Cool outdoor space with gorgeous murals. My friends and I had a great - socially distanced time on Halloween and the band was pretty good. The full moon was an ethereal backdrop, most importantly it was nice to get out of the house!

Such a cool spot! They have different events but we were there for Art Battle Dallas! Bar, DJ, art, t-shirts, unisex bathrooms and a super friendly staff. This event was all ages and I was so excited to share the experience with my artistic teenage daughter. She said she could tell which adults used to party because of the way we all dance while we walked around

Great place with an amazing ambient. I always come here with my friends to enjoy the delicious pints and cocktails they have to offer. The staff is friendly, the service is excellent and the prices are affordable.

What a great venue! I took my daughter to see Dan Deacon last night and it was our first visit to this venue. The space feels intimate without being cramped. It was very clean, including the restrooms. I love all the beers and ciders they have on tap. Ive been to small places like this for shows before and was expecting the sound to not be that great, but was pleasantly surprised by how great all of the bands sounded. On top of all that all of the staff we interacted with were all super nice and helpful. We need more places like this!

Their draft blood and orange cider is amazing, but so is everything on draft right? This bar has an “art” wall covered in colorful paintings of various styles and sizes. There’s also two giant electric guitar statues and tons of comfy seats. The seats inside feel very shaky and light so be careful if you’re on the high seats. The main bar has tons of free space because there’s a small stage at the back to house a live band! Come to art co for good draft drinks and live music. But wait, there’s more! The backyard has a couple games and tons of seating for when the weather is nice. There’s two sets of bags (though there were some bags missing when we were there), a giant game of connect 4 and giant jenga. The walls are covered in art and murals so it s a chill place to hang out with friends.

Went here to see Lost Dog Street Band. Was a great show. Good sound for an open space and plenty of beers to choose from. Only one person was getting a little rowdy but the crowd pretty much governed itself so it was a non- issue.The unisex bathrooms were a new experience for me but everything is private with an occupied light above each door so it works well.

Worked a few events here last year, they do not take good care of vendors. Manger lady will make you completely re-set up in multiple inconvienient places. Most venues are very welcoming and will work with you on an area to set up but had an issue here almost every time, including very little sales each event due to booth location/placement. Majority of the staff is friendly but poorly ran overall.

I had a great time at this place. Please go visit Deep Ellum Art Co. they always have great events. Nice place to have fun with friends and family.

A cool place to hang out with a great vibe. Awesome street art. The staff is super nice too. They let you look around at the art and hang out. Looks like a great place to have a party. They were getting ready for an adult prom when we stopped by. They have a very cool outdoor space with lots of street art.

I so enjoy Deep Ellum Art Co. it’s all about the art and the staff for me. I love the opportunity to enjoy local artists, and friendly bartenders that love where they place their personal tools. Please ask them to explain their Craft Cocktail dispenser! It’s absolutely a great place to spend the afternoon or evening relaxing and enjoying the locals or transplants like myself.

They host a FREE family sunday funday. They have games and crafts for the kids and drinks (for purchase) for the adults. They have live music and a spacious area in the back. Great positive vibes and beautiful artwork throughout the facility. Great place to check out!

Fantastically lit art gallery, huge projections, amazing ginger beer! Twas a bit shocked tho that their N/A beers were twice as much as the ginger ones. At least they have options for non-drinkers. Amazing sound, super cool vibe. Great for electronic music.

The people at Deep Elam Art Company in Dallas were so friendly and kind. I went there tonight to see a concert by Steve Hofstetter, and the venue was so perfect for Steves show. The show, which also included a hilarious warm-up act by Dallas s own Aaron Aryanpur, was nothing less than spectacular. It was a night I will always remember. I highly recommend the Deep Elam Art Company.

Family friendly and art filled Sunday’s are about the best thing ever!!! We try and make it every week! The owners and workers are all super friendly and the vibe is super chill! Happy to become regulars there! They bring in the BEST music in the city.

Absolutely AMAZING venue, Ive loved coming here for the last year+. Good lights, good vibes, extra things to do outside, tons of art to explore and buy (duh). Always support this fantasmical place

I love this place.

Great venue for events with well stocked and reasonably priced bar. Staff are great. Whether its a DJ or a performer its a good time, with a great crowd of folks that are just there to enjoy themselves. Parking can be problematic so try and show up early or uber into Deep Ellum for the best bet.

Very thankful to have made it to the Clan of Xymox show(also loved the beer selection & art displayed at your venue, bought several pints and a print). Looking forward to future shows at Deep Ellum Art co.!

Went there for a kids birthday party. Club atmosphere was fun for the kids. They allow you to bring your own food which is nice.Table sections were a little too tight as they try to fit in as many sections as possible. Its a little chaotic since parents just let their kids run around freely . We had kids continuously come into our section an try to take our glow in the dark party favors. Thankfully there is a bar where you can grab a quick drink. Honestly the worst part is the parking. We had to drive around the block a good 15 minutes just to find a parking spot and that was in a dark alley behind some buildings. The kids enjoyed it but its a bit rough for parents.

Love this venue! It has a ton of really cool art all around, hints the name. Has a big fenced in backyard with foosball and connect four. Lots of seating and just overall good vibes!

It is a bar featuring a variety of eclectic talent. Hard to typecast, yet not necessary. Nice interior design and art style. Very open and roomy space is ideal for adapting room into many configurations. Use your imagination and check it out. Beware. Parking is a pain in the backside.

One of my favorite venues in deep ellum. Local artists display their art, the backyard is spacious and has games, and the indoor space is wonderful for just grabbing a drink or listening to whatever band is live that night. You know if theyre playing here, theyre good.

Great place. Was there for my second Art Battle and had a great time! Amazing atmosphere with some really unique local art displayed on their walls. I need to go back for other events or just to check it out the beautiful art.

Great event space. Always good live music and reasonable drink prices. On the outer edge of Deep Ellum, so the parking is better and less people to fight through.

Great venue. Great location, excellent bar staff.The only complaint I have is that the stage is pretty close to the ground, so even at 59 its hard to see anything on stage. Most of the time I saw the heads of the performers, I even had to sway back and forth to keep dodging other heads in front of me.

My experience with the professionalism here was horrendous. I called to talk about possible event planning. So, I talked to the manager about bar pricing and he had an attitude/rude manner straight from the beginning. His responses were “have you ever been here or seen the pictures online?” & “what do you want? I am working”. I’ve never been so disrespected from the beginning of a conversation like that. He just lost a possible 200 person event booking.

It is so slow getting in to this place. Love the set up once inside. Doors opened on a day that it was 38 degrees reel feel of 26 and it took an hour(ish) to get inside. One way in with one person checking tickets and applying bracelets. Went to Cavetown with daughter and others and it was very pleasant. Nice staff, no discount for designated drivers.

This was our first time and it went great, alot of flashing lights with good music. Both of our kids enjoyed it and had fun inside and out where the games were and the food truck.

First time here, came to see an amazing band we have enjoyed for many years that doesnt come here often. Doors at 7, waited outside in line until 8:45. The space is nice, the sound was terrible. This would be a nice listening room for people who come to hear music, but its not that. If you want to get drunk and stumble around, this is your place.

Super friendly vibe! The beer was priced well. A huge back outdoor area that has checkers, Jenga, Cornhole, and lots of hanging out room. The open mic was a lot of fun with incredible talent and art on the wall for sale. The art had me searching my finances, because it was more than reasonable prices for mind-blowing talent. It was very dead, patron-wise, on this particular open mic night, but I can see this place getting quite packed on a weekend. Highly recommend.

Deep Ellum Art Co goes. I was there to see Pepper. It was my first time at the venue. Amazing venue and staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. One of the unique/cool things about the venue is that, its also an art gallery. Arts on display from local artists that you can buy on the walls, through a QR code system. I havent used the system yet but, it seems pretty straightforward and easy to use. Sound quality was okay could be better though. If you were front/middle and center sound was great though. The bar has a great and diverse selection of beer and alcohol. Its relatively inexpensive. Get there early to find parking close to the venue or park down the street and Uber there just be prepared for parking to be a hassle, its Deep Ellum. I went on a Wednesday btw. I would highly recommend this venue. One of Deep Ellums best for sure.

Bouncer and bracelet applied attacked me when I questioned lack of signage about $5 cover to minors (which manager validated is essential to keeping doors open) despite purchasing pre-paid tickets. Owner non-responsive to email. Poor cleaning practices.

Decent place. Wide-open room for concert venues. Great sound and cool lighting, but wish the stage was a bit higher. Good beer selection. Huge outdoor patio area.

Hippie Oasis. Jazz funk 60-70s jam bands, some rap and electronic. GREAT venue. They do a family day on Sunday.Idea here is to mix music with art- they sell art on the walls and in the back patio. HUGE back patio. This would be a good place to host an event.Drink prices are decent. Lots of beer options, Full bar. No food.

I live across the street from this place. I always seem to end up here when Im hanging out with some of my hippie/stoner friends. They love their jam music. Place seems pretty family friendly on Sundays. Everyone is just hanging out with the family and kids having a good time. I like to draw out the hop scotch for the children. 5 stars.

This is a much needed spot for the Deep Ellum artist and musician community. They have a full bar and a large, expansive space for events! Try Monday night for Open Mic and sample Deep Ellums emerging talent! Its my new favorite spot!

So different what an extraordinary change from the norm.

I went to see big something & aqueous here. The venue was absolutely amazing! The inside is beautiful, filled with some amazing art and a great set up. The outside is really big and has quite a bit of art out there too. Theres an outside set up also so bands can play there too. The service was amazing. It was my birthday and the staff made sure to make sure that I had a great time! I will be going back for more shows!!!

The venue was pretty good for small shows. Never been there until we went on a Tuesday to see a random band a friend roped us into. The tap cocktails were reasonably priced and pretty good.

Attended the Art Battle event today with my family, and we were all blown away. A unique experience that you just dont find a lot these days. We immediately felt at home in a part of town we normally dont visit. Well be back for sure.

Came here randomly one night. I usually dont like Dallas night life all that much but this place is unique. They have live performances. The genre of music is very hard to put in a box so I think anybody will be able to appreciate the music. It reminds me of Austin a bit. Loved how friendly everyone was & I actually had some thought provoking conversations with random people that I had never met before which was really surprising. Seriously had the best time!

Ive been going to Deep Ellum for about 25 years and have frequented many bars and clubs. DEAC is now my favorite venue in Deep Ellum for live music and more. The venue itself is awesome, but its the owners and staff that really make this place so great.When you walk into the large, colorful and artsy venue, its obvious a lot of time and thought was put into the layout and decor. It has a nice flow so you dont feel crowded, beautiful and fun paintings on the walls, and a huge backyard space with another stage and area for food trucks, vendors, and games. All the bands weve seen here so far have been really good and we especially love the rotating art collection from local artists that is available for purchase. The staff here is probably the friendliest in Deep Ellum and they do an amazing job keeping the place clean and inviting. If you havent been here yet, check it out! In addition to live music, they do other events throughout the week, some of which are family-friendly, a rarity in Deep Ellum.

I dont really drink. So my opinion on a bar is going to be based on the entertainment, the staff, and level of comfort I feel there.I have a favorite morning place and now I have a favorite night place. It is by far the most welcoming and comfortable bar Ive been to in Deep Ellum.The staff are all friendly, the location is perfect, prices appear reasonable, plenty of places to sit and hang out (huge backyard), and amazing entertainment--at least on the night I was there when there was a full-moon specific event with a DJ and fire breathers, as well as food and art vendors in the backyard, while a band played indoors next to a wall displaying a variety of art for sale.I cant think of any reason to take a star away :-)
