What a delightful surprise! I have wanted to look at the works here for a little while now. I was not disappointed, I could have spent all day looking at the artwork. Always fascinating to see the artwork from different time periods from Warhol to some classic artists. Sculptures, I wish I knew how to sketch so I could sit there longer. Wonderful museum and helpful staff. We were not able to see everything cause they were preparing for a wedding with is amazing to find out that is a possibility. Overall I want to go back and have a second look at everything.
My wife and I were blown away by the beautiful biblical pieces here. Very friendly staff, thank you to Scott for your hospitality and informing conversation about what everything represented. Great place for a date, seminary trips, or a day with God!
I love museums! This was by far one of my favorites! I can’t wait to return to finish the tour. The people were very friendly and informative. We received great customer service. This museum has some AMAZING art, sculptures, and so much more. I highly recommend you to visit. You will not be disappointed. Thank you for a great experience!
I found this place simply by accident. As I was heading to the mall across the street. On one of my trips I had made the wrong turn and came around the corner and saw this place. I told a friend about it and told her I would like to take her as a girls day out if you will. We went, we saw, we read, we enjoyed.....staff was very friendly and helpful with questions. Clean place with nice restrooms. Amazing outdoor art garden....️️️️️️️️
Finally made it here and it doesnt disappoint. Beautiful bright lights displayed on wilshire at the Museum of Biblical Art. Its a heaven for photo opportunist to get that perfect shot but good luck with all the visitors there. Limited street parking but there is a garage too if you plan to stay her than a quick photo.
The art and sculptures are great. The Thomas Kinkade art was amazing especially the resurrection of Jesus its just indescribable you just have to see it for yourself. Also Gained better knowledge and understanding of the Holocaust .
Very awesome place and that really makes you think in a different way. The Holocaust section was very memorable. I didnt realize how many people were caught helping and punished or helped then were shunned by their own government and died in poverty. It was an amazing experience.
I love the arts! So much culture, history, truth and love! Nothing is better than a museum. Dont forget to support your local museums.
This museum is a must see for all ages, history and exhibits are well documented and displayed. Some of the displays you can take pictures, but it was all so interesting.
We are glad we decided to spend our vacation social distancing right here in our home town at the museum. Reading about the people from different cultures who helped to save Jews is just what we need to be focused on during this time of disunity in America.
Nice cool place to spend a 103 deg Saturday afternoon.
Very nice display if you have any interest in biblical art. I do not have a particular appreciation for art museums. After about a half hour I have seen about enough. This museum did have a nice mix and some very interesting exhibits. They do have paintings, but as well sculptures some nice photographs of Israel, and had a very interesting display of paintings of some of the old fallen cathedrals in Europe. overall it was very interesting even for those who arent necessarily excited about traditional art. It is a medium sized museum that you will need at least an hour and up to three if you really wanted to look in detail. I would say for most people one and a half to two hours would be a good time frame.
Very impressive collection of religious art, including a large collection of Judaica. They host exhibitions throughout the year. We were fortunate to be able to see Barbara Hines A Celebration of Survival, a multimedia presentation on the Holocaust, its survivors and the many people who were rescuers. They also have an extensive collection of outdoor and indoor sculptures and statues. Very impressive.
Quality of Alfredo was very disappointing, and Fettuccine noodles were not used, as stated on menu!
Cool exhibits! Ron Diciannis painting is amazing! Also liked Kinkades and Blackshears paintings, Barbara Hines Holocaust exhibit the most.
Thought it would have more about the life of Jesus but it has a lot of modern day art as well
It is an awesome historically valuable venue. What a great opportunity to be invited to perform there:)
Its a great place. It has history and many works of modern art. I like the atmosphere and the service staff. Their attitude is very enthusiastic.
This museum is beautiful with incredible sculptures, historic art pieces, and 11 different rooms dedicated to different artists or genres. The curators were kind and informative. Great museum experience!
Very informed.
Excellent exhibits pertaining to biblcal times with an understandable theme. Staff is helpful, courteous and attentive to new comers. Very clean facilities and cool place.
We were driving by and saw that this existed. My husband was so excited that we went right in. The art is gorgeous. My nine year old was kept interested the entire time. The statues inside and outside are amazing. The staff is so polite and well educated on the exhibits. They have the speakers that give you information as you walk along so you can go at your own pace. Thats always nice.
Absolutely beautiful! I could sit in the mural room all day.
Very informative and all museum displays were well laid out
Pretty basic art museum.
Amazing experience. The sculpture garden outside is absolutely breathtaking and memorable. Had a private tour and will never forget the impact it had on my kids. They still talk about.
Great place for drinks and entertainment. Been here on a Sun, Mom, and Thurs. Monday is by far the slowest night of the week, but thats expected anywhere. If you really want a song to be played, tip big or buy them a drink. Bartenders and waitresses are friendly.

The collection is rotated every three months as I understand, and was fairly stunning. Well worth the time to visit, and the staff I dealt with were polite, friendly and helpful to a fault
A small, specialty museum full of brilliant exhibits including Chagall paintings and ancient and medieval bibles which are fascinating to look at. Covers several religious cultures including Christianity, Judaism and Islam. A great place to learn and enjoy beauty even if you are not religious.
My wife and I visited this afternoon. We were impressed by how much there is to see here. Paintings dating from the medieval period to the 21st century, sculptures, and more. The artwork covers both the Old Testament and the New Testament. There was also a very moving exhibit about the Holocaust, plus a temporary exhibit by the National Archives of Iraqi Jewish documents discovered in 2003 by American troops. To top it all off, the museum director very graciously invited us to stay for a private tour of the Iraqi exhibit by the curator. I highly recommend a visit to this museum for anyone who happens to be passing through Dallas.
Absolutely AWESOME!! The exhibits were well put together and very informative. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They actually appeared to be enjoying answering questions and were very knowledgeable. All of it was a Fabulous experience. Plan on spending some time there. I was there for 3 hours and did not get to see everything.

Just stunningly beautifully detailed work!
This is a really wonderful gallery and exhibit center, as I would put it. In retrospect, Im not sure its actually a museum. But I was there for a presentation and didnt do the tour.We had a wonderful time. I highly recommend it!
It was an awesome spiritual and cultural englightment
Excellent food. Great service. Friendly. Good price. Not real fancy but very nice overall.
Such a delight..beautiful..the semi annual musical renditions are a gift.
I liked the life-size portrait of David slaying Goliath. Let this be a role model poster for your kids - slay those giants in your life!
Beautiful atmosphere
I enjoyed my time here. It was so informative!!
Really learned alot. There are some humerous paintings and titles. Little overpriced but all in all not bad.
Was disappointed. Dwells too much on suffering.
What a beautiful building, outside and throughout the inside as well. The collection is rotated every three months as I understand, and was fairly stunning. Well worth the time to visit, and the staff I dealt with were polite, friendly and helpful to a fault.
Definitely worth the experience, very detailed and beautiful. staff is really great.
Great museum full of lots of different kinds of art. Really enjoyed the room with the wall to wall mural!
Great visit! Good environment.
It was pretty interesting. I guess I wasnt expecting much but this is a full fledged museum full of valuable artifacts that I didnt even know existed. Lots more content than I ever imagined. The staff was knowledgeable too. I Liked
Great collection of Christian and Judeo art. Curator is a wealth of information.

Really good at
Great time there with the family. Will go back again.
Excellent exhibit of Igor Samsonov and fascinating displays of 15th & 16th century maps.
Every branch in me that bears no fruit He takes away
A Great Place to explore in Dallas
Really enjoyed the tour today of the museum.
Wonderful art and artifacts, especially Ron Diciannis permanent-installation mural, The Resurrection. Other exhibits, such as art of Werner Sallman and Barbara Hines, are there for a limited time, but I enjoyed then in May 2018. Outside, the Via Dolorosa sculpture garden, featuring statues of Jesus passion by Gib Singleton, is worth a long look. The grounds also feature other thought-provoking sculptures. Those who know the Bible will especially appreciate this museum, but those who love art will also.
This was an amazing and moving museum. The art was fantastic and very powerful. There is something for everyone here.
We had an afternoon to ourselves in Dallas and stopped by the Museum of Biblical Art. They have some amazing galleries of ancient artifacts including back to Medieval times. Most of the galleries are of Jewish art which was very interesting. Make sure you get one of the complementary audio tour devices or you will miss a lot of the history.
This was my third trip to the museum over the past 25 years. However, it was my first time since it was rebuilt after the fire. I didnt think I could have enjoyed it any more than my previous visits, but I did. Also,I highly recommend the audio tour which is FREE! Also, the staff are very friendly and accommodating.
They always interesting and thought provoking exhibitions here.
Great selection of items. Staff is very helpful. Gem in the city.
Came here for a wedding and I am so blown away by the event staff. The customer service was exemplary- warm, welcoming and so helpful. A special shoutout to Caroline who went above and beyond to help me with a stressful situation- thank you!
A lot of breathtaking art.
Beautiful art. The sculptures are heart wrenching, all the art is.
Great historical place, loved it.
A beautiful biblical museum. So much to see!
Beautiful atmosphere.Great, friendly staff.Excellent exhibits
An Event Venue...... nothing more.Don’t waste your time or money.
Maria in the conservation area is awesome!!! Its great to watch her work and theres always such interesting art in the area.
Outdoor Life Size Stations of The Cross Sculptures, a must see for Holy Week. So moving and thought provoking.
Love the sculptures
Friendly staff. Beautiful artwork, especially a huge mural of Jesus resurrection.
If you are the last bit interested in Biblical art, dont miss this hidden gem next to Northpark mall.
Our tour guide was excellent and I loved his trivia
Beautiful collection, and breathtaking presentation. I have great respect for the skill of the curator
Very interesting collection of both Jewish and Christian art . I highly recommend making a trip there .
Stuff are all very friendly. Nice collection. Nice and feel good environment. A place you can get inspirations and feel Gods present.
While visiting our daughter in Texas, my husband and I visited this museum. We enjoyed it very much and learned things that really surprised us. Our tour guide was very nice gentlemen. We even learned more from the audio presentation on some of items. If you have any interest in Biblical history it is well worth a visit.
Great exhibits!
It was interesting. Spent about an hour. No longer has the Gutenberg bible collection, though. Sufficient parking. Friendly staff.
Really interesting museum which was so much bigger than anticipated!
Thomas Kinkade paintings were beautiful. He painted a great story!
It was a very rude and discriminatory experience by Scott Peck the excutive director. He watched me the enire time i was at the museum, never asked if i needed anything. Then embarrassed me in friny of other guest.
Gorgeous venue, great variety of exhibits that come through. Very off the beaten path in Dallas, but well worth a visit!
It’s a nice place but could use better curation. There are too many artifacts place in close proximity to the other.
Beustiful museum. Didnt know you could reserve a room for a wedding reception.
Very entertaining and knowledgeable tour guide that kept us interested and involved in his presentation of each display and by asking us questions pertaining to each one presented to us in the museum.
Very educative! They have a nice event center in there too...
Memorable art that should not be forgotten.
