A very nice place to live.

They really need to update the pictures for this place, these pictures are very misleading and nothing close to what you get when you go out there. The roads are awful, if youre not careful you will damage your car trying to drive around out there. Also, the owner should really update the trailers and mow the lawn.

Good quiet place and good neighbors

Lived there for about 11 months, the roads around the park are horrendous.. We lost 2 tires and our air conditioner in the car, hit a large pothole that damaged the air compressor..Most of the trailers do not have proper heating/cooling systems.. One little wall heater will not keep a trailer warm, when the temp is 30 degrees outside.. The trailer we moved into did not have an a/c unit, after begging the landlord for about 3 weeks to install one (when it was 80+ degrees outside) - we finally ended up just buying one..I can not recommend this place at all..
