First time back in while. We were fortunate to go during a time there wasnt many guests (trick-or-treat night) The place seemed cleaner than ever. Hand sanitizer throughout and gaming was setup to ensure social distancing. I disliked the lack of customer service. Many were rude and took several minutes to acknowledge us, even though there was no guests ahead of us. I asked one guy standing behind the counter for help and without speaking he pointed to a young lady across the way. I repeated my question and he silently pointed to the young lady again. I at first thought maybe he was unable to speak until the young lady approached and he began laughing and joking with her.

My niece Brookelynn LOVES Chuck E Cheese so we took her there for her Birthday.

Went to my nieces birthday party there and wanted to give a shoutout to one employee in particular. Ray (I hope i am remembering and spelling her name right) was awesome! She clearly cares a lot about her job and the kids who go there. Thanks a bunch!

The girl who is the manager at this restaurant, was so great with our son who has disabilities, she made his day 10xs better than we thought! We cant wait to go again, thanks to her!

My godson loves Chuck E. Cheese. It’s always fun for him to play an run around. Cleanliness is not the best. Seems like games are always out of order. Food just ok

What ever they did in the past 3 weeks isn’t working. Went Friday unable to order food because it was an hour before they close. Ordered a pick up today tons of large bubbles and burnt. I went almost every week during Covid giving the girls $20 cash tips and bought summer pass so I went almost every week in the summer. Until the past couple weeks AMAZING but terrible currently. Not sure I’ll go back.

There was a new girl working there and her manager did an excellent job training and encouraging her and the new girl was super sweet and fun to chat with annnd her nails were on point. Everything from the food to the games was good and fun will be coming back again with my daughter

It wasnt horrible but it wasnt great either only about half the games actually worked like they were supposed to and not one game gave my son any tickets so he was upset when he didnt get to choose any of the prizes I dunno we still had fun but it wasnt what I was hoping it would have been

We had a great time and the employees were very nice. I think she was the manager her name is kena she was great and made my two kiddos very happy just wanted to say thanks for that again!!

My kids love to have fun and i love a clean and fun place for the to have fun in. Be back soon

The pizza has improved over the years but it is not as good as a local mom & pop shop. The workers were friendly. We purchased timed cards. Both machines for take home pictures were not working. Very disappointing.

This established funzone for kids has long been a staple of the community for years what kid hasnt had a bday party at Chuck e cheeses totally fun if you havent been I suggest this for all ages

Chuckie cheese was great! Only thing was when it started off I was frustrated. I was advised to show up 15 early to get set up. I was told when I got there to wait at a booth by the door. My party was showing up and they were just waiting there with me. Pretty much blocking the entrance? 10m later which felt like forever I finally went and got someone. They showed us to our reserved table... And my host showed up right on the reservation time. I had no idea what was going on as I never had been there before. She showed me a schedule and walked me through it all. My hostess was young but very nice

Took an hour and 20 mins for 2 pizzas. Trash everywhere seemed very short staffed.

I take my 1 year old there. We get a card loaded with points and mostly walk around. Its great when you need your kid to get their energy out.Coupons and earn points. Staff is nice.

Revamped and updated, but essentially still the same Chuck E. Cheese. The idea of providing high priced pizzas and game tokens to children has become boring. I just wish there were more options for celebrating our children, be it birthdays, good grades or other good deeds. Dave & Buster and Magic Mountain are other options, but duplicate the pizza and token format too. Chuck E. will continue to be Chuck E. until more and better options are created here.

Loved the layout. You could keep your kids in sight pretty well and they cant leave without you. One token for each item is a good system too.

Its open now to public,but as a parentI notice they did not clean the games in between the uses of children playing with them they are not enforcing social distancing as much although there is signage and the rules are posted there is nobody on the floor watching.the whole time I was here with my children there was nobody out on the game floor I did not see anybody cleaning games or sanitizing while people were out on the game floor. Or cleaning tables between family usage.

Employees were very nice and kids had a blast. All the games were working and my 1 yr old loves going to Chuck E Cheese. My 13yr old still loves it too. The play pass is wonderful. An hour of games send to do well for us!!!!

It’s pretty good. Today there were not too many people. A few birthday parties, but they cleared out before 18:00. They have plenty of staff for the cash registers, ticket/prize counter, and two people fixing machines, one person cleaning tables. My wife said the peppers on the salad bar tasted old, but everything else seemed fine. When games are out points, they reimbursed the points lost. One star off for slow cleaning of tables during the open hours. (We had to sit at a dirty table when we came in about 16:00)

Yes we had a ball.

There were limited games to play as is and on top of that the ones that were available were messing up or did not work. We probably wont be back.

Smells like feet, employees are rude and don’t help, steals ponits, I asked if I could get my points back they said no and that the machine was broken.. THE PIZZAS ARE NASTY AND REUSED THEY ARE UNEVEN AND I VOMITED THEY ARENT THE SAME FLAVOR

Very nice and clean the new play cards is a very convenient thing it woul be nice a bounce play for kids so they have even more fun

One of my sons favorite quick, low price spots to go! Pizza is way better now. The salad bar has always been amazing! Playtime for the children has gotten much better! I love the subs and type of bread choices they have used for their sandwiches. Overall my son, family and I love this child playroom! We try to go every month or so! I hope you enjoy your visit with your love ones as well as my son, family and I!

I went here for my sons birthday party and it was great. Although, there were a few delays here and there (not that I minded) with the party hosts trying to coordinate all of the parties at the same time. We actually had a great time. The event was only marred by an inconsiderate couple who chose to smoke right in front of the entrance doors (and had the nerve to cop an attitude about it when I vomited). Not everyone can handle smoke and you certainly shouldnt be smoking right in front of an establishment meant for children. I did ask the staff if there were any kind of deterrent signs or rules that could prohibit that, but no one knew the answer; that is why I knocked off a star.

Not a bad place to take kids, Ive gotten their pizza once it wasnt really good, salad bar is decent. Kids play games and get tickets to get toys.

Very busy but all the people that work there fixed the ticket machines with no complaints and were very nice about.

This place is always busy, they have birthday parties, lots of arcades. Prizes they have for tickets earned arent that great.. 60 tickets for a tootsie roll.. hmm. It was pretty clean. Parties run like clockwork.. everyone has a party attendant. One downfall is not much parking for this busy establishment....there is a shopping strip mall right there, but parking in the mall lot ...well you can get your steps in..

I used to come here as a kid. I remember it being dirty. Now I just took my kid here for the first time. It was well kept up over the years. The food was surprisingly good. It was very clean for a kids play place. All the games worked. I will be going back.

I have to say that lately this chick e cheese has been on top of it all! In the past there were times where so many games were out of tickets and there were no workers available to help. In the past two weeks I have gone there on three different days and I don’t know if there is new management- but the workers have been incredible! They go above and beyond to put the customers first- this is so unlike any Chuck E. Cheese visit of the past. Tonight there was a woman who worked so hard and was pleasant during all aspects of her job. From cleaning floors, to sanitizing games to fixing ticket munchers and tickets when they have run out- she literally was super woman. I hope they keep having the incredible staff that I have experienced

A very good place for kids 8 years and younger but if you book a birthday party with them it is quite expensive

My daughter had her first friend birthday party there granted she’s only 1 1/2 but she had a blast and enjoyed the food. Some of the customers were rude and the other parents didn’t control or keep track of their kids so they knocked my wife and my daughter down and one even tried to steal my daughters tickets. Good if you keep an eye on things but not sure I will be taking her again till she’s older.

The people working were very friendly and helpful. It was a clean restaurant and the food was good.

My kids always love going here they always have a blast and my husband helps them get allot of tickets tio get lots of prizes and they live it when chucky comes out! The staff is very friendly and helpful and its always nice and clean in there!!!!

Any childrens birthday party best place to see chuck E. Cheeses. Children will enjoy playing the games and prices. Taking pictures with chuck E. Cheeses went children get older they love looking back saying, thank you family. Customer services are wonderful.

This location could have nicer staff but the place is clean. They respond and give back tokens that were cheated. There was a lot of games and they all were working.

Celebrated my daughters birthday here and we all had a great time. Went on a weekday after work, it was basically just us to play whatever game we wanted.

GREAT PLACE FOR YOUNGER CHILDREN TO RUN AROUND AND PLAY SAFELY..PLUS THE PIZZA IS YUMMY

When I took my son it was clean, the employees were very nice and helpful and the food was pretty good.

We visited and used coupons from the online site. For four adults and one 3 year old we ate and played for about 50 dollars and had enough for everyone to eat and have a fun time. Not my favorite location, but its not terrible!

Bathrooms were not clean and food took FOREVER to come out. The food was surprisingly good but the wait was ridiculous considering we were only there with one other family and they had already eaten. Staff was friendly as well.

It had been a while since we were there. Took the grandkids and were surprised at the improved games and with the quality of the food. I liked the pricing based on time, much easier.

They have the best pizza !!!!

Kids just had fun

It was horrible and someone stole my nieces bag of tickets. We were there for a birthday party there wasnt enough drinks for everybody and the pizza was gross. They brought the Dippin Dots as the kids were playing because you cant pause the play cards more than once and the kids didnt get to enjoy them.

Love the ticket fire game plus the swipe method for the cards is awesome.

Chuck e cheese.. Good family fun now have a thing there you pay for a card and you get unlimited game play for 30./45./60./120.150. Minutes great place for childs birthday or reward for good school or just a fun day out

Awesome place to take kids to. They have fun parents can have fun. Great place for birthday parties. You have the mess there and not at your house and not a bunch of kids running in and out of the house either. To be a kids place the pizza is really good. Now that my kids are grown Im taking my grandkids there. I just love seeing their excitement in their eyes and face.

The place was pretty clean and well organized. They have activities for all ages. Food was was good and staff was friendly.

The menu has changed the food is overpriced and not worth it anymore. However all the games actually worked this trip which is rare...

I love how the lines arent that long here! And even if your just sitting the workers will ask if you need anything! It looked pretty clean, of course its loud and theres alot of random kiddos everywhere! So if you dont like noise dont go! But its very nice!

I wont ever go there again it is the worst place . They are rude and have no customers service skill at all. They manager is has no answers for Anything just looks at you like he dont care.

This Chuck-E-Cheese has been through a renovation since I was here last and it made a great bit of difference to our enjoyment.

Was not as fun this trip you have to buy time on a card to play games ... was a better deal with coins you could play then eat them play as you liked no rushing due to time limits on card not sure if we will go back ever.

Kids loved it the only issue I have is with the amount of money spent my child should be sung happy birthday individual not as one whole thing with other parties

Took my Grandchildren here one afternoon on a week day and they had a blast!! Only a few other people there and were planning on going back soon. Im sure weekends and evenings are super busy and crowded.

I love the games.

This place has changed so much and its not for the best. They have a sign saying, that Chuck E.Cheese will be out ever 30 like 12:30,1:30 and so on it doesnt happen. They also got greedy with throwing the tickets for the kids. I dont think well be coming back here anymore we used to come all the time at least 3 times a month. When my son was little birthday parties every year. Now l have a granddaughter were not having her birthday parties she is 2 years old. I do have to say they have a good salad bar.

My daughter loved it but Im not a huge fan, the place feels and looks dirty.

Took my 3 boys and my sister and her 2 kids went and the kids had so much fun.. But I think I had the most fun lol. Im just a kid when it comes to having fun with my boys. Cant wait to do it again..
