I went in for the duration time last night. I love the store itself! So many choices and different product it was like my heaven. I did not however like the girl who was working a attitude. She either did not want to be there or just didnt straight up like us. But I still had a great time despite the worker

Store was well organized. The employees were helpful and Jessica helped me find exactly what I needed.

My boyfriend gave me his card to buy a few things, however I wasn’t able to use it because he wasn’t there with me. I’d get if it were a credit card but it was a debit. It’s almost 2021, but whatever. I went to the atm and came back to finish my purchase. It’s awkwardly quiet in the store and employees are really cold and unwelcoming unlike most local/small businesses that are grateful for their customers and their business. Good quality dancewear but way overpriced compared to buying the same brands online. Only shop here if you need something in a pinch.UPDATE: Your employee did indeed hold my two items until I returned like I asked him to, which I appreciate! Even if I was told about your in-store atm, which I was not, I don’t mind going to my local bank’s machine less than a mile away in order to avoid any additional fees. Thanks, though.

I LOVE this store! Correction: LOVED.... not anymore!!! Just tried to return something that was VERY recently purchased and was told that it was not “their product”. And because they don’t give itemized receipts (only the credit machine receipt) I can’t prove it was purchased from them. Total bs!!! They utilize camera/videos to post pics of thieves, how about pull up my pic when I made the purchase?! NEVER AGAIN!!!

Went here to shop with my girlfriend. Clerk on platform was rude!!! I couldn’t even get started to look at anything because of her comments if you can’t deal with people You need to find A non customer service job... find a different job!!Horrible treatment never will shop here NEVER!!!!

The guy working the front counter was super rude. I was checking out with my boyfriend and he was so rude it made us uncomfortable. Not our fault you hate your job.

This place makes you feel so uncomfortable that workers they are very rude they watch you from the time you come in and you cant shop because youre very uncomfortable theyre disrespectful they wouldnt let me purchase any of my items just because I voice my own opinion about them watching us like we were theives youre disrespectful and I want to talk to corporate about this matter because I felt like they were antagonizing us because were black service will no longer be needed there I will not spend my money there anymore

Went here for the first time in a while today, and had a great experience. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. Both the lingerie side and adult side were well stocked. On the lingerie side, I purchased some wonderful incense and a fan. I was very impressed with the adult side and the quality and quantity of DVDs, toys, etc. I know Ill be going back for CBD and pipes, and I have a couple other things in mind. This place has my business.

The selection has been semi decent over the past decade, but the current staff is miserable. I’ve managed an adult store in Charlotte and worked at the Hustler store in San Diego before I became a full time sex worker, please hire some staff that enjoys the adult industry, respects other people, and doesn’t talk negatively about customers. Hire someone who has a healthy sex life, not someone who wants to sit behind a desk all day and not help with sales, someone who isn’t going to be a full time social media hater and wants to greet customers and make them feel welcome. I put two stars... one for each visit I’ve made this year. Good luck with your store.

I had a great experience in the shop buying my product. But once I got home I was able to use one of my product once before it stopped working. I noticed when the top popped open when I was taking one of the attachments off, the inside was smoking. So I went to the store for an exchange. And when the person said I had to exchange it online to the company. Because once its out of the store its my responsibility. Instead of doing the right thing and exchanging and getting another from the company. They did the opposite. I would not recommend going back and would not recommend to anyone not to return to this location on broad river. Im still trying to return my product online to the right company. Thanks for the employees for not having confidence in your product and leaving me short of being satisfied...

Ive worked in an adult store in another state so when I go to a new store I always interested in seeing how they run. While this store is a decent size, has a nice selection of lingerie, shoes, toys, and DVDs....as well as clean and organized the employees is what had me upset. The music they were playing was extremely explicit. I get it, its an adult store but the vulgar music isnt needed. The 2 males employees while I was there cursed constantly and went as far as calling their manager/boss a few choice words. While the environment yes is out of the norm you still have to maintain professionalism and interact with customers. Solely based on the employees I wont ever spend money at that particular store.

Me and my sister visited this store to pick up some toys for our friends honeymoon. When we first walked in the store, we were amazed by the variety of toys. The staff were very friendly and willing to help. Overall, it was a very great experience.

Love this store!!!! Such a wide variety of items to select from and the worker was very helpful and knowledgeable! Planning on visiting here again.
