Karaoke was a blast, crowd was super diverse and super supportive. Drinks were decent in taste and price but they dont serve any food

Great atmosphere for club night, but also doubles as a great professional environment for corporate events. Its hard to find versatility like that anywhere around!

Second year in a row. The livest and diverse halloween party in the city. Nothing comes close.

A really interesting and up-beat place, separated down the middle its more like a separate night club and bar sharing a single building!

First time here but it was a lot of fun.

It was WONDERFUL! This split nightclub has a bar, dj, dancefloor, and flashing lights on one side that is NO SMOKING (awesome because I dont like cig smoke) and the other is a bar, with pool tables, a dj, karaoke, and ashtrays for smokers. I love this club!

Small club and expensive drinks. The owner is chill, but just wish there was a bigger dance floor.

We went for the karaoke on a holiday weekend back home. They dont have a great selection of beers but they do have a full bar and the karaoke setup is well run. They also have pool tables and an adjacent night club that opens a little later. Overall a good time.

Best bar Ive been too in the states. Great people, Karaoke, Club side Fridays and Saturdays. Tons of events each week.

Different from most others of like establishment

This place has awesome drinks, specials, and a little bit of something to suit anyones needs. Dont like the hype club atmosphere? Theres another room for karaoke and pool where smoking is allowed as well. Both rooms have different vibes that dont conflict with each other. Youll never have a night that you cant find something interesting!

Great place to have some fun with friends! Karaoke and dancing! And GREAT music! The atmosphere here makes it impossible for you to have a bad time!

The cigarette smoke was too thick and strong to really enjoy the experience. If you can tolerate secondhand smoke for hours it looks like a fun place, but that ruined the place for me and I left shortly after arriving.

Great club. Drinks are reasonably priced, staff is friendly, and great split design allows for karaoke and dancing all at once.

I was pleasantly surprised. Lots of space and plenty of seating arrangements. Plus it features areas for all sorts of people whether you wanna get on the dance floor, or just play some pool.

Its a 2 in one location. A nice club and the home feel bar in the back with pool tables, darts and Karaoke. The karaoke DJ is a lot of fun.

It would have gotten 5 stars if the guy running the karaoke went in sequence of the sign-in sheet. I was disappointed because I brought a few friends over and they can sing well! Dont get me wrong, the guy in charge of the karaoke is an entertainer and has a good voice, but he did not have integrity. If you wanna get your turn to sing, you gotta tip him as youre going up to sign in and you gotta make sure he sees it.

Great set up for live shows!! From the minute we pulled up they made us feel like VIPs. The promoter Rooney comped our table which was front row center. Great service and meet n greet with Stak for about 15 minutes. Made several pics with him. Overall I would not Change anything except he did not do Strangest dreams. The sound factory believes in Customer Service at a time most places suck at it!!!

Good selection of beers. The karaoke side also has pool tables and ashtrays for smoking. Dont trust the karaoke list, as you can sing pretty much anything as long as its in the computer. Fun time overall!

This place is aimed at the hip hop rap culture. Bad service. The karaoke section is aimed more at playing music then karaoke singing. Not a good experience at all. Very unprofessional

Great vibe and ambiance! Hookah’s need a little help! Staff are courteous and friendly ! Location great for a secluded spot! Two sides gives you a little bit of everything to do! Pool karaoke, dancing and if you dare cages!!

Boring, the vibe just not here

This place is really cool, collected. Is not really out of place or too rowdy or the stereotypical Club environment. Theres pool theres karaoke there stands for two bars at least.they always have theme days like Truth or Dare live for Halloween they did a costume contest where they gave away thousands of dollars in prizes and things like that. Theres always something to do at the sound Factory I do recommend.

The owner Angie looks out for her staff and employees. Safety is her top priority. Themed events, great deals, and plenty of new upgrades. New VIP section, hookah bar, dance floor. If you head to the other side they have pool tables, slot machines, karokee and its more low key on that side if you are not,into the clubbing scene. They keep that place clean. The bouncer are great guys and the bartenders are easy to talk to.

Just a little hole in the wall bar tiny are they call there seating its was so crowded and there was only about 20 people in the entire place on a Friday night. I couldnt imagine what it would be like if there was more people in the building it would be unbelievably uncomfortable to even stand.

Have visited the Sound Factory several times to include & since the grand opening and I must say it is an great addition to Columbus. Love the atmosphere, the staff has been awesome. I must give a big shout out to Leah, as she is top notch. I had several questions concerning the VIP areas which she took the time to explain to me in detail. Leah is awesome at what she does and I enjoy seeing her smiling face when enjoying a night out. Leah has been there each time I have visited, I admire her drive & ambition, I can tell she takes great pride in making the club a success. Great place which I will be frequenting often & bring my friends.

Dont normally do reviews but this place is great. Very friendly staff fun environment for the social and loners. I recommend giving it a chance.

This place is a hidden gem. We went only to shoot pool, to find out a club is on the opposite side with a very nice size dance floor, friendly staff. They have a VIP area and hookah area. They also do karaoke.

The atmosphere was pleasant! The Jell-O shots lady was AWESOME and the hookah area was cozy. Venturing over to the Karaoke side was laid back. We will be returning....

Great atmosphere but Ive never seen more than 20 people there at once and Im pretty sure the majority of the crowd at the back bar is homeless. Nothing wrong with them but not the place to take a date.

There were a total of about 7 people in the bar when we went... plus the bottled miller lite was old and stale...

They have great drink prices. The staff is pretty cool too. On Thursday nights the have a live version of Truth or Dare... its risque LOL. But really a lot of fun and after that is Karaoke. Definately a place I will visit again.

My wife and I went there on date night had a great time. Cool atmosphere on both sides really enjoyed the karaoke

How in gods name can you give this damn place anymore than one star, I mean when you walk in the first thing that happens is you get Frisked for weaponry, I get there and the owner of the place asks me if I’m drunk because I’m showing up there at 1 PM, I was stone sober, not only that but I finally get through the door after being frisked, and a little teenager collecting money tells me $10 to come in at 1 PM you’ve got to be kidding me, what kind of a ghetto hole Are you walking in here where you have to be fresh when you walk in the door any other place I’ve been in Columbus the greeting is much less confrontational and you don’t get patted down for weaponry, what kind of place is this that they have to check you for weaponry when you walk in the door for Christ sake, are there really that many hood rats in that place that they just show up with guns and knives or what have you?

Great atmosphere. The only downfall of this bar is being required to pay the cover for the attached club. Sometimes I just want to have a beer amd shoot some pool, so paying for the club cover really grinds my gears.

I myself am a fan of small crowds and great atmosphere. Its been years since I had such an enjoyable time.Several pool tables and a dart board.Owners is an excellent karaoke singer!

I recently moved here from RI and been trying to find a great place to hang out and i came across here one night i deff found it here great music great staff to enjoy my nights when i feel like getting out you have pool which I love karaoke well.. ill try one day not a big club fan but deff great to have but great place all around..

Just a hang out place for mostly young adults. If I was a 20 or 30 something would probably rate higher. Bar, music, pool, games and no apparent trouble.

Liquor watered down don’t drink here go somewhere else it’s low key music straight but if you tryna get yo drink on don’t come

This new club is pretty awesome! DJ Roonie G rocks the house. Great music, great drinks and a great atmosphere. What else could you ask for?
