Weve been in Sea Breeze since April of this year. It has been pleasant. Most of the neighbors are friendly and there has been no crime (except someone dumping trash). New park managers, Jimmy and Brian, took over in August, and there have been improvements made every month. They are offering residents free paint to paint your home and help with minor improvements.

I was just passing through to get to my destination but the place seemed nice and quiet. Clean and modern.

Wish the water pressure was longer and they werent so uptight on trash pick up, but otherwise weve had a pleasant stay so far.

If youre allergic to cats- count this one out! The furry things are on every curb..literally. It also could use some cleaning up for sure. The trailors are dirty, run-down, and falling apart. Kids run everywhere with no supervision. Trash sits on every end, cars are in and out....bad part of town..JUST A NO

I have lived here off and on for 8to9yrs..The Tetons are the new owners. They have really so far done a great job of making the trailer park a nice comfortable place to live. They have really put the money into to this community to make families safe and to have a clean environment to live.. Also mrs.mae has really been so patient with everyone and she also has bent over backwards to make it a better place to liveSo has Lucian and Matt. The Columbus police department have been outstanding doing their job..I also dont want to forget jeff Mccrary and his crewThey have been working so hard to get the sewerines replaced.Day by Day its been a doosey..Mark Evans and David webb and little John and Gabri and Jimmy.These guys have worked very hard..So the reason I am saying all.this it took everybody to lend a helping hand.. Nice place Im going to live there. They just didnt have home big enough.

One star is too much! Lets begin...so when we moved in I was shown the house in the dark because they said they had to turn the power off. That was ok because the place looked decent. The day unsigned the lease, I went into my new home and a huge amount of roaches were everywhere. Since it was the weekend, we decided to bomb the place and not move in until the problem was resolved. Also I was told to write down things that were wrong with the house and they would fix them asap.Monday I called and they tried to give us a hassle with the bugs. They claim.they couldnt get past control until they get approval from the manager in Alabama. So here we still couldnt move in. Finally they came and sprayed. But the bugs were in the wall and in the walls. Ants started coming from the wall, roaches etc. This problem slowed down eventually.Regarding the list of MAJOR things that needed repair, like my sink that kept leaking hot water that made my water bill high. Holes in the floor. Panel missing etc. They STILL didnt get fixed. Next thing I know they were charging me 80.00 a month for maintenance that NEVER came to fix anything that was wrong. This place is such a rip off. Loud all day and night. Police everyday. Plus many many sex offenders. Therefore I left!!! Beware!!!!!

I lived here back in 2007-2008 and it was nice up in the front of the mobile home park. Has changed drastically since. Roads are narrow add the people walking and it equals a little nervous/scary ride

I love living here.. Quiet and very friendly neighbors. Manager is very friendly and helpful.

Mobile home park where there are some problem areas with violence and some good areas with people who have been there for a while that just want to work hard and live in peace. There are lease to own manufactured houses with no rentals. Lot prices are the highest in the Columbus GA area and there is are maintence fees and high water and sewer costs added to the monthly lease bill.

The park is NOT well maintained. The tenants are responsible for any maintence. The park picks up the trash, only if in a trash bag other than that it will sit and sit which helps make the park look junky. No real space to park, road is very narrow, trailers are too close together, and most of the trailers should be condemmed. Bringing in new trailers and mixing with the older ones doesnt look right. Office staff are nice. Just hate the way things are done. Nothing nice about the park. If you want to settle, that will be the place for you. If you want better, its not.

The 5 trailers we looked at made us change our minds to move to Columbus.

I was able to maneuver the scroll bar around enough to get a good idea as to what the park looks like. very helpful.

The staff is wonderful and very helpful..the area is very clean... excited to be moving there in a few months

I used to live at Crystal Valley Mobile Home Park. Now Sea Breeze. I liked it.

Moved in to one of new homes and first day our washer was broken, drugs everywhere, Mae an her family can shove it up there ass dont live here if your trying to start new with moving out own your own, wont work with, lazy workers, raise up lot rent once youve given there for a year if your a drug dealer or drugged up 24/7 this is the best place for you ask Mae shell agree since half her kids are high off meth and Coke half the time and lots of gun violence no place to raise a child or family but good luck if you do.

They dont take care of the tenants problems most awfull place I ever lived full of drug addicts and drive by shootings stay away from this place
