Super fun i went there for my first concert its a small venue but really cool

Everything about The Doors is Fabulous! The Owners, their Amazing Assistant, the Friendly Bartenders, Everyone! You are able to be up close and personal with the artist too. This is a club that I will look forward to come back to with my daughter for concerts.

Amazing place. We went for Dwarfanators and had an absolute blast! Love the laid back atmosphere, the bartender was awesome, sweet, and on top of his game. He needed a bar back at least though, there was always a long line to get a drink and the bartender worked fast, but one man can only do so much. Other than that we had an amazing time

Staff are friendly, atmosphere is dark and moody, but we enjoyed that hahaha. Love heading to concerts here.

My wife and I had a great time in here on Saturday night! We danced and had a few drinks. Lots of fun, fun people, well be back!!

This place was OK for a live venue. The stage isn’t raised that much so it was hard to see at times. It also felt a little dirty.

Cool venue. The stage isnt that big but the space for the audience is pretty open. Its connected to another local bar (the prophet bar) which is unique. Only bad thing is the bathrooms are gross and the time to get drinks from the bar was awful. They only had one bartender at one point and then finally two but it still took forever.

Great small venue. The bar is just your generic beer and liquor, no craft anything which is strange for Deep Ellum. In terms of performance, the sound is great, standing room only, but you can stand at the back of the room and still see the faces of everyone on stage clearly.

I love the Door. It is an iconic spot in Dallas with history and feeling! It is a humble spot, and could use some love and attention, but the staff/security/bartenders are great, we have never had any issues and have done there for several different shows. I grew up always hearing about the Door, its historic.

Went to see Aha Gazelle twice and Social Club misfits twice. Nice location. Across from a large parking lot. Nice venue. Nothing special.

The event I went to was Electric Feels and the music is great! The decorations/light show is cool and gets people pumped. What I did not like was the bathroom and the bar. The bathroom was extremely messy and unclean, half the people there were intoxicated so they dont care but when youre sober you notice everything. The drinks are super expensive in my opinion, $16 for pineapple and Malibu seems a little much and water is $4! Parking is okay, theres a decent sized lot (pay for parking through an app) right across the street from the building.

Great venue, letting some awesome local bands rock out! Clean place and all the staff were real nice. Got a great view of the awesome band Urizen!

Was such a blast! So many costumes and such a great night. Would definitely recommend any event hosted here. Drinks are very expensive and the lines are super long. So be sure to pre-game.

Went to a Rap concert with my kids. GREAT SHOW AND GREAT PEOPLE. The DJ and the Promoter was awesome. Thanx Lil 2zs.....

Great place with great atmosphere

My favorite venue in Dallas for shows. The stage is at the perfect height to both take in the performing artist & interact with a more crowd participating band. The floor is tailor made for a great moshing experience. Nothing pretentious about the concert venue set- up, allowing for more of the artist stage set-up to shine through. Great acoustics & perfect capacity allotment.

There are a LOT of places to check out. You will always be able to eat. It keeps you busy but isnt something that I would say I look forward to every week. If you have never been, give it a couples tries.

Nice venue for small concerts, receptions or parties. I went for concert, and as people the A/C circulation can be an issue in concert they place kept its cool, had enough space for vendors to set up shop.

Went and saw set it off here the drinks are great they dont skimp and the stage is very open and close to the audience

Small venue. Not the cleanest place but always a good time. Has old vintage charm. Convenient cheap parking across the street. Good place to see some smaller groups perform.

The band on was awesome, the bathrooms were not. There was any toilet paper in most of the ladies bathroom.

Cool venue and great bartenders. Security is present, comfortable and watchful.

Staff was cool, not the best venue for a concert, doors don’t open until it starts, and stage is short so it’s hard to see the performers

Iv been here twice both to see touring acts. Was here a few days ago ticket said the doors would open at 5:30 didnt open until almost 6 waited an hour in the cold. Staff was okay i guess? Opening bands were great, good show. Overall good venue

Great venue, fairly easy to get in front row and be literally inches away from your favorite band. They did a great job with Silverstein as the main act, lighting and sound was on cue to the t. Only issue was the heat and it got really hot in the overly packed venue. But there is an AC vent in there where you can cool off.

This was a great fun place to go! What surprised me most was the price of the food and drinks, given this place is a lot more lax than clubs i usually go to. under 21 accepted, event staff are typically nice. sound is good,wide stage makes it easy to get closer even if you arrived right on time..

Great Music Venue, good drinks & great atmosphere+ security are on their game as well. If you want a good night out to go see live music and let loose then look no further.

Theres always two different lines for the show and so much disorganization during concerts. If you havent bought tickets online, you better make sure you have cash on hand.

The Stoners Circle perform along with other great artist it was a dope show!

If you dont dance, stay away from the pit or you will find your self swallowed by it. Ive seen many innocent lives taken by the waves of the crowd into the mouth of the great beast. If you find your self here block your head and run but if you have warrior blood stay and fight back; dance your little heart out just make sure you take a break and drink water. There is a bar on the side you cant miss it people leave it like baby ufos leaving the mothership. Restrooms are behind the double doors in the back corner by the bar and if you go past those double doors turn right or left if youre male or female but if you find yourself at the prohet bar thats how you know youve gone to far. Stay safe, stick close to your friends have a good time.

Great place for the music culture in Deep Ellum, just pray you can find parking.

I have say this club rocks nice place to see bands live and meet new people here. I got to see Red live and I meet them after the show. Keep this club for live music of all kinds. I have been going since they open.

Hosted a great event free. Limited beer options when we were there due to pending shipment. Watch out for uneven flooring - multiple stumbles and one full-on spill!

Its funny when you have a business that doesnt actually do the work of counting ticket sales to prevent the place of going over maximum capacity and sending people out. I mean youre just stealing money at this point from dedicated fans.

Saw so many shows here growing up and had the honor to meet so many amazing band members here as well. Small and very loud venue, just the way I like it.

Lots of different kinds of events here. They host a lot of events for kids also. So, if youre 16-17 year old is looking to get out, check event dates for The Door.

Worst venue in Dallas. Claustrophobic, extremely hot. Cant see the stage from anywhere unless youre seven feet tall. Whole place looks dirty. Bathrooms are a science experiment. Will never go back if I can avoid it.

Yeah its small and hot venue but that does not matter if you are there for a good concert and if its packed duh itll take a bit to get a drink at the bar but one of the only few venues that you can walk out and come back in without them having a cow

I can not fathom a worse musical experience. I paid good money for my husband and I to see Snarky Puppy (ahead of time, not will call, tickets in hand) and the tickets read DOORS OPEN AT 7. We didnt make it THROUGH the doors until after 9 PM. Have you ever stood in line, starving and waiting to pee and seven months pregnant while the owners to a crap venue happily hide inside the a/c with the doors locked and humans sweating outside in a line that wraps mutliple city blocks? I have now and never will again. By the time they let us in, we realized that they had oversold and, breaking every safety rule, we stood like sardines, sweating and well over max capacity to see a band that I couldnt enjoy, due to the fact that I had bodies on every side of me and there wasnt enough room to move, let alone breathe. The air conditioning must have been turned off the minute they crammed us in. Just when I think I need a break, I am afraid that Ill catch a venereal disease in the bathrooms and the food took ONE HOUR TO MAKE!!! We only have one cook they said and I was so well versed in standing in lines at this point (besides the music still hadnt stared, big surprise) that I thought WHY NOT!? Glad that myself and my unborn child survived this experience and i will never go again.

Went to see Snarky Puppy on 9/11/15.Doors opened 90 minutes late. Nothing from management as to why so late.Audio was a mess, opening band was just bad and finally when Snarky took the stage all you could hear was the sub woofers.Wont go back.
