I went in the store last night not knowing what i was interested in! I did have some extra questions i needed answered about the enhancement pills that some other store couldn’t answer! Neasha was the best she gave me all the details and didn’t even mind telling me the products she liked! She also showed me best sellers and was knowledgeable about a lot of products compared to the other store i went in! My first time meeting her and i was comfortable about talking to her cause she was being genuine! Yes i will be returning soon maybe today!!

About Lisa Brooks:I was there with you two. You both were doing some real sus stuff. Asking if non-electronic things take batteries, lingering for over an hour walking and re-walking the store, large-moving the clothes and just doing odd stuff. They have shoplifters and have been robbed before. Besides shops usually watching customers, you two doing everything else came to result in being watched harder. That said, they didnt follow you around: they occasionally approached and offered help. Dont exaggerate.

When I shopped here the girl bagged my item in a bag that had a hole in it and my item actually fell out of the bag. I went back to the store immediately and was told that there was nothing they could do even though it was their fault that my item broke. Will never shop here again. Bad customer service. Its bad enough it took the girl five minutes to even acknowledge us. Dont waste your time or your money. Go to Nancys Nook instead.
