One of the most beautiful university scenes ANYWHERE in the world. A classic. Be sure to check out one of the newer features, the bronze Thomas Jefferson, along with his original obelisk-shaped grave-marker, on the East side of the quadrangle.

The historic quadrangle at the University of Missouri is classic 19th century architecture and beautifully landscaped. The entire campus is a botanical garden. The quad is one of the loveliest I have seen.

The Mizzou campus overall is beautiful and well landscaped, especially-well done compared to some other campuses in the region. The columns are iconic for Mizzou and I actually didnt know until recently they exist from a previous building that burned down and were left standing (something alone those lines).We always park near the columns so we can walk through the campus on the way to basketball or football games. Theres some stores and restaurants or cafes near it as well.

Good point to note history, especially now that so many years have gone by since this structure first came up.

My favorite area on campus. Play Frisbee, meet new people, nap in the sun. This spot has it all. A must visit section of campus if youre visiting from out of town.

Always lay on grass and looking up stars at night when Im missing my home
