We love coming here but the floors and seats are so dirty. Wish it were cleaner and it would be a great!

This place is sooo dirty!!! The concession area is a sticky mess of butter and coke spills. The bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. The soap dispensers are ripped off the wall and the bathroom looks like it hasnt been cleaned in years. The seats in the theatre are broken, missing arm rests and just feel dirty. This use to be a nice theatre. It is so gross now, that I wont be back unless it is thoroughly cleaned and has management that cares.

Good movie but bring your own snacks! They are robbing people. Or trying too. I brought mine and sisters.

They have done a very good job of preparing the theater for movies and staff is very courteous.

This is not what I expected of am amc. It was very dirty. Boxes stacked everywhere, trash all over, floors were gross. Then we went to get sodas the machine was very dirty pop all over the outside luckily the other one wasnt as bad. When we went into theater floors were sticky and very dirty. Chairs were very worn and looked really dirty. We did however watch two movies in one day the ticket prices were low so that explained a lot. No premium line. Exit door blocked by garbage. Yes it was still there for second movie.

They were not busy at all, and we got in right away. I also love using my AMC stubs reward card for discounts.

This is always our go to theater. Its clean, spacious, friendly staff. Everything about it is great. Their ticket prices are lower than all other theaters around and their popcorn is perfect. Love this place.

It was a really good time. Tickets were reasonable (matinee) and popcorn and drinks were high as usual but better than they used to be. Theatre and restrooms were also clean. Still love going here.

Most the time its clean. The seats are dated and not as comfortable. The popcorn is always fresh. The drink machines are nice. They now have a bar.( i dont drink but wanted to be thorough in my review)

My dad and i have been coming here since i was a kid. We spend more on a soda and one bag of pop corn than the two tickets together, but it is always a great experience at the AMC.

Like most AMC theatres clean and nice. Not too pricey. This particular one doesnt have as nice of chairs as Ive seen in others.

Showplace 12 is always a great place to see movies. With 12 theaters, they always have plenty if seats for the newest films. The ticket pricing is normal. The lobby is spotless and neat. Theres a little arcade for when youve got time to kill. The bathrooms are clean and dont smell. The concession stand has what you need (and what you dont ;) ). All theaters are neat and clean for every showing. Its a very well kept, well ran establishment. Im proud to have it as part of our community.

Restrooms are dirty, no paper to dry your hands.The carpets and floors are dirty and sticky are never cleaned. This info from employees that work there on a regular schedule.GET THE PLACE CLEANED PROPERLY.

This theater is in desperate need of some attention. Staff is friendly, but never seems to be enough people working. Have never had any issues with sound or projection. However, the restrooms are usually not cleaned and there always seems to be something not working. I wish the owners would invest some money into it and make it a nice theater again.

Its good for a normal theater. Cant complain too much especially since the matinee is only 5 bucks

The theater is a bit dated. Older seats, but clean and a great staff. Good ticket prices compensate for the lack of upgrades. Projection and audio system is great. No complaints. Always enjoy movies here.

Movie was good and the price for tickets. But the price of food was outrageous. $4.00 for a regular sized hot. Wow.

Definitely love this movie theater, its always clean, staff is great. Only reason for 3 stars is it is in a desperate need for an update. No IMAX, seats are extremely outdated and uncomfortable. Compared to the rest of the AMCs around this one is by far behind.

Theyre theater lights that show what movie is playing in what theater. Other then that popcorn was good movie was high quality. Definitely recommend

Seats are very uncomfortable. Theater #1 to the left is extremely dirty. The popcorn very stale and cold. Good thing it was only 5.00 per person for a 1pm showing. And the 26 minutes of advertising is a little too much!

Update - this AMC has removed all premiere lines making us pay for a perk we cant benefit from. It is unfair! I dont want to wait in the common line.This place is always clean! Good food and lots of friendly staff

Lobby....nowhere to sit in front part of lobby to wait for friends!!! Not handicapped friendly. Like the shows, not the lobby. Restrooms needed attention after each show or before show is done. Not my favorite place to go see a show.

I like their rewards program. Theater is generally clean. Soda machine creates a line often. At least one of the butter dispensers is always down.

Watched Toy Story 4... the movie is great, the theater needs a renovation. In particular the seats are in need of an upgrade. The soda and pretzel bites were good, the popcorn was not.

We dont get to go out much but we were able to take some of the kids and watch a movie. Well one of them happened to get sick before we left and was pretty embarrassed. A manager named Lisa was so helpful and kind. She treated us very well, was not rude, and went out of her way to try and make him feel better. Cant thank her enough for her kindness

This place is so ran down. Several seats out of order, bathroom complety discusting. If thet would put some money back into this place it wouldnt be bad. Overall cleanliness is very poor.

They show good movies.. but they are extremely overpriced when there is another good theater with prices half the cost of this place not thats far away.

Tons of great movies semi pricey food and admissions, little sloppy cleaning in the bathrooms but other than that the screens were nice and large, good resolution, and speakers werent to loud. Staff was respectable and kind. I go there about every Friday or Saturday.All in all good establishment 10/10

This is the dirtiest theater Ive ever been to. Food and drink spilled all over the floors, and the bathrooms look like they havent been cleaned in years. The mirrors are covered in spots and the sinks had some sort of residue all over. Also the whole theater smells like a musty old basement. I guess thats why it was only 5$ for a matinee ticket.

From Indy. Smaller theater than most AMCs I’ve been to, but feels like small town retro theater. No reclining seats, no luxuries. Cheaper concessions than normal AMCs. Restrooms had lots of unflushed toilets. Only paid 7 per ticket for a Sunday night movie. The seats in the theater were the older flip down type that get uncomfortable and tight quickly. You can’t reserve seats ahead, but there weren’t many people there. It was an ok experience for the price. Kinda relaxed and more casual without the hustle of a large AMC.

It really needs updated. But it is a fun place

A nice theater. Clean and comfortable seating. A staff member made sure my wifes service dog would get the leg room he needed. I also had a question about the movie I was going to watch, and another staff member was happy to give me as much info as needed. Without spoiling the movie.

Great ticket prices, hard to beat $6 for a movie these days.The theaters have some broken seats, but overall the faculty is clean the audio loud and clear and the video quality is crisp.Bottom line Fantastic movie theater.

Very affordable theater playing current & popular movies. Staff was friendly & they have a very modern snack center where you can salt & butter your own popcorn & create your own flavor of Coke product drinks. Plenty of parking, wheelchair accessible entrance & bathrooms. I will definitely visit this theater to watch another movie in the future!!!! :)

As someone who is both blind and deaf, I found no enjoyment from this establishment. It could be improved be providing braille transcripts of the current feature films. 1 star.

This place has taken a nose dive since AMC took over. It is filthy! We went tonight for their promo for the 30th anniversary for National Lampoons Christmas Vacation. There was no manager in sight and 2 people working the front. Someone requested a manager and the guy told them they are around somewhere and he would see what he could do. My husband went to get a refill and they had completely closed down the concession stand. My friend wanted hot foodwhen we got there but there was no hotdogs, pretzels, nachos, nothing. My husband asked about the free ornament that was suppose to come with theb 30th anniversary movie ticket and the same guy that was too lazy to page his manager told my husband we arent participating in the promo. This place is a joke and so is their emplyees.

I Had the most amazing experience at AMC. The staff was very nice and efficient.. One person stood out to me and kept me smiling and happy. Halima was wonderful, kept smiling, and just makes me wanting to come back a lot more.

Saw a movie with a family member today for $8 and change. Literally two people watched the movie for less than half what it costs at the Seymour theater. With that in mind I cant recommend this place enough.

We was in theatre #12 it was hot and there was some kind of little bugs jumping on our legs. Looked like fleas or something. The movie was great, but the room needed attention.

Nice theater. There was a line all the way to the door through the line maze with 2 or 3 cashiers and the line moved pretty quick. We thought wed be late, but there were a lot of previews so we didnt miss any of the movie. Bathrooms were clean and the staff was very friendly. We traveled over half an hour to go here and we will more than likely do it again.

Unless youre in one the big theatres (good experience), you will be disappointed if you use screen #2 since the bulb was burnt out, sound wasnt working, someone left light on in projector room so it cast light onto the chair in front of me further amplifying issue with brightness. Dont say I didnt warn you of you choose this venue.

This is my movie theater. Although today there is an issue with their punctuality or something. At the time of writing the assigned movie time is past by 6 minutes and the previews arent even playing. Second time ive had this happen.

The workers are very nice, they all know what they are doing The managers are very good with theyre team. Especially the GM Coleson Reynolds I will be coming back to this theater for ever.

Well bright burn sucked and the seats dont recline. My babe that I totaled tongued in the theater went to pee and there wasnt any toilet paper and the MIB black cherry turned out mouths black. Totally Vaped in there and snuck a sparkling water inside to slam. Didnt feel cultured.

Nice theater. Pretty typical of an AMC. Employees were super friendly. I do think that a few of these AMCs could do with a bit of a remodel though.
