Fairfield Glade Yatch Club regatta on a calm day

Very well marked and maintained trail system. Hiked a day after heavy rains and still kept my feet dry through a couple tricky water crossings.

Beautiful trail. Great stream to walk along for a bit.

Very nice trail, well maintained

Ample parking is available at the old boat launch on Rotherham Dr. The hike is fairly strenuous. Its a steady climb. I believe the elevation changes by 300 feet. Theres an other lot off of Catoosa near the terminus of Rotherham at the top of the hill if you want to do downhill first. The Hemlock Trail can be hiked out and back, or you can make a loop approximately 3 miles long, since it connects to all of the routes near Good Samaritans. By itself, the trail is 1.5 long.

Pay very close to your trail or your 3 mile hike will become a 6 mile hike
