Myself and my parents have lived here since 2015. The house itself is beautiful. The driveways are up on a curb, though.My parents have had to fight for the stop signs to be implemented, management does not take reports serious. Security is great.

The management are extreme and expect you to live via seemingly communist rules, break a single itty bitty, nonimportant rule once and they stalk you like hawks finding anything to fine you for. Tons of stray cats that defecate in flowerbeds were not allowed to trap but management does NOTHING about. So dont plan on gardening cleanly.Overall clean and quiet though, gated and closed off so only local traffic is present.

Lived here for over 11 years. Awful management! It’s NOT a gated community as they say in fact it’s not a community period! They hand you a rule book and they can’t follow it. Absolutely no give and take! They will not work with you on ANY subject. They constantly up the lot rent and add fees to the water bill. Not a good place to own your own home and be on a fixed income. Forget about it!

Fell asleep left my car out front of my house and it got towed how pathetic

When we first moved here we thought it was great to and then Children of the Corn came out at night

Use to live in there as a Neighborhood not bad but is Supposed to be gated community but the gates are left open on weekends. They hand you a rule book but dont Follow it but force certain people to obey them for example no marking on the road past midnight unless you have a pass. But after midnight there is a decent amount of cars parked. You pay for Security but there is no security in their.

You have to purchase their homes inside this park starting at 15000 to 20000 you must be improved to be able to stay within that Park okay I guess

This place is great be a nice place to live my cousin lives over here and you know I enjoy coming here to visit you dont hear a lot of whooping and hollering its just so

They need to do some road maintenance and start fixing street lights

Clean & management keeps most bad tenants out.Homes are owned & most are well taken care of.
