park so disgusting.....

Its a great park. Its good to rest, exercise and walk around. It is a green Oasis in downtown Dallas. It would be nice if there were more places like this in downtown.

This place is stunning! It is a must-visit place if you are in Downtown. It has a wifi which is good for public use. It has many amenities which you can enjoy for free.

This is a very dog friendly park. I always go here with my dog every afternoon for a quick walk. The place is well-maintained and there are lots of food options near the area.

This is the 2nd time Ive been to the park and for Homegrown. I think its an excellent place for a show. The sound is amazing and its pretty intimate. The only complaint I have is the parking. Its pretty difficult to find parking so be sure to factor in extra time.

Cool park for Children and dogs. Or to just walk/run around. The playground area is pretty small but its gated for safety. There is a flat swing which everyone seems to really like, young and old. Outside of the playground theres a nice fountain, and a big square structure thing which children can color with chalk. Theres Jenga and corn hole just off to the side. Its a pretty chill park but nothing too special

Beautiful area to relax. I was able to visit while the sea saw art installations were in Dallas. Look forward to seeing more interest things like that in this park.

The garden is centrally located with a great area for you to be able to get out walk around stretch and enjoy the local scenery. Unfortunately with the larger size population of homeless in the Dallas area oh, there is typically anywhere from 2 to 15 that are sitting around in the park taking up the benches and or piles of trash from them sitting in the bushes.

With free movies in the park and cool events weekly, this little local park is a great spot to have lunch or hangout in the evening.

The playground is amazing and super fun for all ages, but the park is definitely not skate friendly, even in places that are unreasonable.

Fun place. Busy most the time. In the middle of downtown Dallas liveliness. If you can call Dallas lively. Unfortantly many dog owners do not pick up their dogs poop. So thats unfortanate. Cute park to visit though. Action to watch in the surrounding area or action in the park

To many young people in the evening on scooters, if you are not careful you will get run over.Also to many homeless people drinking and using,dealing drugs.I had a black guy come up to me around 7pm on a Friday and asked if I used K2...Poliice were just a few feet away..

Loved the renovation! The equipment can get really hot though so only about half of the playground was usable in the afternoon.

I had never been here. My friend and I were downtown riding scooters and came upon this place. It is beautiful!! Nice little dog park and sitting area.

So gorgeous out here and you get the bustle of the city swirling around while you enjoy the park. The snack place is awesome too.

This is one of the very first place I visited in Dallas,Tx. This park is beautiful and during the Christmas Season it was so pretty and decorated. I love seeing all the dogs play at the dog park playground. Even watching dogs headed towards the park is awesome because the dogs seem to already know where they are going and like little children headed to the park they are so excited to get there. I recommend this place to anyone who enjoys pets or anyone just looking for a quiet place to sit and relax.
