This place was amazing it was much better than we expected! Me and my girlfreind did hangover and had a blast she loved it and I will defintly go back. The staff were very friendly and understanding Im a diabetic and they made sure there was no issues. I would give this more stars if I could highly recommend

Such an amazing experience. We were visiting from Florida and wanted to do something fun with friends. This place was amazing and would definitely go back and do the other rooms. The clues and tasks were rather difficult, but we made it very far and had so much fun. The staff was very energetic and nice. Would recd this to anyone visiting of local.

The atmosphere was...creepy like it should be. The feels of being locked away and captured by the Russians. The customer service was on point. The guys were very helpful, informative and friendly. By far the best experience of fake danger and problem solving.

My husband and I have done close to 40 escape rooms. We booked Quarantine last night and had the worst time. Their cameras weren’t working in that room so when we asked for a hint (because their puzzles were so horrible) it took an extra 5-10 minutes to get help. We ended up hitting the emergency exit button and left early.

Its a great time. Staff are nice and friendly. Good puzzles.

We played the Hangover tonight. We had so much fun! What a cool room and way to spend time with my friends! Definitely seemed like away we would have all woken up at some point! The staff was very nice and helpful! The new manager is doing great things there!

Took my son here for a different version of homeschooling/unschooling. So neat and we had a blast working together. The room had some puzzles my son could figure out but they increased in difficulty and ended up pretty tough. The escape room guru working the front desk was so patient and kind to me and my son. I def want to come back and try it again!!

Had my twin daughters b-day party cant say enough how great these people are. They went above and beyond what i expected. All the kids had a great time. Thanks once again you got my business.

I called in to book a room for 7 pm when I got there it was closed the hours on the door said from 10 am to 8:30 pm but when I pulled up the doors where locked and no one inside this place just has bad service even when I tried to call it said the place is open from 11:30 to 10pm

Anthony and the young woman helping him (Im so sorry I didnt get her name ) were fabulous!We went as a family for a birthday celebration. We did the Hangover room and got out with 1 min 40 seconds left.We will definitely be back and we HIGHLY recommend this for any group activity!

First escape room for me and my wife. It was really fun! Customer service was very kind, friendly and helpful! The room was challenging but not too hard...just barely made it out in time. I hope to try some of the other rooms in the future. Deffinately recommend this place!

My first time doing an escape room, it was a lot of fun! Lorean was a great cheerleader! She was really accommodating, and before the night was over we escaped from 2 rooms!

Our family of 8 came in and had so much fun with the first one that we booked a second! Lorian was an excellent host and the competition rooms were cool! PS Girls won!

I had heard this place was coming up due to the new manager however I learned that even they were driven away. The guy running our game sped thru the instructions so fast we couldnt understandAnd when we asked for clues we wasted several minutes waiting. The guy needs to at least pretend they enjoy their job and want to be there. This place is headed no where except down the drain. Dont waste your money.

Went for a teen birthday party and everyone had a great time! It was an awesome way to team build and have fun for the girls. A great outside the box party.

An overall fun experience, we did the black site, which is set as a Russian interrogation room. If you like puzzles than this is the place for you.

Steve and the staff at Escape the Place did a great job working clues into the time bomb room so we could let our family know we are pregnant. We are so happy they made this a special event for our family. Thanks so much!

I thought it was really fun! Had lots of potential and it is centrally located. We made it out in 50 minutes. However, I would say that the room lacked creativity compared to other escape rooms we have done.

While Ive heard amazing things about their other rooms, Timebomb was not the worthwhile, immersive experience that I would expect from the highest-priced room out of Escape the Places current offerings. The puzzles were repetitive and lacked the innovation and creativity that make a room exciting. We will be back for the other rooms, but I would advise newcomers to avoid Timebomb - it is designed as a corporate team building game and would be better suited as solely a mobile escape rental.

Great place, had a lot of fun with our whole family

Poor experience. Trying to book an escape room tonight for 6:30pm. Had some questions so we attempted to call the location and got their voicemail somewhere between 15-20 times from multiple numbers and didn’t get anyone to pick up on the other end. By the time I decided we would just book and ask questions at the facility itself it was removed online, I assume because there is a deadline which I totally understand. But we would’ve spent $180 on a group of 6 to come out. I have enjoyed this business at their old location and were willing to drive the extra distance since we are from Castle Rock, but we will take our business elsewhere from now on.

Out of all the escape the rooms I have done (6+) this was my favorite. Very hard, but high production value. The staff was friendly, understanding, mindful of our time, and polite. The game had to do with a virus and had 3 separate rooms. Very well built, very good clues that took all of us to figure out, and the clues/tools/rooms looked amazing. Best in Colorado springs without a doubt.

Super fun way to kill an evening. I went here with my girlfriend and we had a great time. They have a good selection of rooms and the price is fair.

We loved this place! We did a room with a 3 percent success rate. There were 4 of us and it was so challenging and fun. The guy that worked there was helpful and made it especially enjoyable. He does a great job. We will most definitely be back!!!

Id really like to thank Steve for being so awesome and setting up such a creative marriage proposal for my now wife. When I went in to meet him and set up everything, he was very personable and seemed very happy to do something like this. He explained ideas and details about how the proposal could go. The day of the event was perfect! My wife did not suspect anything was going on that night. I was also able to get a recording of the proposal and take an edited copy home with me. I only had to wait a few days for it, which was great. I have been to escape the place before and the rooms are so much fun and creative. Im really happy I chose this place for my special event! This was a super fun way to spend an evening with friends! The scenario we were in was very difficult, but with a lot of group effort and teamwork we were able to escape with just three minutes left! Definitely uses your creative problem-solving and critical thinking skills in a really fun cooperative team context. Definitely highly recommended!

The locks in the large group escape room were sticky but the service was good and we finished it with about a minute left.

Friendly staff.. but horrible experience when trying to escape the place.I love riddles and puzzles but this place was not fun.Fair Warning. lights may cause seizures...I went with co workers. The idea is to see how people work togeather yet this place separated us into groups and locked us inrooms are goal was to solve the puzzle before the other team. But as soon as the doors locked we where doomed. The lights kept flashing and there was a siren noise steady in the background. we asked if they could do anything about it but they werent allowed for those sensitive to things like this good luck to you.

Staff were fantastic with our group of 13 & 14 year olds for my son’s birthday! They also did a great job accommodating our meal post escaping the room. We did the “Chamber” room and our group was able to escape with 11 minutes to spare. Great fun for all!

My friends and I (6 of us) had so much fun. We did the Hangover room! This was one of my top highlights of my Colorado vacation, right before I head back to Florida! Our host and helper, Christina was wonderful, friendly, and so awesome! She really made the experience more than expected. If i visit Colorado again, Id definitely want to go again with friends. I highly recommend this location =)

We were looking for something fun and different to do with the kids today and we found Escape the Place. It was awesome. The kids loved it and kept our family talking for hours about how much fun we had! I highly recommend this place to locals and travelers through! We will be doing this again! We had a lot of fun! The service was a little slow, I totally recommend going here. Try the Black Site one, sitting in a chair, hand cuffed in the beginning, 2 teams helping each other with little communication. This helps team work and Bonding skills! I totally recommend going!

We have done almost every single room in town. Escape the Place in my opinion is the worst in town. Staff is disorganized and is unable to provide helpful hints. More than 1 room has broken components. 1 room has not been maintained and things did not align properly requiring staff to come in and tell us the answer and apologize. There are much much better choices in town

Absolutely loved this place. Was in Colorado Springs visiting a friend and we decided to try it. We did the Hangover and the room was awesome. Christy was great in explaining the rules and giving us clues when we needed them. Although the time went really fast, we immensely enjoyed our time and will definitely try another room when I return to the area.

It was a lot of fun but a little anti-climatic. When we couldnt find our puzzle by the time the timer ran out, nothing happened. I didnt expect an explosion but an alarm or a smoke machine maybe would have been a little more interesting

We had fun in the hangover room. Really appreciated the staff being fun and helpful. Well thought out room, but couldve been put together a bit more realistically. Overall, we will go back!

We did the Blacksite room as a team building exercise with my coworkers. The puzzles were very challenging, but not impossible and it was overall a lot of fun. We made it out of the room with time to spare.

We had a blast. We took our older kids including our 9 year old daughter who really got in to finding a way out. We actually got out! I highly recommend Escape the Place!

I really enjoyed doing The Hangover room. I thought it was creative and challenging. I think some of the props need updating.... as in one of the locks fell apart when we unlocked it and the safes keypad didnt work, and we were told some of the keys could potentially open other things.... so I would say, definitely invest in better equipment. Other than that I loved that the clue penalty was only 30 seconds vs MINUTES by other locations. Im looking forward to going back and having more fun!

The staff did everything possible to ensure we had a fun and fulfilling visit. It was a great family bonding experience and I will definitely recommend it to my friends and family. We definitely plan on returning to try a different room.

This was a fun place. The group is in a room for an hour, with clues you have to find to get to the end. We all felt you need more than an hour or have a beginner level, it is extremely hard! We only got thru the 1st of many clues.

An unforgettable experience! Rooms were very cleverly put together and engineered. My family and I decided to do the Blacksite room and we had to actually think in overdrive about some of the puzzles. Will definitely go again!

It was real hard and we couldnt do it. So many locks, not enough direction. You needed to get real creative with some of the riddle/clues which made it more difficult. Definitely be prepared to ask for clues and brush up on your lock skills.

So much fun and challenging. If you like solving puzzles this is the place for you. Did Blacksite. Great experience. Highly recommend it.

Had a great time, our group used 3 rooms, and they got us all in and out about the same time. Everyone had a blast. It was a good time and I definitely think we will be back to try more rooms and different teams as well.

Everything about this was awesome. The staff was awesome, the briefing was hilarious (and if you actually need all those warnings about not taking apart the building, you need help), and the puzzles were challenging. Loved it!

Had a great time here! Staff was nice, and it was a great challenge. Prices are a little high but going on Thursdays after 5 pm is half off. I highly recommend this place!

We had a great time going here. For four of the five of us it was the first time we went to an escape room. We took on the chamber and were able to escape with 1 min 40 seconds left! We had a blast and look forward to coming back for another room.

While vacationing in Colorado Springs we experienced the Escape the Place Chamber Room and had an absolute blast. The administrator interacted with us to make for an amazing experience. We really enjoyed figuring out the different puzzles and cant wait to try the other rooms! THIS IS A MUST DO EXPERIENCE!!!

I did The Chamber which was my first escape room ever and it was definitely a great experience! The staff here are very friendly and the waiting room was clean. I noticed a few reviews here saying that some of the locks need to be updated, I agree, there were a few worn locks but we were still able to escape the room.

THIS PLACE IS AWESOME! Beats the heck out of mindless movies, or another boring round of miniature golf. My wife and I took the our two kids (age 13 / 11). They loved it as well, trying to figure out the puzzles while the clock ticks down. Youll definitely walk out of there wondering how an hour could pass so fast!Very challenging even for the smartest people. A few times we had to ask for clues as we were stumped. Highly recommend!!!!

My family and friends played 3 rooms in one day! Super fun. Hangover, then Black Sight, and Time Bomb! Escaped the first two with 5 people and Time Bomb with 6 people. Awesome staff.

Terrible experience! Three friends and I arrived right on time. The girl working that night (Katy, I believe) was awful. She took us into the room to sign waivers and get briefed, then told us we were late and she would be right back because she was going to start the timer in our rooms. We were supposed to get an hour in the room, we got 48 minutes. With the extra 12 minutes we would have successfully escaped. None of us in the group were pleased.

Too much fun! Bring your thinking caps. Staff was friendly and everything flowed well. Just gotta exercise the powers of observation and gray matter

Loved the chamber. This is definitely a room worth playing and I highly recommend it! Blacksite was a little frustrating as there was an obvious issue with some real life information that simply wasnt accurate and it is necessary to solve the room. (without giving away too much, they stated a huge, natural biological feature of the earth was man made and it most certainly is not. Even the employee working there admitted he agreed this should to be fixed. Otherwise, blacksite was quite enjoyable as well and we will be back for future rooms.

I love a good Escape Room. This ones a little overpriced for what youre getting. Whole puzzle is in one relatively sterile room. Tools that we used to solve the puzzle were off calibration, so we were getting wrong answers.

We actually really enjoyed our experience, but the customer service is horrible and that is why we will not be going back. I left 5 messages for the manager and he could find time to call me back. Very disappointing.

This was an amazing experience. Gave a rush. At first it is overwhelming, but once you get into it. WOW. Great set up, and mice staff too. I really want to go agian and again. The only thing is maybe fix up the locks a bit. Did the chamber a few times we figured a lock out and the locks would not work ao we thought it was a wrong answer. Could ove saved us some time here and there. Still it was way fun.

Done blacksite, chamber, and hangover. All were great puzzles with just enough challenge to make it fun, interesting, and solvable. Love the blacksite the most, but the hangover was definitely the most challenging. Will be back for timebomb for sure! Great staff, great deals/prices, very well done rooms. Enjoyed it for hanging out with friends, Fathers Day, and my anniversary (respectively). It was also fun to be in a room with other people that we didnt know! If you dont have a big group, just sign up for a slot and see if people join you!
