These guys really offer the best playroom for my kids and even great indoor activities for them. My kids really had a great time with them, and Im thankful because they were able to take care of them beautifully. This place is certainly the best for parents and their children. Very worth it services! Highly recommended!

This place was around since I was a kid! Recently took my two children and we decided to never come back.It needs renovations but most importantly CONSTANT MAJOR DEEP CLEANING. It looks like all they do is sweep the main floor like once a month! It’s disgusting.It was December 24th and there were only like 6 other children there. No excuse for all the trash everywhere.Both my children woke up sick the following day after visiting this place.Please see pictures I’ve attached.Staff: please hire a professional cleaning company to do the deep cleaning. Then make sure to keep it up from there.

Kelly is an amazing manager! If you can take the kids on a weekday, shes there to help with any broken game and very helpful. Of course the kids always have a blast here, amazing indoor play structure for all. Best suited for 5-10 yrs.

Ive seen truck stop bathrooms that were cleaner than this place. The management has clearly let this place go and couldnt care less. There are months (if not years) worth of build ups of grime and dust in very easy to reach places, the back of the chairs are sticky, the carpet is torn in many places, there are diverse candy wrappers laying around everywhere (especially in the rides), the railing is worn and even broken in some places (not safe).We watched the staff step over a dirty bandage on the steps several times without cleaning it up.In one word this place is a dump!

2 stars is being very kind to this place. I made the mistake of buying the Groupon for this before reading the reviews... But I thought I should see it for myself anyway. We took our 3 1/2 yo daughter and LUCKILY she was able to make a friend to roam around with because I dont think she would have liked it otherwise. The play area is HUGE for little kids... Its super dark (see pics) and very easy to get lost in. Parents can walk around the whole thing fine and theres plenty of seating. I couldnt get over how BAD the lighting was in the whole place and how ill-maintained it is. The bathrooms are a disaster. We walk in and one of the Hand Dryers is stuck On so its like a sauna in there and the toilets were almost all dirty. I definitely wouldnt recommend this place ... It needs A LOT of work and remodeling.

Huge play space. Wonderful hamster maze type multilevel interconnecting series of slides ladders tunnels tubes nets obstacles chutes crawling climbing jumping gigantic awesomeness. Plenty to keep kids running for hours. Not a fan of the arcade section. Overpriced, but lots of variety. Gives tickets kids can swap for junk at the counter. Its so sad how kids go gaga for all those ridiculous plastic spiders and candy lipgloss and whatever else they trade their tickets for. But, we all did it at that age too. Anyway, the play structure is great.

Nice place for kids to burn off some energy! Needs some repair & cleaning, but the kids have a great time.

Like a fast food play structure on steroids, plus an arcade, and bounce house. The kids had a good time an it wasnt very expensive. Probably best for 1-6 yr olds.

The Jungle is a huge place for kids to play. It is a huge inhouse playground with two levels and has so many passage ways and a variety of games. The kids can slide, crawl, jump, run up and down the tubes. There is a fee to pay before you enter. It is not that expensive. But do not worry, it is not like the jungle jungle with trees and wild animals. It is just a name. It is good for 5 years old and up. There is a small section just for kids below 5 years old. Come and check it out. You will love it.

Great place to take kids ages 2+. Thwy have a toddler section and older kid area. Get ready for a workout!

Nice staff and very helpful. Could be cleaner and some games were not working.But over all my kids had a great time and left happy.

It is a JUNGLE! but fun for the kiddos for play dates and bday parties. Adults are free so you can pretty much let em loose. I will be returning.

This place is disgusting! I do not recommend coming here. It smells like mold. And the carpets look like they haven’t been cleaned since 1999. There is about 1/2 inch thick layer of dust on all the outside surfaces of the play structure. And all the inside surfaces are sticky.Also, there is trash, debris, and old food all over. Grossest establishment I’ve ever entered and I will not be returning. Praying my kids don’t get sick from the mold smell. It’s seriously hard to breathe in here.

This place is disgusting. There was food all over the tables and floor but they told us The kitchen was closed. The bathroom had human feces on the floor. The tubes need to be remodeled. This is not a place I would want me kid to play at. I would think cleanliness would be apart of a safe place my child can play.

We showed up at 10:20am. The posted hours say they open at 10am. No one was present. I called and left a message and sent an email asking for a response. It has been 36 hours and still no response. I called again to no answer. Do not waste your time and money. You will just have to deal with your disappointed kid.

I was here for my granddaughter birthday. The place was extremely dirty. The bathroom was a health hazard. The cafeteria was close which was a good thing so we wouldnt end up getting poisoned. This place is a disgraced for anybody to be in.

Most of the games are broken, there is not enough staff, you cant bring in outside food but there is either none available or it takes an hour to make a hot dog.The tubes and climbing stuff is good, my kid & friend had a great time

This place was disgusting!! There was trash and food and black sticky spot all over the place and half of the games where not working and my daughter found a lighter in one of the tunnels. The jungle was great when I was growing up but maybe that was just the kid in me not noticing. I will definitely not be bringing my daughter or and of my family back here ever again!

Not for children under 8yo.This place is waaaay too big for children under 8yo. Easy to get separated. Hard to find/see kids. We had to have them call our kids to the front desk several times.Fun for older kids.We gave up on the jungle gym and corralled 4 kids ages 2-7, in arcade.Expensive. We used groupon to get in. Spent $40+ on tokens for arcade. Got trinkets with 1000+tickets earned worth less than $2 The place is pretty dirty. They take your kids shoes at the door. Even if they arent going into the gym. So they had to walk around barefoot on the filthy floor of arcade. For bathroom I insisted on picking up my kids shoes.The kids working there were excellent. We got helped at various points of the day by 2 teen girls (maybe HS/college).They were so sweet, helpful and patient.You have to be patient here. The staff is overworked. They were definitely understaffed while we were there. Shocking to me considering the place was so packed on a weekday- seems they could afford at least 1-2 other minimum wage employees.Long lines at the only register.Long wait for arcade games to be refilled with tickets.

Place is run down and old. Does not seem any upkeep or reinvestment to amenities. But, kids dont care about that stuff, they still liked it and had fun.

Place is ok but please dont waste your money on food there or youll be very disappointed. I ordered a Hawaiian Pizza and there was more tomatoe sauce and cheese more than ham or pineapple (can pineapple taste). Disgusting will never buy food there again.Then we we left with our 2 year old son no one checked our wristbands to ensure that we were the parents walking out with him.

This place was grunge and definitely needs a up date. Food service sucks PERIOD.

Awesome place!! Took our kid there to check it out, was not crowded on a Sunday morning, almost infinite play imagination for a kid. Would be awesome with kids and friends. They even have video games for older kids. The best part was parents could also go in the tubes so we could accompany our child until there is familiarity...

Do not even think to order a birthday party! They do not care about needs of your child!

So much fun and ready to just pay the all day rate and be done. Theres also a great area in the back for parents to sit and talk. Definitely a new staple for our family!

Their floors are disgusting for kids to be running in, the seating area floors where so sticky and dirty. The food takes over an hour and they gave our food to another party so they said we had to wait ANOTHER hour. We got mad and requested a refund which we got and once we were leaving I realized that their health inspection was PENDING. I have worked in the food business for YEARS and when it is pending its basically a FAIL. Dont bother spending your time & cash there.

My 3 and 1yr of had fun. The place could use a vacuum and some major dusting, but it is a great place for kids.

It is a decent gym for kids of all ages. Parents can follow their little ones around in the bigger area as well. The big play area was filthy however. I could see it being a good option for a kids bday party.

Smooth! We went on a weekday so it was really empty. Afternoon, kids probably still in school. (my daughter and nephew are toddlers-2 years old). They played for a while with my wife and sister while I earned 225 tickets for them. (Took no longer than 20 minutes. I went crazy on the basketball game. Lol) My wife and sister wanted Jamba but you cant bring in outside food or drinks so the young lady said we had to drink them up front. Not a big deal, it worked out, gave the kids a lil break. I dont remember her name but she was helpful as hell. Knew her job and was super professional! We went on Sep 11. So whoever was working that day did a great job!

This place is so tired and outdated. Half of the bathroom stalls do not lock. The food service area is always close when I bring my kids. Its quite dingy and dated and several of the games are out of service at any given time. Please update and upgrade things!

Family fun place, no place like it. They have a arcade and food. Huge multilevel play area for kids, tunnels nets inside several jungle gyms. It lets your kids get all of there energy out so they can sleep real good!

Great way to work off some energy, especially during bad weather.However, they really need to clean the place top to bottom. Dust and fibers are everywhere.About a third of the video games werent working. Lost tokens in a couple of games. 3/4 of the ticket counting machines werent working.The cafe is barely running. No one on a Saturday manning it. Had to hunt someone down to get a slice of pizza from the warmer. I would have ordered food, but a sign warns of long waits for it to be cooked.My toddler couldnt tell the difference, he had a blast. Stripped and gave him a good bath when we got home though.

This place is a little old and a tad rundown. I think a typical 6 - 10 year old would love it but my 7 year old twins with non verbal autism did not like it.

Nice place for kids to let off some steam. My 3 yr old grandchild had a blast. My only critique is that they only had one kiddy jumper working, and it look like it was on its last bit of air.

All the equipments are older and half the machines were broken. Place just feels old but toddler slide was newer except for inflatable which was overrun by kids older than 3; which the sign stated 3 and under only.

Its a blast, having fun going throw all the tubes and slides, jamieson is having alot of fun.

Very affordable and lots of fun for kinds! Tunnels are not adult friendly but still a lot of fun!

*WARNING* This place is haunted I suggest you to not take your kids there, My family were the only family there with one other. There were no other kids, the tunnels had death notes in them. My kids came to me crying saying they have seen shadows run past them. My son said he felt something cold behind him then he ran to me crying saying he didnt want to be there and he wanted to go home. They had no food, the staff told us to go to a food restaurant and come back, THIS PLACE IS NOT OKAY! Dont spend your money! They were short on staffs they had only 3 people working there and they said they needed a supervisor and a food staff and a cleaner and a manager also a birthday host so Im thinking happened to this place .... I REPEAT DO NOT GO THERE!

I love the concept and the place has an awesome design. The main issue is that the cleanliness of the space is not up to par. the Jungle is a very intricate set of tubes, tunnels and play spaces for kids. It is about 3 stories of fun.It is important to keep an eye on younger children because it is easy for kids to become disoriented inside, but there is always new excitement round the corner.They also have a dedicated area for children that are under 3.The arcade area is decent.The food is decent on the low budget side of things. The floors are kinda sticky in some areas, so I advise against being barefoot.

Pretty big place and fairly priced. My only complaint is that parts of the play tunnel areas are really dark. I don’t know it was because it was too early of the day (we went around 12pm-1pm) they didn’t want to turn on the lights but it was kinda creepy that the center of the room was dimly lit.

This place is horrible! Me and one other family was the only ones there, the food court was shut down with no food, most of the games was shut down, the tokens kept getting stuck and the staff was lazy and also the ticket counter was scamming us. Also there was death notes on the ground by the pac womans game under the tunnels on the left this place changed from every since I was little. games scammed us I payed 25¢ on the pac womans game and it auto played and said game over one sec after I put the quarter in it. And it felt haunted but the only good thing was my kids playing on this slide upstairs.

Staff wasnt friendly, the machines take your coins and dont give you credit also the machines didnt give your winning tickets. Super dirty, alot of machines out of service. We only lasted 30 min. Super bad experience i wouldnt go back at all.

Place is huge! Plenty of crawl space and running around space, plenty seating. Some arcade games and ticket games to win prizes.

Took our teenage kids to hang out and enjoy one anothers company. Appreciated the layout which helped with maximum visibility of the participants location. Was a little disappointed that not much snack options available. Became quite alarmed after seeing a couple of live mice dart across the arcade area. Where theres one there must be more unseen. We did joke about it making the jungle theme more realistic. However, if I brought toddlers that might have reason to crawl on the floors then I would be more concerned about infection. Overall, our teenagers that were enjoying an afternoon of Fun together seemed to have nothing negative to say. Buyer be aware and informed before choosing this destination.

I havent been here in 10 years, but man this place. So great, I remember it as some of my first independent experiences. Highly recommend for ADHD kids, but this place doesnt cater to adults so dont expect to enjoy the stay yourself. Great memories made here.

My daughter had a lot of fun here so I guess that’s what counts. I rate 3 stars because the place really needs a make over on the inside and dust could be cleaned up. Also some parts of the indoor playground were dimly lit which creeped my 5 year old out. But other than that the staff was nice and my daughter still had a blast!

Alot of the games were out of order. Maybe about 20 games. Place looked dirty inside. We payed for admission on groupon. Good deal. Kids had fun inside tunnels. Cant really get too much for your tickets. Dont really know if Ill go back again....

Nice place to celebeates birthday parties, they serve pizza, salad fruit salad, samplers and sodas, is a very save place for toddlers and big kids. The party is hosted by one or two helpers. I highly recommend this place for your childrens birthday party.

I wouldn’t recommend for children under 4. I was super excited to take my toddlers somewhere new to have fun, and was quickly disappointed. This place is dirty, dark and didn’t seem to have working a/c. Also due to under trained staff we had to keep going back to the front desk for things that should’ve been taken care of from the beginning.

Im giving them three stars because I think I had more fun at this place than the kids the young lady that was helping us could have been better maybe it was because she was young and she had other things on her mind that she didnt give us better service but we got over her Shady service soon as we got on that playroom floor I tore them kids up or the Pac-Man game but they tore me up trying to climb through those mazes LOL but we had so much fun remarkably the pizza wasnt that bad either the lemonade tasted like water though only thing I wish the young would have thought about it when we asked her to clean the knife for us to cut the cake she took her shirt and wiped the knife off we then asked could age clean it a bit better she said sure and wiped it across her pants I chuckled a bit like ok how about with water she then went and rinsed it off with water at least I think she did it was still driving she came back so I dont know but we had fun overall the pizza wasnt that bad didnt like the chicken though didnt like the sauce but some people did so you might give it a try its worth it

Kept my 9 year old occupied with great fun for hours - Not too crowded but there were still plenty of kids for him to befriend and play with. He had a blast!

Play area kind of knife but it seems like a lot of the arcade games are always broke down and the ticket machines never want to take the tickets foods not so good but its a good place to chill on your laptop while your kid runs around having fun.

The kids always have a blast here, hours of tunnels and games. Seems the place is starting to go down hill from about a year ago though. A lot of games are missing/out of order.

Im not sure why they dont clean it better...but we just take an extra dose of airborne and play....would be a great place to come to more often if it was cleaner....

We went on a weeknight. There were only a couple other families there which was nice. The Jungle is a bit run down and not very well maintained. Its also really dark inside.

My family loves the jungle. We come here at least once a month. I Love the new additions. Cool new arcades and jumpers and a variety of toys for ticket redemption. Pizza quality was a lot better this time. Maybe they changed their recipe? Either way, my kids love this place.

Great place to lose a child

Wanted to do more starts because its cheap. But its very dirty, not well maintained, and its really dark. Like almost creepy dark. I feel like new ownership could make it amazing.

Good:The play place is huge! Great for getting kids out of the heat and still getting them to burn off energy. They also have bounce houses set up for added fun. I really like that they have a separate place for kids under 3, its a really good area for the age group.Bad:Most of the machines in the arcade are broken, and the arcade itself is very small, which may be a plus if youre trying to get your kids away from video games. They dont allow outside food, and the food available at the cafe is... Not good. Also severely over priced.

Fun place for the kids. The only drawback is that it seriously needs cleaning and replacement of carpets. It is like a big hamster habitat for kids.

Both bathrooms were not only out of order but, flooding out onto the floor where people were walking and remind you, this is a place where kids are running around in their socks... gross! When asked about where to take the kids to use the bathroom, we were told to “go outside” EXCUSE ME? It took over an hour for 1 order of nachos... orders were being made out of sync, the food was tasteless. We had to wait for our room, which was paid for in advance. The staff came in spraying the table down while kids were still sitting and eating. We were supposed to have the room for an hour but we were actually in there about 35-40 min if you include the wait time... complaints were made and we were given tokens for our “inconvenience” ... this was a party for a 1 yr old ! Those poor kids. NEVER AGAIN. They used to be really clean and fun now, they couldn’t give me a free party... I wouldn’t go !

Ehhh... this place is pretty big but feels a bit run down. It could use some more arcade games. And better toddler rides. The toddler play area is decent. The huge tunnels and play area for the bigger kids is expansive but not clean inside (i went myself through one part) candy wrappers and grime inside. And the lighting is not good... makes it seems old and dreary and a bit spooky in the tunnels and all around them. I dont know maybe the atmosphere is a bit better or more thrilling on weekends we came on a weeknight. Lots of space for a birthday party only good thing but dont know if it go well or not hard to say. They advertise for sleep overs. Are you kidding? I wouldnt sleep there even if you paid me. Way to creepy and dirty. I probably wouldnt bring my kid or nephews back. But if you have a group or family with multiple aged kids might appeal on a hot or rainy day. But for now well stick to chuck e cheese for better food and games if we need such an evening.

I give the jungle four stars I went here when I was a kid it was so much fun and I went back there today. The only thing negative is the equipment is kind of old some of the games did not work overall it was fun and my daughter enjoyed it.

So fun even for grown ups. Got to take my daughter. She loved it like i did.

The arcade machines are 50% broken. The play structure lights were off. My 3 and half year old nephew climbed in and came out all the way on the other side and he got lost. Last year I visited jungle concord to book a party with my friends. They made beautiful arrangement for us. I really enjoyed over there. I am planning to visit this place again. I suggest you should visit there

Kids enjoyed it. Not a fan of the arcade option there. If I wanted the kids to play gambling games I would have taken them to Vegas. Or Chucky cheese.
