This place is the WORST. I had my party there this past Saturday and after paying my deposit it took days just to get my flyer after asking the promoter multiple times. Once we got there, we had to wait 10 minutes to be escorted to our table (but were suppose to be VIP) When I went in to take care of the remaining balance, they then said they dont take cards without a Chip. They better be glad I had another form of payment. Why wouldnt they say that on the site prior to booking? Lastly, by 12 midnight, they were out of tissue in the ladies bathroom. Ill never step foot in here again.

Nice spot, really big a total of 3 floors to dance. Very spacious.

Do not go here if you intend on getting bottle service. They will still make you stand in-line outside to wait for the promoter. It is supposed to be free to get in before 11 with bottle service. By the time the promoter shows up it’s after 11 and they make you pay to get in. They say it’s free before 11 only if you are inside by 11. Then they need to let us go inside and wait for the promoter cause by the time they show up, it’s after 11. They have done that to us twice. The only time they didn’t was when birthday boy bought 18 bottles. So if you don’t intend to spend at least $1,700 on bottles, don’t expect exceptional service.The $55 deposit is supposed to go towards the bottle service amount but the bottle girls will argue and say it doesn’t.We ordered a hookah and I later wanted to buy more bottles. After the hookah came, we never saw the bottle girl again. My friend had to wait at the bar to ask for someone to come correctly connect the hookah. Then I had to wait at the bar to ask the bartender to tell my bottle girl to come to the booth, as I wanted to buy more bottles. She never showed. We eventually flagged down another girl and asked her to get help from our bottle girl. Surprise, never saw her.

I wish I could give this place a zero, do not swipe you card at this place they will steal from you. I signed for a 119$ tab tipped the bartender a very generous 20$ tip, woke up this morning to find out that he had tipped himself an extra 30$ from my card. DO NOT GO HERE!

My first time, I tried to ask the bar tender if I could re-enter, he told me to go ask the front lady to ask. The front lady told me to ask the bouncer. The bouncer is rude, and yells at me. this place, train your staff better so I don’t have to go to 3 people just to have one yell at me.

Unprofessional and disrespectful in all ways.This club is ghetto, people do smoke weed casually, bartenders are extremely RUDE, and it’s overly crowded. I do not recommend this place. Save your money, the cheaper clubs are better than here.

Wrost club I have ever seen. Worker here are so rude. They don’t know coustomer value. They forgot that they work here and not the owner of club. They should be in their limit and behave as well.

Good quality music lots of fun big crowds

I went here 8/16. I ordered hookah and was told it was 50$ and unlimited the entire night. I spent an hour and a half looking for the young lady to get a refill and take advantage of the unlimited. I asked the bartender 3xs for her. The first time a guy came up and said 20$ for refill I said no the young lady said unlimited. They guy said ok Ill let her know. A long time after I saw the young lady and explained the situation with the guy she said ok Ill let them know you need your refill.... she never came back. I asked the Bartender for her, I even asked a security guard for her... she never came. So of course I asked to speak to a manager. I explained what happened and expressed I wanted either a refund or some of my money back. He said Im sorry but she told you wrong its not unlimited and there will be no refund. I told the Manager I will be disputing the charge and I will be writing a bad review he said ok you do that . Completely unprofessional and arrogant. I would have never purchased hookah for 50$ if the woman had not said unlimited.

I am very disappointed. I had my party there on a Friday night and I was sent information on dress code about no jordans foams tennis shoes athletic wear blah blah blah, but when I got there, guess what people were wearing? I saw sneakers, Jordans, foams and athletic wear. This was upsetting for me because that is why I didnt have a lot of guest come join me there. The host who walked me to the table was very rude and had an attitude. The waitress was cool though. The music was good, BUT the drinks sucked. I am just not pleased at all. Will I go back? If I drink in the parking lot and make sure I am in sneakers I will. Oh and if I want to smoke weed too. They claim they have a Status yea right. No status or standards. If you like to dress down and smoke weed throughout the club, then this is your spot. Not to offend anyone, but I like more upscale especially if I am celebrating. I should have read the reviews first before having a party there. Not all people will have the same experience but this is mine and I wont go here again.

Place is dope always a good time

Worst club ever. They told us no dress code only to try and charge us for a male having on Jordan’s $20. Then told a female with flats no entry but turned around and let people they knew in with no problem. On top of that they opened late told us to go to gators until they got it together. I will never return.

Dont come here for bottle service if youre over 30...thank me later...gone

Security is rude, they push and shove you. Its a super crowded place and you can only move with the crowd. I felt assaulted and I will never return. The floor was sticky and you can see the men using the bathroom when you walk by.

Last night was my first time going and I had a great time with my people everyone was in they own zone chillin laid back and kicking it ....

In all my years of partying in Dallas and getting tables I have never seen a club require those paying for bottles BEFOREHAND wait in the same line with general attendees. There is an 11:00 requirement to get your party in for free with the table (they do not tell you this when you reserve the table or on Eventbrite). Service is very slow and the brought out one girl with a sparkler for my Birthday. The DJ is good and the music was good so we were still able to have a good time.

DRESSCODE: No Shorts . They really need to update this, we live in texas its hot af .

Worst place to go if you a Black Male escorted me out the club cause my card didnt have a chip inside it security staff is no good and shoved me out the club for no reason over a bar tab and they charge you extra for there baby size drinks. I get better drinks and service at chilis people reading this please listen this place is not worthy at all. They on some BS over there

WORST bottle service yet. First, you have to wait in line EVEN if you have a table then after that line they put you in another line to WAIT for your table, isn’t my table supposed to be ready? The whole staff was slow. Sat at our table and after 20 minutes had to GET UP AND ASK THE BAR FOR A BOTTLE SERVICE MENU. The bottle girl made ONE round of drinks and came back maybe ONCE in a 4 hour period. Only reason they get one star is because l CANT GIVE THEM 0 STARS. Definitely won’t be back I’d rather go bald

We went just this past Saturday for my Sisters 30th Birthday Celebration,.. .First off why is the Line for bottle service that had already been paid longer than the regular admission line... Then we waited another hour for our bottle service to even arrive, after that I never saw the server again. The club is setup badly, no lights on the steps so if you want to head to dance floor from your VIP section good luck, you will trip and fall! The bathroom had no attendance, just trashed. This place had absolutely no Class, which was disappointing for us! I have been going to downtown Dallas club seen my entire adult life.. this was just a bit shameful.

What type of music do they play my birthday is in a few weeks and I just moved to Dallas from Chicago not too long and I’m trying to find a better place than Medusa (wasn’t all that) my husband and friends go there cause that’s the only place we know. I want to try something diffferent ! What type of music they play here ? Dress code?

Boring, overpriced, and terrible. We asked someone who works there if we could sit at one of the tables and they said yes as long as we ordered a hookah. So we sit down, wait 20 mins for someone to come and give us a hookah menu/order and the hookah costs $45 which is severely overpriced if you ask me. Most places weve been i. costs $25. We get our hookah and not even a full hour later one of the waitresses comes and kicks us off the table saying someone had booked it. Why not tell us that from the beginning? She passed by us multiple times and made eye contact with us. Never going back again.The only pro is theres no dress code. Also, theres a cover charge of $10 for women and $20 for men. My friend says they stop playing music at 1:30 am, in case you still wanna go although I would never recommend it.

I am sure the people of Flint Michigan would appreciate the watered down shots you serve. But I did not. Also, how many times can a DJ get away with playing the same song in a 2 hour time period? Judging by the crowd, 3 was enough DJ Floor killer.

We walked in HEELS ON A THURSDAY to this club and it was closed! Website said they closed at 2am, it’s 12am

Would I go there again? No. Had to wait in line even tho I pre-booked a table. They didn’t have me on the list for some reason. I had to pull out my phone and show them my deposit. Bottle service girls were not tentative to make sure we were ok. Only reason I’m not giving 1 star is because I enjoyed the music they played.

Staff was very friendly. The panda and robots made it feel just like Vegas. Definitely telling all my friends.

I like it cause its convenient to where I live. Friday nights is the Black Hip Hop night and Saturday night is the Hispanic Hip Hop night. I know it sounds weird but I went on a Saturday and it was majority hispanic but still played hot hip hop songs. The enviroment for me was different so I didnt stay long but I really like this club. Drinks are ok, Im a wine drinker and they dont have wine but I like that there are two sides to the club with different music playing on both sides. Dont think this club serves food and there is very limited seating if you don;t have a table reserved so wear comfortable shoes with a good grip cause the floors are stained concrete and a hazard when the floors are wet. Ive seen several falls.

By far the livest nightclub to be at on a Friday night in dallas dress code is fashion forward the vibes is smooth and lit st the same time I see me becoming a frequent visitor

Every time I go to this club they show everyone so much love. The vibe and everything is just right. Its my regular Friday night spot now!!!!! I looooovvvvee CoOp, they have got to be the best promotion team in DALLAS!!!!!!

I was calling the number given here to see if I left my card at the bar last night and the man that answered the phone told me that I would have to wait until 9pm to get it and hung up in my face. How could you be so unprofessional with someone who spends their money with you?? This bs asss bar is not even worth the $20 they’re charging. You’re paying to get in a sweat box, trust me save your money. The bar was crowded because no one wants to go in that hot ass backrooom they call a dance floor, The bathrooms were nasty as hell and there was no tissue, even though there was about 10-15 ppl walking around with STATUS shirts on and not one of em cleaned the bathroom or stocked tissue. And on top of that the ppl at the bar was giving people carbonated water in their drinks instead of sprite. How are you charging so much but can’t even afford to serve Sprite???? I will NEVER go here again
