Very nice and nicely laid out. Dolby and IMAX are amazing, even if they do sometimes threaten to blow out my eardrums (seriously, would it kill you to turn it down slightly? Its literally physically painful sometimes). The staff is friendly and the facilities are clean. The layout is expansive and (under normal circumstances) allows for great extended hangouts with family and friends.

We went to see The Grinch in November 2018 and the movie wasnt working. So they refunded us all our tickets AND upgraded us to the Dolby Cinema viewing of the movie that was playing just 30 minutes later. Very classy and generous way to handle a situation. We were not upset or anything, they did it for everyone. Friendly staff that goes above and beyond expectations. 5 Stars!

Dolby Cinema and IMAX with Laser are pretty awesome, the picture and sound is amazing. AMC A-List is a great program, too.

I have been coming to this theater since it was brand new and have never seen it in this bad of shape. There was an excessive amount of trash everywhere in the theater and the seats looked visibly filthy. They were so bad I wish I would have arrived after the movie started just so it would have been dark before we sat down.The rest of the experience was as expected. The video quality of our movie was great. The audio was great.Popcorn and drinks good. Our service at the concession stand was excellent. I hope we just came on and off night a long overdue is in the near future.

Great movie experience. Tickets are cheaper on weekdays early, $7 today. When its not summer, its a ghost town in daytime. Thank goodness they keep this nice place open though. Mall is gorgeous. If you come here, and are on good behavior, you are welcomed. Dallas is not rife with movie theaters. Value this one.

First time at the movies since COVID-19. Everyone was very courteous, wore their masks, and social distanced well.

I love the quality of the theater and the pictures but the floors are always sticky and you have to jump from soda machine to soda machine to find one that has a variety of choices because they are usually out of a lot of options shown. The concession staff is nice but they have no sense of urgency and seem bored even when there is a long line. My suggestion is get here early. Still, I love the quality of the pictures.

The theater is quite dirty, and the staff can be rude at times (perhaps because they are overworked and underpaid), but Imax is reasonably priced and it is nearby.

Free large popcorn for my birthday. The large soda was a whole $7.00 though

One of favorite places to go see a movie with Alamo/Cedars coming in at a close 2nd. This AMC is the very best out there and the rewards card perks cant be beat. Customer service at this location is always on point. Clean theaters and great seats. Just fantastic!

Decent food and although the seats are not heated with full recliners, the back rocks (a little). It is a great Theater with great picture quality and sound. I personally like a traditional movie experience without folks bringing in blankets and reclining like they are in their living room. Restroom area is clean.

This movie theater is clean and well maintained. Theater rooms are modern with comfortable seating and very spacious. Staff seemed very cordial. Concessions are a bit pricey But thats true to any movie theater now a days also the line for the concessions was too long. Me and my wife had a good time though. Not the first time at this theater and wont be the last.

Great theater. I go alot after shopping or having dinner at the mall. The popcorn is good and the theater rooms are kept clean and their comfy. They have great costumer service so if they make a mistake they are quick to fix it and are friendly.

Good theater. Decent service. Be aware that patrons enjoy putting their feet up in chairs for whatever reason. My only gripe is the parking situation. If you do not valet you will likely have to walk a bit to get to this theater.

I used to be an AMC employee 15 years and Im appalled while visiting this location. Nasty doesnt even describe how filthy this place was when I was here.

Love the bar staff. The drinks were good. Only feedback I have is that they need to have more box office staff or have more of the auto ticket machines working at night. We got there at about 6pm and only 1 was working and the line for the box office was long.

I want to take this opportunity to let you know that you need to offer a better choice of snacks. Popcorn is good. But how about some better choices? Chips or nuts would be great.

It was nice and clean. Staff friendly n helpful. Very helpful and answered my questions n made sure we knew where we were going since our film was in a hidden area.

Old time favorite. The theatre I was in hadnt been updated with the recliner chairs so that was disappointing. But, I know they have them. Its still a great theatre and its right off the Red Line a Park Ln station and a short bus ride on the 702.

Pretty underwhelming experience for what is supposedly a very high end shopping center. If you get theater 10, I would run the other way the chairs were straight out of the early 2000 with no recline at all. And as a hard of hearing person, every last AMC Ive been to has the ABSOLUTE WORST assisted listening headphones. They never work and if they Im sure it would be horrible sound as they look like they belong on a cheap Walkman knockoff from the early 90s...

Located inside the posh North Park Mall, this AMC theater is top notch. All the modern theater options are available like Dolby, IMAX and Real 3d screens. There are reclining seats in some of the theaters, and you can order real food and alcoholic drinks at this location. Overall, a good choice for some adults movie night watching.

I love this theater. The image and sound are always impeccable. The seats are comfortable, and the isles are clean. Its a perfect location, as you can do more either before or after the movie by perusing the shops or having a nice meal.

Mostly high end shopping- designer stores. Met a friend there, has an ok food court. We went to see a movie-AMC theater was ok. Has the bar and decent selection of food items. The theater we were in did not have upgrades.

Allow time for picking up tickets especially for matinees, only one window opened and after each sale, the one cashier tries to sell membership to each non-member! :))))

Place was nice, it was cool! From my understanding and from what Ive seen and experienced when youre a stubs member you go to the VIP lane and the cashier or sale associates call you first then they call someone from the other line and then VIP and so forth. I was skipped and they didnt say anything when someone from the non vip line went to the front before me!

Great movie ..went and saw Queen and Slim... ordered tix online...smooth process... the employees at the concession stand were kind... I got the mac n cheese and it was horrible ... worst than frozen mac. I should have known better. The gentleman that helped me when I returned it was also nice. Just simply gave me a refund. (I think he knew it was gross)

This theatre has seen better days. They recently renovated the bar but they should have put the money into the theatres. The concession stand is poorly managed and the line is always unreasonably long.

Great movie theater. Love the screening movies they do. Always helpful staff an great food! Prices a little higher here then else where but for AMC an inside a mall what do you except. Large refillable drink for a little under 7 bucks. Great popcorn to. Serves beer an alcohol but cant take that out into the mall though.

Tickets here can be a little bit more expensive than other AMC locations but I dont mind at all. This theater is nicer, quieter, and cleaner than any other AMC Ive gone to. Ive never had an issue with the staff, theyre all laid back and super friendly.

A $60 experience for 2. Very filthy environment! No maintainence in bathrooms or lobby. Walked on sticky floors. No toilet paper, etc. Drink machines out of choices. Yet, it was not packed. Saw one employee cleaning one movie theatre. Crazy. This is the only review of movie theatres I have ever written, but it was that bad. Food only was ok.

I love the low lighting as you walk into the dark theater. Seats are very cushy too.

I bought Panda Express for my boyfriend and then I couldnt take it in and had to throw it away... but I should have known that would happen. Im still upset though.

Came to an advanced screening for Sonic, still trying to get on the #reviewslist. I love that you get tour tickets downstairs and go up for everything else. I love the open space to add to your popcorn, ice, hotdogs, etc.The seats are comfy but dont recline too much or heat up. The process of advanced seating is very fair and I was glad our whole family was able to join.

This is a great movie theater with dolby, IMAX, and 3D! Its located at the Northpark mall near the food court. Ive never had a problem watching a movie here! Also, I have never had an issue with people talking or using their phones during a movie!

Getting our movie tickets is a breeze when you go through the A-list lines. If you plan on getting any food you need to arrive atleast an hour early so you dont miss your movie. Even for one hot dog the wait was 30 mins. Many other customers were complaining since we were waiting for so long. Even as an A-list or Premier customer waiting is ridiculous. They need more staff prepping food and another staff taking orders.

It is a bit pricey, then again it is at North Park.The concession area tends to run out of the food around night time.The seats could use an upgrade when compared to other competitors. The seat selection is a plus!The employees are nice and patient.Overall nice area because it is its own floor.

My home theater location for about 10 years now. The Dolby theater is plush with extraordinary sound. The IMAX auditorium is great and could be par for the chain but AMC is a solid brand so no surprise. The bathrooms are spacious and clean. The staff is always friendly, attentive and on point. I always look forward to catching a movie at this location.

My wife and I enjoy the opportunity to catch a matinee every now and then. This place has easy on and off the highway access and good selection of movies.

The Dolby surround theatre was amazing. It was pricey, but if theres a movie that you really want to see, this is the ultimate cinematic experience. The screen was the nicest Ive ever seen, the sound reverberation from your seat was amazing and the recliners were the best Ive ever experienced.

They used to do pre-screening a whole lot different now for the last couple of times just seems like they dont know what they are doing, used to be fun coming to pre-screening at this theater now not so much.

Great place for the kids to enjoy and have fun. Some of the games we payed for werent functioning completely. But so far had fun with the family

The place is immaculate(very clean bathrooms) and has a bar with very polite bartenders. Also the IMAX theater is the bomb.com!

Horrible service. The automated ticketing system is down and employees are rude. The one that sold us our tickets said to bad he is not a technician and its not his problem. Only one soda machine was working. Over all a bad experience. Specially the rude ticketing staff.

Movie was great, never saw Adam Sandler any better, he was only better in happy Gilmore.

I went to see the movie underwater with kristin Stewart witch it was awsome. Cant wait for you to see it.

The movie theater was clean and staff was friendly. The ticketing process was quick and easy. The drink dispenser was a bit confusing and busy with no order with movie-goers. Seats were comfortable, a little tight, movie quality was great. The bathroom was dirty and needed some cleaning. Overall, good experience!

4th time receiving incomplete and/ or cold food order. Staff completely oblivious to menu knowledge & basic customer service.

Really Enjoyed Myself

Went to the movies yesterday and ordered a hotdog through the Express app around 4:20pm. We made it to the movies earlier than projected and asked can I go ahead and pick my order up around 6:15pm the cashier who was cool said it wasnt ready yet and it would be ready in 5 minutes.. 6:30pm came around and still no hotdog every time we asked if our food was ready they kept telling us 5 minutes. My fiance spoke with so-called manager cause she wasnt much help said that it takes approximately 30 minutes to make a hotdog... If it took 30 mins to make a hotdog why wasnt it ready it 2 hours??? Not to mention it doesnt take 30 minutes to make a hotdog cause I used to work at AMC when I was a teenager... Not a great experience and the AMC main office wasnt a big help either.

After years of being a customer to this location, I give up. The beverage and food staff was unbelievably unhelpful, rude and unprofessional. Maybe it is training or maybe it is the work environment but this group of young staff was frustratingly bad... considering we just paid $14 per ticket... and another $14 for water and a popcorn ... and another $29 for 2 drinks. I understand bad days but the consistency made me think of a managerial issue. Time to figure this out.

This place has gone down hill. This theater is always dirty. Popcorn everywhere, all over the drink stations. Straws spilled all over the floor, drink lids out of stock. Trash is overflowing The bins. I am no longer coming here as the tickets are already high.

Great theater, but it is important to note that it is inside a huge mall. If you visit, include time to walk through to the middle of the mall where the theater entrance is. It was also great that I not only got to buy my tickets through the AMC app, but also order concessions. (This feature is not available at my regular theater. I went here to see a limited release indie movie.)

This is my go to place to see a movie. Fresh popcorn and snacks. They play the latest flicks and large comfortable seats. Theyre remodeling the bar and lobby. It was great before, so I cant wait till theyre finished. Probably by the time I go back. The blockbuster season is here! Holland Taylor...

I love the sound in the IMAX laser auditorium 8, but honestly the seats are just sibnpar compared to the Dolby Cinema that Ive grown so fond of.

I literally just had the worst experience ever on the behalf of my experience going to watch countdown tonight. I was terribly disturbed numerous times, even pulled in and out of the theater on the count of false allegations. Which caused me and my fellow friends to miss out on portions of the movies. Once the situation was addressed, I was offered free passes. I couldn’t even enjoy my popcorn, drinks, and candy I had purchased to watch throughout the movie. I also have a video of the worker making the statement I would be refunded.Once the movie was over, they said a refund would not be issued, which means I was given a false alternative which means I was lied to as a costumer and that’s something a business should never do especially AMC. There are more people who we’re falsely accused as well This is Ridiculous and is something that should be handled I would really like to speak to the person/ Corporate over AMC Northpark 15 .Or I will post this video and take further actions.

I like AMC and usually only like going to AMC theaters, but I didnt know some of the showrooms didnt have the seat recliners. I wasnt impressed by that. And it was freezing in Room 3, lbs. Overall I like them even though the food overpriced.

I will never ever understand why you can buy tickets at the kiosks only to have to wait in line to pick them up at the window, especially when you only staff one person at the register on Friday/Saturday nights! Last weekend I had to go to another theater to see the movie I was trying to see because of the delay caused by the ticket machine.

In my opinion this is the best theater in DFW. They always have good service. The place is well maintained and the workers are friendly. Ive been coming here for years and have never had any problems.

As far as movie theaters go it was clean, well staffed, and the seats were okay for not being upgraded.

The AMC NorthPark ran out of food Burger sliders and chicken sliders were out the ticket-taker forgot to give me my 3D glasses the valet outside parks my freshly detailed car right next to the sprinklers and completely messed upmy detail wanted to be paid for valet parking even though they werent going to be there to bring me my car back because they closed before the movie would let out really disappointed in my experience at this place movie theater in the IMAX was spectacular thats about it

Just saw the video on FB of the super sized rat in one of the theaters here i would have just died had i been there ! This rat was HUGE omg!
