I love this mobile home park! Its clean and the staff are great. The manager is nice and sweet. I love living here.

Very quiet and nice community, my parents been here for 17 years and I recently moved there about almost a year I love it here nick the property manager is very professional and friendly he makes sure that he takes care of your problem quickly I will definitely recommend this park for anyone looking for a clean friendly neighborhood to live in with no problems.

I been living here over a year & the new management is awesome friendly informative & very easy to work with especially during this pandemic when work was questionable & the outcome of the pandemic was uncertain thanks Nick & oak hill for all your support & willingness to work with us during these uncertain times.

Clean kept mobile home park, decent place .

I live in these trailer park and but we about to move out cause its a leak on the roof it been there for about 6 months and they dont fixed looks like about 3 square foot of the ceiling is about to fall down and also a hole on the floor where my kids can get hurt. They suppose to fix it about 6 weeks ago but they didnt . I dont know what is going on.

Here there is no more tranquility there is no peace there are some children who pass by throwing stones at the porches stealing bicycles and having cars, people do not respect the rules, guiding against the traffic and they go out on my lawn when there are supposed to be rules here and nobody respect what happens with the manager who does not answer the phone and does nothing, is never in the office

A awesome place to live !

They have Way to many speed bumps to navigate. The park looked fairly clean. There wasnt alot of trash on ground and the grounds were fairly well kept up.

I visit there at least once a month, always kids are playing in the street or climbing trees o inside the trailers, because there are no playgrounds and they cant put one near the trailers ground or put up fences, there are people that cant afford going to places or go near a playground because there is none. Some keep it clean and organize others have a mess
