Its a great place...Great value..Awesome staff

The staff was so friendly! The women helping me was named (I believe) Lauren, she was wonderful!! She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Love this place!

Really good products and good prices but me and my wife have experienced the worst customer service!! Its horrible!! If you tell them you dont need help they follow you like a thief or continue to pry into your bedroom life for info!! Not exactly a good place for first timers or people who are shy about explaining what they like in the bedroom to clerks.

If you want to go shopping for personal adult items while constantly being harrassed this is the place to go! Not only do employees constantly follow and hound you to try and rush you out the door you might even get to hear them assume or accuse you of shop lifting. Do you want a decent selection of lingre? Well this isnt the store for you. Not only do they carry super tiny sizes they also only carry the most basic of generic garments. Toys? Anything that seems even remotly appealing is extrwmely over priced. And sadly they discontinued their grab bags which was personally the only appealing thing about the store. So if you and youre partner are looking to spice things up in the bedroom i would suggest ordering aomething from wish before puttinf up with the horrid experience ive had here multiple times.

Awful store, might as well go to passions

Have dealt with two separate female workers and both were fantastic.

THIS PLACE HAS BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE MANGER IS A CROOK JEAN. She rang batteries up without my knowledge and charged me for them. Then when I found out what she had done she has denied the entire thing and refused to issue a refund. They try and sneak little things in your bag when your back is turned BE CAREFUL! And watch them. I would suggest going to passions or online.

The store manager made me feel really comfortable, and suggested an excellent christmad gift. Thanks

Absolutly poor service. Would not recommend

The customer service is horrible. I went in the store around 5pm today and an employee called me a b*tch not even two minutes after I went in the store. I was with two other people and he was really rude to all of us. He had blond hair and was kind of lengthy. I do not recommend this store for ANYONE.

Clerk was too busy with personal stuff on the phone to help me. So I took my $300 down the road to Passions instead, where they appreciated the business.
