Great place for the kids to spend a couple hours. Book your shows before you get there, they sell out fast.
Lets say this if there is 30 coin operated machines only five of them worked it was pretty packed not a lot of people was wearing masks being enclosed and the staff wasnt too bad it just took a while thats my experience not saying everybody else had the same experience
Very disappointed. Drove my daughter 2 hours to ride go karts and enjoy the indoor playground but none of this was open due to Covid-19 but their website did not say that. We tried to enjoy the arcade but every other game we wanted to play didnt work. The employees did go and fix this immediately but it was still inconvenient.
It was not crowded. So we were able to enjoy ourselves.
The staff was very nice and there wasnt a lot of people there when I went, which was nice!
We had fun!! We ALWAYS have fun!!! This place is always packed when we go which is expected and understandable. Lots for the kids and adults to do. This location has been around for quite some time so that speaks volume!! Great service, delicious food. Please if you can fix the XL potholes where you first turn in to get to your establishment that would be awesome!
We took 40 minutes to come and it was bad all the games wasn, t workinh
VERY DISAPPOINTING! A lot of the machines were broken. They were still turned on and lit up. The employees were very nice. The indoor playground was a hit. The outdoor putt putt golf course is really well kept up. Really great when it isnt snowing or raining. The next time we want to play video games, I guess we will go to Chuck E Cheese.
Many machines were out of order. Not much seating on the lower level for parents. An the selection of prizes were on the flimsy side. The kids had a great time in the gym/play area!
Played mini-golf here. Some holes are just duplicates of previous one and others were broken/ruined by time. The grounds were in subpar shape, but it did storm the night before so I guess I will give them the benefit of the doubt. I did have fun playing here though and they have some interesting holes.
Overall a great place to visit!
Given the covid we couldnt go Go-karting, but my girls had fun in the arcade... Only issue was the air didnt work
I have been coming to this magic mountain for a long time. 2012-2017. We play mini golf on the adventure 18 holes. They are 3 out if 5 stars. Upkeep is not good, but still fun. Go carts are dated as well. Video games disappointing selection and half of the ticket games broken. Come on magic mountain get your $@&? together. Go to Polaris location unless you want to play mini golf.
Normally my grandchildren and nieces/nephews have a great time. Today we decided to purchase a family package that included pizza...the pizza was the worse. There was no tomato sauce on the pizza; just crust, cheese and pepperoni. Well, the kids could not eat it and when I reported it to staff and they said sorry. The food was a waste of money but kids enjoyed the games.
First I purchased a Groupon for this location. They would not honor it. I had a screen shot. They said they wouldnt use it or even if I printed it online they wouldnt take it.Then we ordered the pizza the crust was a little hard. The ticket machine was not working. Staff ignored you and when they were waiting on you would take off and not come back for at least 5 minutes later. I would understand if there was lots of people there but it wasnt busy. No one acted as if they wanted to be there or helpful.
We went to the southern one, which apparently is smaller than the northern one. That being said we played mini golf, did the batting cages, and go karts. We spent about 2 hours there just taking our time, and we really enjoyed ourselves. It is a great spot to go unwind for awhile. Only four stars though because they seemed under staffed.
Pretty fun place to spend an afternoon. My kids were too young to do the go karts but we really enjoyed a couple rounds of mini golf, the bumper cars, and the playground area.If I had one criticism it would be they could do a tad better on cleanliness of the mini golf course, it wasnt in disrepair but it was dirty in some areas of the course. The floors inside the cafe area were pretty dirty too while we were there.
My granddaughters had fun but there wasnt anybody working to run the bumper cars & my youngest was only tall enough to drive them by herself so she was really disappointed. Then, we were second in line at the go karts yet waited 45 minutes for my 8 year old to drive & my 6 year old & I never did get a turn. The kid operating kept letting older kids & different kids for whatever reason on & we got hired of standing there watching everyone else go. The pizza was okay but had quite a bit of garlic. Overpowering. But the arcade games are set up so that even the youngest of children win tickets. That was a major plus! Seeing my granddaughters eyes light up because they won tickets was priceless! Not sure it was worth the money we spent. $100 for 3 hours
Had fun with some great young people who drove 2 hours to Magic Mountain, but everyone was disappointed with the fact that almost half of the games were not functioning or broken. Staff was nice and tried to help but only so much they could do. We had fun despite this. Hopefully they will get the games up and running again.
I used to love this place as a KID. This was my first time returning as an adult with my own children and I will never be back again. Old worn out arcade games that are over priced. Unfriendly teen staff. Horrible customer service and I never saw any employee go around and clean any tables while I sat there for two hours. Disgusting and worn down. I will rather stick with Chuck E. Cheese and Dave and busters next time
Really enjoyed my outing with my nephew! Its like we had our own rented out experience being that we were the only guests on the inside. There was a couple outside on the putt putt course, but other than that....private party status!!!!
Great place for kids to burn off some energy, but food prices are a little high for the quality.
I went there because a friend had her two year old daughters birthday party and I hadnt been there in probably 20 years and the place still looks the same she had the whole place to herself Mondays and Tuesdays is the best time to have the place to yourself I will go back again only on Mondays and Tuesdays
Very very very dirty! I would NOT EVEN give it one star if I could. The employees are rude and do not even watch over the play area- allow some to wear shoes in the play area and make some of them take their shoes off. More than half the games do not work or are out of order. When we walked up to the snack bar to buy a drink I had to wait there for at least 5 minutes before the two employees stopped flirting with each other and being on their phones to even acknowledge that I was standing there. They also act as if you Re bothering them when you walk up to the snack bar or even to buy tokens. I told the one employee when we arrived and we were buying tickets/attractions that we have never been here and she just starred at me as if I was supposed to figure everything out myself. I WOULD never recommend this place to anyone!!!!!! Gross and not run well.
Kids loved it. Used a Groupon. The people who work there and seem to not like their job. Food is overpriced and terrible lol. Games and go-carts and the kids place to play is cool.
This place has such great potential but doesnt seem to be in good condition. I have taken my son twice in the last couple weeks and each time a large portion of machines are out of order. Multiple machines take your token but never give you the game play credit. Batting cages take your token but never start. Half the staff seem to be unconcerned and bothered by patrons asking for assistance.
It was an alright experience. Many of the arcade games were broken, and staff did not even pretend to be serviceable. The floor was dirty and bathrooms were not clean, but my child still had a nice time.
I gave them three stars because our first 2 hours there were realky great! We had my son and daughters party at magic mountain the east location. We loved everything until the shift change, the new workers that came in mainly just one was extremely rude and made my entire party feel unwelcomed! She was talking about us to other employees right where we could hear her and laughing, all because she wasnt aware of the previous aarangement with the other worker due to most of there attractions being down. She kept looking and staring at us and giving us looks that made my guestUpset, to the point we decided to leave an hour earlier than we planned because of this. As much as I loved the games, food and play gym. We wont be having anymore birthday partys at this location.
Would leave negative stars if I could! My family went yesterday to the East and we are so disappointed. It is VERY UNSAFE! My four year old son rode the bumper cars and the ride attendant did NOT EVEN CHECK TO SEE IF anyone put on the alleged “safety belt”. More than half the arcade games were out of order, and the employee didn’t care one bit when we brought it to his attention. Most of the batting cages were out ofOrder as well. The temperature was hot and uncomfortable; employees and guests alike were all sweating. It was absolutely filthy a Magic Mountain. The windows on the roof had rusted, rundown and disgusting screens, the carpet was filled with debris and dirt, everything was dirty. The sign above the “laser” attraction said it wasn’t connected to the Internet.
Ive been going here as a kid, and last night was the worst experience I have ever had. For starters, their were 3 kids standing around at the front, and only one other girl worked the register, she also did every small job, like take out food, while these other kids stood around. A young boy the entire night stood at the front on his phone, or was drinking pop. They also had no organization skills and allowed multiple people to order where you pick up the food, instead of the real line that we were in. On top of that the boy in the back making the food with gloves on then swept with the same gloves one, that are one time use gloves and also with the same pair, cleaned the wall, and mopped the floor, with all of the same gloves on over and over, which is disgusting and not up to code. We seen him clean with products and then make pizzas several times. As that was going on, the manager was unaware and doing nothing. He walked out side with another girl as she cleaned off dirty tables, then when they came back in the stood in the door way to the back. So now there are 5 people standing around with one young lady doing everything she can to get the busy line down and everyone what they want. After those 2 came in another lady who was working the bumper cars began to clean as she walked by the napkin station she wiped her hand with a napkins but left it in the dispenser, where my mom and could clearly see because our table was next to the station. My mother finally went to go say something to the manager as he continuously advoided her, she finally reached him, and all he did was say okay, and walk to the back to the guy and maybe talked to him. He still didnt change his gloves after the manager went back their.Overall, this place was awful, and not up to standard, we even tried to go to the batting cages and only 2/8 worked and no one was out their either. This place has always been amazing, but they do not have good management, or good employees, or good sanitation. I wish I could give these people a 0/5 star review...
My granddaughter invited us to celebrate with she and other family members. It was a great time for all of us.
It was a very fun experience, with great pizza and soda. However, most games that are supposed to give you tickets dont, but its still fun. Also, Go-Karts are the best part. Just watch out for bugs, as they will often smack you in the face as you go.
It was good but thare was hair in my fries and pizza but me and my kids had lots of fun
Go carts were horrible. Some go fast some barely make it. Not really fair for racing. Golf courses definitely need some TLC. Best part was the bumper cars and hell even one of them was even broke. Only gave it three stars because my family still made the best of a bad place.
It was cheap and fun. Definitely reasonable prices. A lot of the games I wanted to play were out of order. The pizza was actually pretty good.
It was super awesome we did the mini golf and it was rely fun. If you would want to spend time with your children that would be the place to go the only thing is that you have to really short to do the climbing things and the arcade looks kinda small but other than that it was pretty cool. That picture showed how much we love it .
Arcade is mostly broken. The service was poor besides the 2 amazing gentlemen running the go-cart area. They get 5 stars.
Couldnt finish the golf course the balls got stuck.
Thanks for the memories! Hope to buy this place one day. Love the putt putt and employees. Appreciate the police keeping the facility and Columbus safe.
#43 black go kart is the fastest at this location! Youll thank me later! $20 special for 120 tokens more than enough for 1 child maybe even 2 to play for bout an hour
We had my sons 10th birthday party here. The hostess was slow and lazy. We did most of the work ourselves. It was ridiculous. The kids had fun.
My youngest granddaughter was disappointed because she couldnt drive on the racetrack outside by herself and there wasnt anyone working to run the kiddie bumper cars inside.
This place is terrible. Tried to do the go-karts and the 2 young men running the go-karts were on their cell phones and only sending 3 or 4 cars out at a time. Waited for over an hour without getting to do them. People were cutting in front of us. Manager refunded our money, but the only good thing I can say about this place is the one young lady that actually apologized for our inconvenience. Would give less than 1 star if I could.
Good place for kids but most of the games were out of order. Slow service for food and it coukd use renovating.
The video game machines could use some attention. Half are shut down every time we go, and the remaining machines are always out of tickets and the staff take forever to fill them. Prizes are mediocre. Its definitely a dated place in need of some TLC. And they need a staff that has some work ethic so youre not waiting an ungodly amount of time for your wristbands and food, and ticket redemption. But my kiddos still love it.
The staff here needs to learn what customer service means....never seen so much resting bi**h face in my life...sad supposed to be a family fun place. They act inconvenienced that you are heaven forbid spending your money & they have to put their phones down for 2 seconds. The managers are worse then the staff. No wonder they look so unhappy. Youd think they were forced here on community service not getting paid for an actual job. F----
Machines out of order. Lost money in 6 to 8 machines. Supposed to be kid friendly and my grandbabies were so disappointed. Ill never returned
Im pretty sure we were tricked by bums posing as employees into paying for mini golf.. I had to call to have them turn on the lights around dusk. Course in total disrepair.
Its was fun but most of the arcade games were out of order and I mean LOTS OF THEM it could have been better
My teenagers had a blast here. Good deals and alot to offer. The staff is great too! (Thanks so much to Jeremy and staff for hanging onto valuable personal items my kids left there! Very honest and helpful management! ) Will definitely be coming back even though we live kinda far away...its worth the drive!
This is a nice place for good family fun. They have several packages available to experience a variety of activities. The putt putt course is well laid out, the arcade has a good variety of games, bumper cars inside allow smaller kids the opportunity to drive since they cant drive the go-karts. The go-kart track is fun for adults and older kids but the price vs. the 5 minute track time allotted for each ticket makes it a little more expensive than other similar places.
Lame. Everything is broken today. Even the jungle gym is overly expensive. Could be a great place. Came for the laser game. It is down as well.
Kids had fun playing mini golf, arcade games and kids gym. Will be going again and again
My girlfriend and I took my niece here. Paid for almost 300 tokens, only to get to the arcade area and find less than half of the games working. Most had tape over the coin slots. Some just ate your coins. Luckily my niece is willing to make the best of a subpar situation. But she shouldnt have to. Im sure the employees have very little control over getting the machines fixed, so I cant be upset with them for not doing anything about it. However, I wonder if the Polaris location would ever be allowed to fall into such a state of disrepair...
Most of the arcade stuff was out of order or not working properly.Staff wasnt very happy or friendly and seemed to rush people and didnt seem to be very helpful.Go kart and mini golf are about the only thing worth doing.
Its a lot like Chuck E Cheese but better! Better arcade games and kids gym, and includes extras like a nice mini golf course, bumper cars, etc. Dont expect too much from the kids who work there though. Our pizza took a long time, and we had to figure out how some aspects of the business worked on our own. They had a great daily special though, which made the whole thing cheaper, and we had a good time!
About 3/4 of the arcade games were broken and the employee I talked to didnt seem to care. The best thing about the place was the toddler play area. Otherwise they only have a small adult go-kart track and small indoor bumper cars.
Came for a bday party the place Looks renovated since the last time I went but as usual a lot of the games dont work so if you and your children enjoy games this is not the place to go but you can always enjoy the other activities
Great fun with the miniature golf and the kiddie cars. my grandchildren drove those cars around the track like professionals. Great fun, great pictures.
Bad service by very young unprofessional kids with jobs. Theyre machines were not working to get coins unless you had cash. No ATM on premises where people are willing to spend money. We couldnt enjoy ourselves. The employees and atmosphere sucked! Ill try the Polaris location next time. Maybe....
Its better now, but need a few quick adjustments for games!
Hit or miss can be super pricey, the pizza was good when we had a church outing one Sunday but when I went recently wt my family the pizza was dry they had an attitude because I guess they were soon closing the kitchen The cheese was not evenly spread around the edges of the crust we were so dissolved, then to add insults to injury the manager a Caucasian tall guy was rude and acted as if because my kids ate like 3 small squares we enjoyed it mind you my kids were 3&11 they were really hungry and exhausted from playing plus we needed to taste it??! But yeah I would give it less stars but my kids did enjoy most the games
So. much. fun! There are plenty of fun activities to do for small children. We chose the pick three for both kids (three and five years old). Putt putt golf was kind of waste of money for the three year old, she just couldnt do it. The five year old got mad because he lost is ball down a stream (if I were to do it all over again, Id grab a second ball for him before we left the kiosk at the first hole). The indoor climbing area is always fun for the kids. We also played bumper cars which was short in time, but a whole lot of fun for the kids. We also played arcade games. There are enough that are age appropriate for small kids (as well as older kids). All-in-all we spent about $60 and had an amazing time!
Run down, dirty facility where 75 percent of the games dont work. Miniature golf course is the geeses toilet. They have a sign up saying they are hiring, but they have about ten staff members that are more interested in staring at girls and goofing off than working.
Worst magic mountain I have been to. Everything was closed and it was a sunny day. I would of understood if it was raining.
I dont get it. This is the ONLY place even remotely like this on Columbus east side. Youd think management would know this and want to be at the top of their game. Build a reputation as THE family outing place to go. But sadly, thats not the case. It is rather typical for 30-40% of the games to be broken or malfunctioning. We dont order food or snacks because the quality is somewhat worse than gas station food. If this were my place, Id turn it into the cash cow that it should be
Machines are always broke and the teenagers that run the facility don’t care very much. Always frustrating when I revisit and give the place another try.
My son and I visited here before going to a family barbecue. We did mini golf and played a few games. A few games werent working but maintenance and staff were very helpful
I wish I could give zero stars. Ordered $40 worth of tickets and when we went to play games either they were out of order or the machines took my tokens and did not work. When I went to ask if they could either fix the game or give me a refund they said there was nothing they could since I used the tokens( which the machines ate and weren’t able to be played) and were absolutely rude and laughed when I walked away. Wasted my money and my time.
Had a blast with the kids. Would give it 5 stars but the food is way over priced. Make sure to fill them up before you go.
We had a birthday party there and we had a good time with the Putt-Putt and the go-karts but the machines were out of order most of them so the kids didnt get to play that much to get tickets has half of them was out of order
A fun time was expecting it to be higher priced but $8 for both courses wasnt a bad activity for the money
Fun a little outdated. Go karts were the best part. The put put area needs so serious attention very dirty and unsafe in areas. No laser tag at this location.
Horribly run down. Half the machines didnt work... they shut down the kids play area an hour before close. We left to go to the other MM and it wasnt any better. Do NOT waste your time or money on either place. You have been warned.
Theres two of these locations in the Columbus Area, however the Polaris location is Much Better! This location is dark, drab, and in need of updates.
A lot of the games were out of order but other than that it was fun and won A LOT of tickets
At least 1/2 (not exaggerating) were either out of order, took your tokens and didnt work, or worked and didnt give you tickets. The employees didnt seem to care. The pizza tasted bad, spoiled bad. The place was not clean and yet the employees that were there just stood there and did nothing. I will never go back to this location again.
The young kids working tonight were very friendly and helpful. Bathrooms need attention and too many games need fixed.
I had a lot of fun here but a lot of the games were out of order
Fun and affordable. Short lines. Went around 1 on a saturday. Didnt play any arcade games. Bought the 12.99 package for 3 activities. Friendly service. Jungle gym was fun but dirty.
Super fun for the whole family! Even my teenager likes going.
Its fine but is really starting to show signs of age thats for sure
Many of there games are broke. Staff is friendly
Great staff that are very helpful. I only gave it a 3 because games are always down it seems and they close go karts and bumper cars and play structure at 930 pm even on weekends but they stay open till 11pm except for those 3... That hardly makes sense lol plus they stop even serving pizza at 9 pm as well. But it was pretty cool for my little ones and like I said staff was very friendly.
Horrible terrible 1/2 the games didnt work. Ill never go back.
The food was terrible the service was terrible the games kept taking tokens and not giving tickets and when someone is supposed to help they make you wait 30 minutes each time while workers walk around you like you haven’t let it be known that there’s an issue with the machine. I would t recommend this location at all to anyone
Most of the games were broken or didn’t give out the right amount of tickets. Some of the employees were rude. I get their teenagers who just want a summer job but take pride in your job. If you don’t like your job find another one. Don’t work with the public if you’re just going to be rude. Won’t be coming back to this location.
