This place is a wonderful park, so much equipment for the little ones to burn off all that energy! Its designed well enough you can keep an eye on the children pretty easily, plus the rest of cosmo has lots to offer as well. Been going there for over a decade, still have fun every time.

Big! Open! Bring a shade umbrella. This place is a gem of a park for the COMO area. Pavilions to hold picnics and so many soccer fields of plenty, skate park, football fields, geocache a finds, it’s got it all!

Beautiful park! Lots of places to just park and chill or enjoy a walk.

Great place to stop and run around with the kids. Definitely enjoyed the playground and the big slides, and it was perfect for hide-and-seek. Lots of benches and places to sit too. Wish there was more shade over the playground, as it was pretty hot especially during the heat of the afternoon and because most of the park is set low enough that its hard to feel much of a breeze on a normal summer day. But we had a splendid time! (Note: we were only at the main playground, not any of the other areas of Cosmo Park.)

Flag football game .Went to the park for the first time . Very nice . ITS HUGE ! Lots of space for any kind of sporting activities. And very well maintained. Was told they had a concession stand, but missed it . Bring your own seating.

Absolutely amazing park when the wife and I lived in Columbia some time ago we would take our kids to the park quite a bit with all the social distancing going on theres enough room here that they can play with other kids and still be safe in the spacing between them. The kids had a Absolutely wonderful time, the fun was brought to a halt though when my wife broke her leg going down a slide with our middle child. We will still come back though I dont think my wife will be going back down the slide anymore.

Easiest place in town to be a parent....until its time to leave. Great park.

There are so many different areas which makes it nice to fit pretty much everybodys needs or wants I should say. From the awesome play ground, to the skate park, and soccer fields. I love having get-togethers, like parties our reunions, and the shelter by the big play ground is nice. It has fireplaces, electricity, etc. I would recommend Cosmo Park to anybody thats looking to have a good time with their family and friends.

Must super epic park this side of the Mississippi. Reminds me, that as a child when our parks were so much smaller in scale, we have lots to be thankful for. Have fun, bring your whole family, and God bless!-Jake the film guy

Nice area where we have annual family reunions. Playgrounds close and well equipped.

Really enjoyed inline skating in the outdoor hockey area. All the skaters shared the space and were respectful of one another.

Pretty decent place. I play softball there. Clean and really nice. I see they have a roller blading eres, pretty kool. I will go back.

My daughter plays soccer or as some might say futbol this park is humongous its more than just soccer there is a skate park many softball feilds football feilds a place for kids to play plus some of the softest grass that my feet had ever touched overall its nice parking is great at times but then other times its bad but you just have to be willing to walk a little distance

We stopped here to stretch our legs while on a road trip. We loved the big and varied playground area, could have spent much longer there. I just wish the bathrooms were closer and cleaner. They were a bit gross.

My grandchild enjoyed the childrens play area...it was clean with plenty to be explored. Plenty of good parking. The one drawback was having to go so far to the restroom.

Well restrooms need to be kept up cleanliness and the big walnuts on the ground by the concession stand raked up or something kept up especially in the fall season and its football season before someone breaks a leg or ankle. Otherwise ok

Hey Now, my name is Judy Hayes and I grow up here in Columbia MO going to the Sky -Hi Driven about every weekend until it closed down in 1985. It was my most funniest place to be. Watchin a movie on the Big Screen. My son Davinne Hayes took me along with 3 of my Grandsons Dewayne Roninson, Dwaun Robinson-Hayes and Demire Hayes to the Captin Marvel movie at Cosmo Park first drive-in movie. It was their 1 st. time ever to see a movie at a Drive-In. When the movie was over I asked Dewayne how did he like the Drive-in ? He said I think it was AWESOME !!!With a huge smile on his face. And I just want to say Thank you to the City of Columbia Parks and Recreation for bring the Drive-In back to our city. During this Covid-19 quarantine thats been tough on all of us. Now we have a Super Fun place to go thats safe, full of fun and excitement for the whole family.To the Drive-In Show !!

We had a great time at the park on the abnormal warm day we had a couple weeks back. So many people were enjoying the wide open play areas we had a great time

Big complex with every type of sports field/court you need to have fun, lots of picnic areas, strategically placed restrooms & garbage barrels. Not that restrooms seem to be closed for the winter months.

So peaceful!! Never any drama. Great park for kids to play at.

Such a good park but always littered with trash. Could use trash cans in the playground area so people don’t have to exit the area to discard waste.

This park is amazing! So many playground areas for kids to play on (so they never get bored), so many unique aspects to the park that I love and so do they! For example, the mom and baby swing combo, the multi person swing, the four person teeter totter, the dinosaur dig area, the concrete underpass, the wooden bridge, and I could continue. My nieces and nephews all ask for this park every time and my daughter is starting to love it as well (we just moved to missouri). Definitely recommend.

Needs major upgrades & is missing out on millions in annual revenue by not having synthetic soccer fields. Columbia could host major soccer tournaments, but doesnt.

We are from the St Louis area but we had a championship game in Columbia which turned out to be absolutely beautiful down there. Park was very well kept lots of trees and shade it most of the fields, and they make it very easy by color-coding each field a different color. The softball fields are in very good condition they are maintained very well and they look very professionally manicured. Overall I would highly recommend having games and playing on these fields and extremely reasonable prices at the concession stand. I would also like to add that the restrooms were very conveniently located and there was never a wait to use the restrooms the entire weekend. We would definitely go back

Its got a fantastic park, but the amenities are closed for half the year while weather continues to be nice enough to go out. The RC park is closed, and the skate park looks like trash. I suppose its great place for soccer and baseball, but I never see ads for baseball.

Cosmo has been a favorite park if mine since I was a kid, and its only gotten better! Great skate park, awesome place for events, and the renovated playground is awesome. My kids are begging to go every weekend!

A great place to walk, bike, or pretty much play any other sport! Includes a paved walking trail, soccer courts, skate park, softball fields, tennis courts, football fields. Theres also open grass fields to have a picnic, throw a frisbee, or fly a kite. No matter what your hobby might be, you will find it here!

Pretty spacious and alot going on here. A few pokestops if you play pokemon go. Pretty fun day outside

It was a nice park that looked to be good for walking, biking, and picnicking. There was a baseball field that looked really nice also. I was only there to park in the shade away from traffic and noise. It was perfect for that.

Last Family Fun Fest for the year. The playground area was clean and the children were polite. Live music in the shelters and plenty of tables. Unfortunately the sun setting earlier made a fun time shorter.

Awesome place for the whole family!! There is a little bit of everything from a awesome playground with tons of things to keep the little ones smiling and having a blast, to a skate park, rc track, tons of soccer fields,baseball/softball. Not to mention all the paths to take for biking,hiking, and theres a place to even fish. Only thing they are lacking, basketball courts

Great place for hanging with friends. Everything is great except the tennis court. They need to repair them. The lights also out of order now and cant play after 8 pm. It need to fix it since the weather is hot and a lot of people at evening when the temperature is down.

Its a fantastic park. Ive played softball here for a couple of years and the batting cages need a bit of work. Aside from some basic site maintenance, Cosmo is a wonderful recreational area.

This park is always so awesome. Clean, safe, always something for all ages. Easy for the grandparents to watch the kids with the raised walkway.

Great place for parties! I attended a baby shower here recently and I got married here almost 4 years ago. Fantastic, kid friendly and the shelters are great for rain.

This park has different themed play areas. Including digging for dinosaurs bones, a rocketship, and 2 long slides. There is also a walking trail, soccer fields, football fields, baseball and softball field and tennis courts.

This is best park we have ever encountered!! It must be acres of slides and equipment that is graduated for different ages. We planned a family trip to Columbia to meet my sisters family, just so that our kids could play together. An awesome park!!!

Lots of options no matter what youre doing. Sports? There. RC car track? Yup. Walking/hiking/biking? Sure thing. Want to bring your dog? Sure there are even leash free zones.

Nice park including everything in it. Playground, sports playing fields all over, skateboarding, fishing, etc. Dont forget the skateboard shop that sells slushes of all kinds. Even sugar free DIABETICS.

The City of Columbia has done an excellent remodel of their playground equipment. Wonderful place to take children of all ages. Also trails, soccer, baseball and football fields. Has a skate park, and plenty outbuildings.

Its a wonderful family/sports centered location. It made a fun trip out of being on a traveling team for us. Its very clean and had plenty of amenities like concession stands to help battle the heat as well as above adequate first aid right on site. The place is very large but is also very safe and has a lot of patrolling .
