What an incredible deal for the family! The regular price is far better than most of the indoor tracks in the area. While it doesnt have a white glove atmosphere like the indoor cart tracks, neither does real racing! No computerized race times and tracking, just good old fun carting. Several tracks available for different age groups and if you get their UNLIMITED pass, it is as many races as you can handle. Lines were short when we visited so the kids got at least a dozen races each... cannot beat that deal. Plus theres a climbing tower, mini golf, a slide, and bungee for the younger kids. We had a blast. The staff was friendly and helped find the best deal for our group. The courses were challenging and all of the carts were in good shape. We all had such a good time that I intend to look into doing a party here and will let you know how it works out. We will be back.

We spent six hours here today with our children and they had the best day ever thanks to Tim and Frank at the trampolines who were phenomenal with children all day. They were incredibly encouraging and coached our son on how to flip. He wanted so badly to do a flip and succeeded multiple times with the best, genuine cheers thanks to Tim and Frank. It was also great to find a place that allowed our 49” son to drive by himself and our 41” daughter to drive by herself too.

This was an awesome experience. My son had a blast on all the tracks. We did the double seat last where the driver needs a license and I drove! I was so impressed at how fast the cars were! I felt safe and the attendants were awesome!!

A great place to take your kids!!!! All the staff were amazing. Special shout out to Jay working the little kids gocarts!!! He was amazing, helped all the little kids, one kid was to short and wanted to go so he held the gas down for him for a good 8 laps! Everyone was great, great price, and great location! We will come back!

Let me tell you I have ridden go karts all over and the Super Speedway Karts are lightening fast. The manager Spencer is super friendly and gets everyone through very fast. He is also super safety conscious and lets everyone know the rules. I will definitely be back and recommend this track, with this great layout and lightning fast carts and friendly staff to everyone.

This place is awesome!! Me and my family come during the weekday only. Tim, Mark and Elijah were great and we really enjoyed them racing with us on the GO-KARTS. I highly recommended getting the unlimited pass. During the weekday its less crowded and we are able to enjoy all that the speedpark has to offer.

I didn’t want to write this review because I given a refund.But I feel the owner or whomever runs this establishment should know.This was by far the weirdest(worst) experience.We’re driving through and wanted to have a little fun- wish we didn’t stop in here.Once we got to the back- a few employees weren’t wearing mask- 1 employee was completely asleep.We purchased the go karts and no one came over for a while- due to him sleeping.Once the employee came over he didn’t give us any instructions- just stood there- he also looked ill- he was not wearing a mask and both the white of his eyes were completely red- burst blood vessels.Which is a sign of Covid.I wish I didn’t come here with my family- this was a mistake and I’m praying we didn’t get Covid from the mask less employees.

Sure go here if you want to waste your money. The people running the racing were letting co workers and friends race double and tripple the amountof time you are allowed. It was in front of a long line of people waiting. Then Alex at the concession stand forgot to make our funnel cake so we had to wait 20 min watching everyone behind us getting their fried oreos and cheesecakes before we finally got our funnel cake. We asked for powdered sugar and we were directed to a table for condements in sticky tins to shake your own (NOT COVID FRIENDLY) Im actually verry disappointed that we took our kids here to have a fun friday afternoon... NEVER AGAIN

Was already an awesome time at my son 10th birthday there but with the addition of the faster sporty-er go-karts they have truly changed the game! They add a heightened adrenaline rush and a drive that you really only expect from your automobile. What took you guys so long! Will be going back much more often. Went for the first time with my husband and our three kids! My kids left happy after spending several hours there that’s why I gave this place a 4. I’ve read many reviews about this place and about the staff. The place in general was fun and the staff cleaned things like they should. The ones running the go-karts were great. My only issue was the employees running the trampolines, and spider climb and fun slide.These guys sat on their phones the WHOLE time. You had parents calling out to them to bounce their kids one parent yelled at a employee to just unstrap their kid and bring them out. One teenage girl came on with her little sister and two of the boys working the trampoline was paying the little girl no mind the teenage girl even asked them to stop watching her and watch the little kids. The fun slide well I felt like I was working the slide. The man not a boy was just sitting there didn’t say a word to us I asked if the slide was open. He just nodded his head. And got on his phone. And the boy on the spider climb was literally GLUED to his phone. At one point it looked liked a manager did come over and say something to him because a 3 year old managed to climb all the way to the top of that thing and he didn’t care. I know phones are important and I am not a stickler about phones at all. I have mine all the time but when I’m at work I’m at work. There definitely needs to be more of a policy at that place before a child gets hurt because a employee was on a phone. I mean they literally sat around head down on them things. It was so crazy to watch.

Id never been here before but had seen this place while visiting the mall. I booked my sons birthday party here and it was fantastic! The staff was great and all were very helpful. Our party hostess was very nice and kept us stocked with everything we needed...drinks, paper supplies, etc. The kids absolutely loved it and had an awesome time! Unbelievable! Decided to visit for my sons birthday. The card machines werent working. Stood in line for 30 minutes. While they attempted to fix. Then required cash of which I not other ppl in line had. No at machine in site ! So embarrassing and no consideration.....NEVER again.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the park. The associates were very helpful and friendly. Spencer specifically had a very positive and friendly attitude. The Super Speed track with the fastest go carts is my favorite now. I tried it for the 1st time, and instantly loved it!

First time back here since it was Nascar Speedpark. So god they added the super karts to the superspeedway. Always said they needed those. Special shout-out to Spencer for making my group of friends and I feel like our business was appreciated. He told us about the upcoming leagues and we are definitely interested! Would love to see this place with new karts one day soon!

Horrible experience! I bought my daughter an wristband to ride and play all day. We checked the hopeful and I was assured she could ride the jr ride and other activities. Guess what ? Nope she’s too short even though she’s taller than the required 36 inches, her feet wouldn’t reach the peddles. The workers are friendly but very disengaged. Young teenagers so They were being teenagers. To make matters worse there’s one port a potty that was so disgusting we opted to pee outside.

Thank you for hosting my sons birthday party. We all enjoyed ourselves. I was happy that he and his friends were able to ride and play in a safe environment.

I had a great time for my birthday yesterday i never heard of the super karts until i got there & just hearing it made me curious about them so i drove the regular karts it was fun it was a little exciting but as for the super karts man the best thing for people like me more speed & excitement plus adrenaline i was amazed by the way it had me feeling it was worth the money & also the crew there was great Spencer was a great manager & easy to talk to & Gatsby is a great worker cool to talk to & very helpful also Braiden, Dk, Zelf where all good workers also these new super karts are a very great addition to the speed park hands down very glad that i camed & enjoyed myself & met great people

Doug, Madison and Tyler drove cars. Madison and Tyler are Dragster car drivers. But because Tyler didnt have a drivers license, they was going to have to do the little track. But when the manager found out that they are race car drivers,he left them drive the faster track. GreatDougs been driving semis for 35+ years.Someone else hit Doug so hard that that guys helmet flew off of his head.I really didnt see any cleaning of the cars between users.The kids and Doug had a blast. And the other 4 of us stood by to watch.

I wanted to write a post specifically for what I witnessed with Covid-19 cleaning. Some employees wearing masks, but most were down on their neck (what’s the point). I saw 1 activity spraying what I assume was sanitizer, but none on the go karts. They should add a quick wipe down in between. There were hand washing stations set up . Of the visitors some were wearing masks. Some were not. It’s outside so not mandatory probably, but I wanted to review it for those people who may have concerns going. Take your own wipes I guess. Otherwise it was a great time!

I was extremely disappointed! Booked a party here for my sons 6th birthday & from the moment we arrived it was the absolute worse from poor communication to piss poor customer service. We were checked in then told to wait & our host would assist us. After almost 30 mins, I finally asked for the host as we were just standing on the side of the trailer & I was advised to just go ahead and start playing puttputt then someone would get me to a party area. Fast forward, were done playing and back at the trailer asking for further details as we were instructed. By this time, we are on the 3rd party host who informs is that our initial party host had left for the day & the other guy who was supposed to help couldnt be found so, she would have to go clean our area shortly as there was another party finishing up. We wait a little longer & she has yet to proceed towards the area that shes to clean so, I ask; Do we just stand here, or what? She telks us we can go sit in the area and she will come clean it. We watched the host sashay back & forth with what seemed to be people she knew who were visiting the park. After atleast 20 mins, she was stopped as she passed our table again & asked if she had forgotten about us and she responded by saying, thats what Im about to do. She did come spray & wipe the tables & asked if we brought in a cake. She took our drink orders and went to retrieve the cupcakes & goodie bags I brought in. A young lady who was not a staff but was identified as one of the people observed walking around with our host came over & asked what our drink orders were AGAIN. She was then observed going back over to the trailer & telling the host. My husband & I seen what looked like our pitchers of drinks just sitting while the host engaged with the young lady who had previously came & asked for our orders so, we walked over & got them ourselves. At this point, our host rushed to grab cups & straws and informed us that we didnt have to do this as she wouldve taken care of it. I asked for napkins which took forever to come. I asked for small plates which never came. A party that witnessed what we were experiencing was finishing up & offered us their leftover plates, napkins, & a pizza that they hadnt touched. I asked the host about tickets and she found her manager who accompanied me to the front trailer & he inquired about my party experience to which he was informed of how disappointed I was. I told him in addition to this that no balloons had been provided, no popcorn, nor goodie bags as advertised in the party package. I observed him talking to her and minutes later she returned with less than half filled popcorn boxes. When asked about this the manager informed us that the boxes shouldve been filled and we told the hostess what her manager had just informed us. Her response, He hasnt been here long and doesnt know what hes talking about. My sister then informed her that she could just take the popcorn back & she told my sister, no, yall can throw ot away to which my sister responded by saying, Im not throwing it away...I dont work here, you do. The hostess then tells her, I dont clean up behind people and she walked away. My husband then knocks one of the boxes of popcorn on the floor and the hostess is seen on her cellphone. Turns out she is calling her mother & is informing her that my husband threw popcorn at her. She then relays this message to the managers who get security to come ask my husband to leave. Had it not been for a table of witnesses who saw this entire encounter and spoke to the managers on my husbands behalf, he wouldve been put out for assault...with popcorn. The hostess was observed on several occasions speaking to her managers (all staff appeared to be very young) in a very disrespectful tone. Her mother arrives and also makes a scene after this situation has been diffused and my party group is preparing to leave. She is observed yelling obscenities and making threats to press charges due to her daughters false allegations of a popcorn assault. Awful!

Great place to have some fun even during this pandemic but we need more options via food wise and your losing business once people have to go into the mall to get food and drinks.

This is the second year in a row weve had my sons birthday party here. He had such a great time last year that he requested we do it again this year! Mini golf is fun for everyone and then, with the basic birthday party package we chose, each child was able to pick the attraction they wanted. Some chose go karts and some chose the bungee trampolines. Everyone had a great time!

Dont waste your money on a party. The party package is overpriced for what you get. 2 cold pizzas, watered down drinks and the rides, speedway was just ok. Very disappointed.

I went to perchance ticketś for 5 people at 10:30pm on Sunday and they did not want to give us survice at all. This is a place that we go all the time they dont close until 11pm we hade time for two rides per person. We drove 40 minutes to be disappointed.

We had my sons birthday party here. It was such a great price for what you get and EVERY SINGLE PERSON that we interacted with from the party hosts to the food, mini golf and go carts were amazing! So nice and accommodating! The boys had a blast and definitely something we will do again. Highly recommended!!!

A great place to take your kids where the whole family can join in the fun. The go-cart tracks are great. The employees are polite and helpful. The tracks and the gocarts seem to be well maintained. It is a little pricey but worth it if you stay a while and make the most of it

Lots and lots of fun, idk if it was just the day we went but the lines werent that bad and we was able to drive the go carts several times. Get the all day pass its fun and worth it. Military gets 1/2 off as well so you cant beat unlimited go carts, putt putt, etc.. for only $15 its $30 if your not which is still worth it. Great place for the family to go.

When I went their was $10 off of the unlimited everything which was a nice bonus (during a weekday between Christmas and New Years). Their wasnt that many people their as expected for a weekday but their was still enough to just fill the tracks everytime without you needing to wait to race again. Ahhhhhhh.... This place it amazing, I didn’t know that there was Speedpark behind Concord Mills Mall. First time here. There golf it amazing, I really like the racing go art but the adults dive like nuts ho and teens that are getting a car I don’t think that they should get there Divers License. When they pushed me into the wall I said What the heck? no seriously what the heck? What a drivers oh and you think you are so cool doing that, braking in front of people, they get in front of you then a few seconds later they hit the brake. I always try to avoid the accidents or the hard brakes. I know there game, but they can’t be like that in reality. I was so annoyed by what they did. I also liked that the staff had a turn for the young kids.

We have came here quite a few times. This place is a great place to come and spend the day. The cheapest way is to get the all day pass for everything. You get way more for your money that way. I love the location because your in walking distance of the Concord Mills mall.

I scheduled a birthday party for my sons 4th birthday last Sunday. We got the unlimited package with everything included and it was so much more fun than we expected. Our party planner, Angelica (I think her name is), did a fantastic job! She took care of drinks, cutting cake, bringing out presents, and smiled the whole time in that horrible heat. I’m very impressed with the customer service and overall experience. I will recommend this to anyone, I mean even all the adults had a blast! Thanks for a great day guys!

Fun place to kill some time and drive go karts. However the Go-Karts at this location is pretty slow compared to most tracks around this area.

My friend booked a party for his 5 year old son’s birthday. The company scheduled it for Monday 02/25 at 5pm. When we arrived the gate was locked and no one was there.Lots of other crazy details, but after 30 minutes my friend brought the party to Dave and Buster’s and we bowled. We had a good time at Dave and Buster’s.

Me and my family have a blast everytime we go, thursday was no different .... the staff and management are all about having fun and remaining safe. I dont see how they can stay so chipper in the middle of this heat wave but they manage to do so and I appreciate them helping me keep a smile on my familys faces!!! Awesome place to go for a family outing on any day of the week, it can be a little crowded on the weekends but apparently its because everyone loves to have a good time and it doesnt cost an arm and a leg... cant wait to go back!!
