This place is nice and fun! A lot of fun things too do for adults and teenagers.Bowling, playing pool, arcade, food price is okay and located in the mall

Had a real nice time here. Never been here b4. The place is huge. It has a lot of different things to do such as unlimited amount of arcade games, bowling, ping pong, darts and karaoke rooms. Just get ready for all the noise. Otherwise, bring some ear plugs and not be bothered by the noise. Your child can definitely spend the entire day here.

Fun place, pretty helpful staff once you flag them down. Lots of variety and they have a Japanese karaoke machine which can be fairly hard to find. Have to ask for it because it has a different controller.

I didnt get to do much, but just the vibes of this place was AMAZING! They got a lil bit of everything for all ages. Bowling, darts, billiards, and the BIGGEST arcade Ive ever seen! They had games I was itching to play, such a huge variety I didnt know where to start. And they remain open until 2AMIve always wanted a safe place I could hang out in my city at late hours. Sadly its an hour from where I live but I will definitely be coming back to check it out, cant wait. Such a fun place and family friendly.

This place is okay for the most part, however half the games are functional. For instance, my daughter scored 1,000 points in a game and it DID not credit it to her. When I went to management, they just gave me a credit for how much was used in the game. It was handled very poorly not coming here again

This place is inside the Sun Valley mall. Mostly for kids and teenagers to play all kinds of Arcade games. They have a bowling alley with 10 lanes, kinda small. For adults, you can grab beers and throw darts, or play Billiards. They also have a food counter that serves burgers. Noisy, obviously, its a game place.

There are tons of games and cute toys for you to get. The times are pretty wide so almost anytime time u come in would be available. Also, they have pretty decent costumer care and AC cooling so don’t worry about getting too hot.

Good for kids and has a small sports bar for the parents. It can get pretty loud in here. Food seemed good but we didnt try it. Overall good experience but very hectic

This place has so many things that it’s hard to do them all. Dance dance revolution, racing games, arcade games (street fighter, and others), air hockey, and a little bit of the classic gambling games like deal or no deal. Had so much fun the two times I’ve been there. Great for dates and just to hang out.

Most of the games were when I went out were busted. The other games they were alright such as the car games, stuff they would have at like Chuck e cheese, and the games we most played on was the claw games very addictive. They dont just have an arcade they also have bowling and karaoke.

Great place for Adults and children. There is Large arcade, darts, pool/ping pong tables, bowling and karaoke! Food is aight good thing the mall has a food court and other restaurants lol. My go to is Sun Gate BBQ previously known as Mongolian BBQ be sure to overload that bowl!

While fun, the machines are often in some kind of disrepair, the card readers often take several swipes to work, the ticket games are super pricey, and the staff needs more than a few lessons in customer service (though management could also do a better job of making sure the place is well staffed). Dave and Busters is just down the road a piece - go there instead.

Man, I decided to come here cause it reminds me of Japan but disappointed at the fact that 6 games were broken with no sign telling us it was out of order. In Japan this wouldnt happen, so Dave and Busters it is until you figure out how to run this place properly.

Got a birthday party coming up? They offer packages that are sure to satisfy the gamer or bowler in the family.PROS: easy parking, large location that can accommodate the largest of venues or crowds. Newer arcade games and some Japanese only ones. Decent selection of snacks.CONS: not for the light of wallet. Gone are days of quarters per play. Each game has different credit values and will automatically deduct from the initial balance on ATM style cards. So make sure your kids can keep track of them. They are as good as cash. Plan on at least $30/ player to keep them busy for about an hour or two.OVERALL: NO other place offers this kind of selection of arcade and skill games to win prizes. The only place to offer Japanese rythmn style games in the United States.

When you are trying to play pool, its strange that two employees can come to the counter but neither are capable of setting you up with a table. This happened twice. All employees should be trained to work all stations. Two people staring at me waiting for a third person is ridiculous. The prices are good, the hours are awesome.

The front entrance isnt great, routing you through a fire exit because the escalators dont work? Staff was friendly but spread thin, with very large lines. The automatic kiosk to reload credits failed three times while I was there, making the lines even longer. The cabinets themselves are in good condition, although some of the screens were pretty dirty. Round One has an awesome assortment of games, so I still had a good time.

I went here for a kids birthday party. The bowling was pretty cool. It was a bit frustrating waiting for the card to load a game. The games are also all in another language (possibly chinese) which is probably to buy the video games at a cheaper cost. The kids games where you can win tickets and prizes were not included in the birthday package. The kids side was also extremely hot, like no air conditioning whatsoever! The birthday package details were also a bit confusing. My friend who bought the birthday package was under the impression that kids got all they could eat. Not how it truly was at all. A tip if you have a birthday party is bring a sharpie to write names on cups otherwise I believe a fountain drink is around 3 bucks. Overall its a pretty cool place. They even have a bar with beer and darts. Oh and pool tables to rent hourly.

The reason Im giving a 1 Star, its because 1/2 chance that all 8 Midnight Maximum Tune 5 arcade machines are disconnected from the internet when Im there, which would stop people from using their Banapassport on the machine(the biggest selling point of the game), and this is the only machine that I play on, so does many others, so please fix the disconnection issue(which is not the only problem, there are mechanic issues with the steering wheel, gear box, gas pedal), thats all I ask for.

Its a great place in concord to take your family. The prices are responsible for the game cards. They have so many different game choices to choose from like arcade games, ping pong, and bowling its non stop fun plus they have food and drinks for the adults no hard liquor but they have beer, and wine, and Mikes hard lemonade if they dont run out lol, I highly recommend it as a go to for families.

Like a Dave & Busters with steroids injected. The game selection is gigantic and the amount of things you can do are plentiful like karaoke, bowling, pool... Etc.

Really disappointed with round one. we ran into two claw machines that had no notice saying it was out of order and had to find out only after it had taken the money and not given us anything. then we proceed to the basketball game which then never released the balls as intended yet again took our credits. we moved on to the sniper game which then proceeded to turn off and display a no signal message in the middle off the game. definitely disappointed not so much with the fact that machines were out of order but more with the fact that our credits were spent and we got nothing for it.

Worst service ever. One crazy bartender female bartender and 6 worthless employees for bowling. Round one is anything but a model of efficiency. They cant even fill the ice up at the fountain drink dispenser. If any one of your employees makes minimum wage you are paying way too much.

This place is great! We had a large party and this place was supper accommodating. Our party played pool, bowled and even got competitive in karaoke!

Took my family to play pool today. Bad idea people next to my table were super drunk using profanity every shot they took. My wife asked if we could get our money back to leave the person running the desk was like nope no refunds.Round one you need to have security or employees checking your location that everyone is acting how they are supposed too.Also I saw an under age girl around 14 years old take out beer from her uncle outside of your location.I will not be returning to this location due to this experience My family and I had.

Decent place for a date or for a group of friends to have fun. Or to do a videos out!

Great for kids and has a small sports bar for the parents. So much fun to be found here. Bowling, darts, pool, games, simple food like nachos, pizza and wings (and even ice cream for 99 cents). I did not try the food but it looked very good for the type of food it is. Plenty of employees keeping things running smoothly

Good arcade wide variety but a big problem is that you need ID for karaoke and ping pong which i believe is unnecessary. Also i highly recommend adding some boxing/punching power tester machines. It would probably be one of the most used games and pull lots of people in to play.

This place has everything. Activities for both children and their parents and the prices are great. This is our new place to play pool :)

Good fun I think the credit conversion from cash is just like 10%more stingy than it should be.Too many games broke while playing and asking for credit replacement required waiting through a long lineAnd dont bowl there or kareoke not worth it

Love this place. Friends and I have been doing karaoke here for years and probably been at least a hundred times now. The mics and sound are much better here then other karaoke places and my friends agree. Its a fun atmosphere and theyre open late. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is because they raised the prices almost double on karaoke rooms since the minimum wage went up after the new year. Its still a better deal than the other places but it used to be a ridiculously good deal. Definitely recommend the karaoke there. Games are fun as well but can be a bit pricey too. Overall its a great place. Karaoke wednesdays were like a religion for a while.

Fun place if youre willing to cough up the cash for it. A little disappointing that this is the only true arcade center around. Would love to see some more variety/competition in the future because it can get boring after so many times. Maybe another arcade center in the Antioch/Brentwood area?

For some reason they keep the entry doors towards the mall closed even though the place is open. Really? Seen people waiting there for the place to open while the place was actually open. Need to go up the stairs, go outside and around a restaurant to find the entry and then back down again. Not handicapped friendly.Looks cool inside if you forego all the above inconvenience....

Amazing arcade. This arcade has a wide range of BEMANI games, as well as a new rhythm game called WACCA that recently came in. Would absolutely recommend.

We have our little membership cards for here, and always come on a weekend to hang out play fun games, or maybe do a lil bowling

Was fun, but I think they are understaffed. Asked someone to reset the claw machine (all the claw machines needed to be reset) and I think the guy had an anxiety attack . And he seemed kind of frustrated. He also explained that he was the machine tech, or it wasnt his job to reset the machines and that the one guy who was supposed to do it didnt come to work that day. I hope they hire more people. This was a Saturday night, and it sounded like they had one person scheduled for the machines, and that one person didnt come to work that day. But besides that I still had fun. Spent $150 on a stuffed Llama LOL.

Cool, card based system. All very high tech games a lot from Japan, so dont expect the classic easier games. But if digital games are what you like its fun. The air hockey is timed though, instead of by number of scores.

The arcade is great for the kids. Bowling on the other hand, has no etiquette. People are just rude. We are a large group and had larger groups pass through our lanes without so much an, Excuse Me! Or, the fact that all our kids are under the age of 10 and was getting pushed while sitting down. Really!! They have employees that roam around the area, and have no control over the alleys. Their customer service at the counters are very friendly and understanding. We were able to cancel our last game (12 prepaid) and got to do Karaoke. First time for our group, and an employee decided to walk in and give us our 1st and Last WARNING? for a half cup of alcohol, which we did not know was not allowed. We are here, 6 adults and 10 kids (our own children), and the employee wants to disrespect and talk to us like we are irresponsible people. Huh! Well be planning to go somewhere else next time and spend our $$ there.

Really nice place other than the cabs being unmaintained; the right groove coaster cab has its left controller broken, iidx controller is extremely filthy, left sdvx cab has its left laser loose

My friends and I absolutely adore coming here; theres no other arcade that even comes close in the area! The Final Fantasy Theaterhytm machines are an absolute favorite!

The true arcade experience! It will be more expensive than you may remember from your childhood but it is the best arcade around. Rhythm games and UFO catchers are in abundance

Great place for a family night or date night. I took my girlfriend and a few of her friends here on her birthday for karaoke and we all had a blast. It was only $7 a hour. Completely worth it. I also come here frequently to play pool and bowl. I don’t come here much for the games but when I do play them I always have fun, they have a lot of games that you don’t really see anywhere else. I highly recommend Round 1

Great place for a kids Birthday party. They have bowling, arcade games, private party rooms and package deals. Book your event or your lanes way in advance because they fill up. The games are kind of expensive and not all of them were working.

Round 1 is a great arcade for dates or to hangout with friends. It has food and drinks, you can go bowling or even sing karaoke. It has a nice variety of games to play and they seem to be always adding new games. The employees are as helpful as need be. I reccomend coming for sure.

Its fine but little pricey. The birthday packages are quite expensive and there are so many rules there. Yet, lots of arcade fun. Darts, ping pong, karaoke, bowling available too. Food is affordable for a place like this.

This place is pretty awesome! Bowling, food and tons of arcade games! The only downside is depending on what time you go there are too many kids that hog some of the games and seem to be running around with no supervision, but it is pretty much what is expected at places like these.

Plenty to do here with kids or older adult friends. They have a small bar with cheap domestic beers. . Lots of ticket games, though they arent always working. Or credits get eaten. Like every arcade though. I think its 18 and up Friday and/or Saturday.

Overpriced food, despondent employees. Female working the cafe let’s you feel she hates her job and you for making her work. Food real bad. Chicken wings looked like cooked in dirty oil and was tasteless over cooked cold and dry. Pizza flavorless. Decor arcades look inviting just eat before you come.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the security was doing their job walking around making sure everyone was alright and safe. The staff also made sure all children were being monitored bu their parents.

Terrible bowling experience. The lanes were broken. Staff was not accommodating despite the situation. Very rude and mean about the whole thing. Will not be going back.Not to mention the prize store closes before the arcade does.

Has great service I came in there drunk with a bunch of my friends I was giving the staff at the game counter a hard time and there was a new worker Taliya and even though I was being hard on her she still was giving good customer service

Awesome place. Karaoke was super fun with plenty of choices. The games area is INSANE with a ton of games and good prizes.

This amusement place was a little less amusing than we had hoped for. Karaoke is fun, but you may not have your alcoholic beverages in the room. Instead they sit on a tray outside of the room where any passing person could alter them. We paid for two games of bowling, and they turned off our lane before we were finished stating our time was up. We paid by game not by hour. Many arcade games were broken. The restrooms were not clean .

Bowling is great. Arcade is a mess. A lot of the machines don’t work properly for time play. yes im talking about the ones with the Time play sign.

We got there about 4:45. However was told wait time was a out 40 minutes or a little more. We went to food court and ate. Went to Bath and Body. Kids played some games. We finally left. My friend got s text at 8 PM saying our Lane was ready. Hell they were at the Skating rink by then and I was home. Probably will not be going back. You need to be there as soon as they Open. One positive thing there is a lot is Arcade games.

Big fun place food is good but takes forever but some of the food workers are really nice.

My husband and I went out for date night yesterday evening after my 10 hour shift which ended at 10 oclock. After rushing to round 1 to still enjoy the evening we were greeted by a man up front who was very rude. After telling us he wouldnt let my 26 year old husband in because his license was surrendered we were asked to leave. We asked to speak with a manager in which the man rolled his eyes, laughed, then called her up. The manager was RUDE from the start. Before even asking the issue she stated she couldnt help. And then asked us to leave her store. The managers name was Chelsey! I have never been treated so poorly in an environment we walked in expecting to have a good time in. I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I also wish I got the mans name up front who treated us like dirt. Will never be back, worst staff ever.
