We attended a birthday party recently & everything went great. The person helping with the party went above & beyond. The only thing I would recommend is that they enforce wearing masks at ALL times, even while attending parties in the upstairs area. We ARE in a pandemic! Business ran this way are the reason that Colorado had to go to red status during COVID-19...
My kids always have a great time when we are at skyzone. Additionally, not only do they get to play but their parents get to play and jump too. This place is fun for all ages. They also do birthday parties here and the process for parties is really smooth, though it is on the pricier side in comparison to like Monkey Business.
Very polite and accommodating. They obviously have a masks required note posted on their door but the staff is not unkind or nasty about the mandate. Even though I was not jumping, I was able to leave my mask off and enjoy laughing and encouraging my six year old with positive expressions and shouts of encouragement. It was an extremely pleasant experience and I will not hesitate to return.
The kids had fun, however, they do not enforce the restrictions through this pandemic. There was a handful of parents in the entire premises wearing their masks and the rest standing on the sidelines watching their kids did not. It’s important for them to enforce the restrictions to keep our children save. I must say that it’s great that they have a designated person going around disinfecting the areas. Also, I think this place is a bit pricey and not to mention the fact that they make you purchase their socks for $3 each.
Although my son had a great time here, I didn’t see any of the trampolines being wiped down or even a short recess to be wiped down during this. I saw many children with runny noses wiping it on their sleeves or on their hands and then continue to jump and play in the block box. No masks were worn while jumping so a lot of coughing was going on. I did see one gentleman wiping down all the handles to the railing multiple times while I was there so kutos to you sir! Just a suggestion maybe do short recess is to wipe down all equipment once an hour.
The team was great!! Our party hostess Haley was all about us. She made small talk and always asked if we were ok. The children enjoyed it!!
Bottom Line Up Front: Go somewhere else!I took my family here for the first time yesterday. We have never been to a skyzone before and decided for my sons 5th birthday to go. We did not actually have a birthday party here just went for open jump. Needless to say it was a horrible experience and we left before our time was up and will not be going back. The staff is made up of a bunch of teenagers who pick and choose when to up hold the company’s rules. We had several instances where this kid would tell only my family they could not do something while allowing everyone else to do it.Example(s):Apparently you can only have one person per square in the open jump area and we did not know this as we had never been there before, but while I was yelled at for jumping on a square with my 5 year old son (while holding his hands and helping him jump I might add) there were several other people (up to 4 to 5) on a single square and no one said a thing. I tested this out by having my teenage daughter jump with my son and no one said anything. As soon as I tried to do it again the same kid told me to stop. Talk about double standards! Another time we were sitting in a corner on the padding (me, my son and my wife) and we were told to get up as you can’t sit in the open jump area I guess. All the while an EMPLOYEE and 4 other kids were sitting on the padding around a square in the middle of the open jump area. Right next to them were 4 teenage girls who were also laying on a single square and not one person said anything to them. At this point we decided to take our children down to the foam blocks. When we arrived it looked unorganized and everyone was just running and jumping in while the employee watched but said nothing. So our kids waited for a clear path and ran and jumped in. All of them stayed in the same lane/area. As soon as this happens we are told they have to get out because only 3 people are allowed in the foam area at a time. When ended up going back to the open jump area because the other people there were loitering and it was a waste of time to wait for nothing. Later we made our way back to the foam block area and the same thing was going on. There were at least 5 to 6 people in the foam area, literally laying in it. The employee was chatting it up with some parents that were sitting on the ground not watching their kids and as soon as our kids get there it goes back to 3 kids only and our kids cant use the area, but the people who were already there continue to get to use the area and have more than 3 people in the foam blocks at a time. I have several more examples where we were basically singled out, but this is getting long. The point is rules are fine, but the rules should be applied to everyone, and not just my family. Period. At no point did this place tell us the rules or give us rules to read prior to jumping, but even if they had it is still total b.s. that they only were applied to us and no one else. Bottom line I wont ever give this place my money again. We paid for 7 people for 2 hours. It was not cheap and was not worth the harassment.
You saved our day. We came from Denver to go to the pumpkin patch but it ended up being WAYYY to cold. We tried to go to another fun place for kids but they ended up being closed for the day. We luckily and easily found sky zone and the kids enjoyed it. The only thing is they didnt have some of the food items on the menu but not a huge deal. So thank you!
Rude staff that makes you feel un-welcomed. Not really a family fun kind of place, more like an employee fun kind of place. There has been maybe one decent employee that treats us like we are not an inconvenience. ( We are not needy at all) When asked to talk to the owner, I was ignored. The bathrooms never have toilet paper or soap. It reminds me of a gas station in the ghetto. Rules only apply to certain people. For instance, we were sitting down and were yelled at to stand up. However, there was a young boy(someone the worker knew) and his girl friend in the corner being conspicuous in the dark. They sat there the entire time. The employees even walked to them and talked as they sat there all night. There is no consistency and its more enjoyable to work there then actually be a costumer there. This place is a hot mess. Like I said there has been maybe one employee that does not make me feel unwanted. I do not know about you guys, but I will eat average food at an expensive restaurant because they treat me good. Costumer service is so important and I do not see why they arent trained to think so. I am waiting for COOPERATE to return my phone call at the moment. If you are looking for a job that runs over their costumers and gets away with it APPLY.The comments below indicating the rude staffed teens is correct. There is a dodge ball place with games and what not at the Chapel Mall. There is also a trampoline park across town. I would not recommend coming here often. Its unfortunate we already have agreed to a committed three month membership.
Great place for tge kids to burn off excess energy. If youre an adult, better be in shape of suffer the consequences of jumping gor an hour. I know i felt it for s few days afterwards.
Great place, kids loved it. Will most definitely be coming back
If you want to go to a place where employees have cliques and friends get treated better than costumers go here. Place is filled with teens that play control freak games. They dont know what they are doing and have the worse costumer service. Im appalled at where and when rules apply. Saw a child crying last night with over the ya employees play favoritism. Make sure you know someone who works here before you go here.
Amazing gym and staff, very clean always. Managers and staff go above and beyond. We go nearly every day and the value is unbeatable. Id recommend it to everyone. Great way for autistic kids and adults to get fun exercise in.
Its all so funa dn we have a blast jumping around and doing flips! 10/10 score alway!!
There are so many great things that I have to say about the Sky Zone in Colorado Springs. My son and I go quite often. Every time we go the employees are friendly, provide excellent customer service, go above and beyond, attentive to the kids jumping, the facility is clean and everyone is helpful. I had a birthday party for my son at Sky Zone and was extremely impressed by all the help I received by the hostesses Kendall and Kylie. The girls helped set up for the party, asked if I needed help after every task they completed, had the food and the drinks out very quickly and made sure everything was on time. The General Manager Shannon and the Manager Kendall went above and beyond and took time to ensure that my son’s birthday was exactly how he wanted. They came up to the party room a few times to make sure the experience was what I envisioned. The goody bags were a hit and all the kids were so happy with the different areas they could jump in. I can’t thank everyone enough at Sky Zone for providing great experiences when we come and for the Birthday Party for my son. Thank you and we will see you soon!
Glow jump is a very enjoyable way to burn a ton of calories. Available attractions: dodgeball, slam dunk, foam pit, and areas for free jumping. Had a toddler under 4 area, however was unused at the time. Would recommend. Corona virus warning: employees do sanitize the lobby area, however the employees we observed were not wearing their masks correctly. We also observed one the hostesses touch her face and brush her hair back with her hand before handling food and water, but was unintentional and pure habit.
Reasonable prices. Super friendly staff. Safe and clean. Our whole family had a blast.
Always have a wonderful time here the staff is so friendly and it’s a great place for the kids to go. Even adults can have some fun here, highly recommended!! Stephanie was really wonderful thanks again for a great time see y’all soon!
All that needs to be said is children had a wonderful birthday party the team was great! PS the children fell asleep on the drive back priceless!!
Great for parties - very attentive to the kids, parents, and Covid precautions. Just a bit confusing coming in, as theres no one to greet you, nor are there any signs directing you where to go or what to do.
We always have a good time here. The price is a little high. The do a good job of separating the small kids for the large ones. Birthday party pricing is crazy expensive. $279-499. Otherwise we really like going here as a treat for the kids.
It’s fun but the foam pit just turned boring!!! There was a employee... he was letting us make holes in the back of the pit. Employees traded shifts and he made us get out and fill in the holes
They ordered pizza for our party and it got there the same time we did, the problem was that we had to do the jumping and go over rules and regulations, so over an hour and a half later, it was dry and hard and wasnt good at all. Overall, the kids had fun, but I wouldnt go back at those prices.
This place is packed with stuff to do for my little ones. The facility feels newer and very clean minus the sinks in the bathroom. The parking spaces are really tightly packed in which I believe may have contributed to several people double parking. This place would be an easy 5 star if it werent for the parking.
Justin helped us with finding my brothers watch for the rest of his shift. Really nice to everyone too! Thanks man.
Please read the fine print of the waiver youre forced to sign. The sign up process asks you to OPT-IN to have marketing emails sent to you, but the mandatory waiver (which is required for you to go) allows them to use your email for whatever they want, AND their partners. It says you can unsubscribe but lists no address. When asked, the employees at the counter didnt know what I was even talking about. Be better, Sky Zone.
My friends and I had so much fun here!!! We will def be back!!!! Thank you so much!!!!
Had a great birthday party there for our Son, they are very attentive. Its fairly expensive to hold a party there, but well worth it. Beware they give you a 30 day pass for your child to jump, and it doesnt have an expiration date on it, but apparently you can only use for 30 days after your childs party. Some of the staff is very polite, some rude, its a bunch of young kids. Could use better management.
I like the idea of the trampoline park. However it is quite pricey to go here. It is good exercise and the kids loved it so I do pay for it. This place would be good if they had some kind of all you could jump type option.
I think this place was amazing I went on Saturday glow night 8-11 and the staff there were great. Caleb T. Adri M. Billy S. Carson S. Were all amazing staff. There was an out of control person threatening to fight one of them and they controlled the situation perfectly and got a manager and he left (no harm). I will be applying for a job here in the year 2021!!!
So much for them to choose from and they have certain rules to follow, but not overwhelming. Surprisingly it wasnt as packed as I thought it would be especially for a Friday. This is the second time we have been here and it seems like they have soo much fun. Not just the kids, but the staff as well!!
Fun, good value for membership, great workout. Kinda lax on mask rules/rules in general.
Super fun hope me and my friend can crush more people in dodge ball next time
It was fun but there was a lot of people in there
Love this place!!! We will definitely be coming back!!!
Tons of fun. Socks are 5 dollars. Not really super expensive. Great for parties. They have snack and drinks here as well. When youre done you can put your sticker on the ball.
My pre teens loved it. A bunch of fun just make sure you are not accident prone and be coordinated.
I dont get the long winded rant. The kids loved it, the price is reasonable, everyone was pleasant and helpful, it was very busy but there was plenty of jumping room for everyone. Also very clean unlike some of the other trampoline places weve been too.
We had a ball there. Man played tag with me.
Took the grandchildren. They were exhausted within the hour.Nice quiet ride home. They had lots of fun.
Shannon is the bees knees. Amazing place to work out.
I came here for a k12 field trip and jumped myself out. Wonderful experience, good pizza, nice activities, and overall the best indoor trampoline park I’ve ever been to.P.S. The foam pits are deep. I almost couldn’t climb out.
Lack of communication, and what communication there was, was incorrect. I was told my time at booking. It was wrong. I was also told someone will co text the day prior to set up the guest list and confirm. That too did not happen. I called in to confirm, when doing so was when I was told my party time was different. I was able to change the time, however I was put into a (much) smaller room at the same charge. A asked for a email confirmation. It was not sent. I again called in to ask for my email. At that time I spoke with a manager (not the GM) she was awful, rushed me off the phone, did not want to answer my questions, I brought up the guest list, she was disinterested and did not take it down. At time of check in I was told other children had already arrived and checked in, how would they have known who I agreed to pay for? There were a few guests that brought siblings I was NOT paying for. I did not get any sort of communication to ask if this was ok. The only shining star in the whole experience was my attendant Alisa! She was amazing! She did everything she could to accommodate us, she was great with the kids, she made sure we has everything needed (tape, plates, drinks, ex).
My kids and grandkids have so much fun here. The gym is separated into sections that allow older teens to to push their skills with flips and then other areas reserved for toddlers to bounce too.
Great place for parties, a little expensive but well worth it. Its a bit confusing when you first get there if youve never been before, just fill out the waivers on line before you go. Trust me on this.
My kid loves it! We celebrated his 12th birthday party and although I find its a little pricey, my son did have a great time with his friends.
On glow nights they advertise that you receive a free glow in the dark t-shirt (green etc). Guess what, if they are out of stock, you receive a plain boring white shirt from the staff and you do not receive a rain check for the actual shirt you paid for. Management doesnt step up to the plate. First and last visit. Thanks.
It was nice and not that crowded.
Went up to order a drink and he grabbed a cup I looked at it before he filled it up and asked is that the cup your putting my drink in. He replied yes. I said look inside it. It was a dirty dirty cup. He laughed and said well at least u caught it because I wouldnt of. Place was not very clean either.
Very fun place. And prices arent that bad either
So my wife and I just found out that skyzone does not do Groupon through the year. We got scammed by a fake ticket and when we made it to the counter the manager made it perfectly clear that the code we were given is absolutely no good.70 bucks down the drain!!That being said, she was gracious enough to let our kids play for free.
Clean. Good/helpful/friendly staff. Fun for all the kids, parents even got into it.
Great friendly atmosphere. The teenagers that work here are really great with the kids. Perfect place to go when the weather is bad outside.
We went for a birthday party. The whole experience was a bit much for me. Kids love it, hence the four stars. Its overwhelmingly large and they just let the kids loose and dont keep them together for the party.
The kids and adults always have a blast going here. We grew up flipping trucks on Olympic size trampolines. It’s so great to provide something like this. It can be pricey when the whole fam jumps.
Very fun place to let kids expel their surplus of energy! Quite loud, so if youre prone to headaches, perhaps find somewhere quieter.
Fun, but pricey. Needs better attractions. As other competition in town is not only way cheaper, but they also have more attractions for the kids, to include a American Ninja style warrior course. Still fun and friendly staff.
Wonderful place to bring the kiddos! However, be warned it is a little bit of a workout! Im not gonna lie. Im out of shape, a little over my healthy weight. I dont like to think of it as being obese. Im just good at eating ;) Anyways, come here its alot of fun that you have to try at Least once!
The best things here are the basketball trampoline courts, the trampoline dodgeball court and the trampoline diving board. Its worth the entree fee.
A great place for all ages. Our family is a blast every time we go
Fun place. Kids loved it. Its really hot after a while no AC. But very fun. We had a blast. Dodge ball was awesome. It was quite fulfilling to bomb our kids. My kids got tired pretty fast and wanted to leave earlier then the time slot we paid for. Too bad they dont offer a 30 min option for us lazy folks. But over all it was a great place to spend some time and burn off some energy from a long car ride.
This is a great place to take your kids if they need to burn some energy. Friendly and clean.
Prices are competitive. Kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The only downside was that I had a coupon and they were not aware of it and the manager was still clueless. She tried turning it down. I provided further information on my phone. She was still reluctant to give me the discount. She eventually did but it was frustrating that this coupon should have been told to all employees or put somewhere to verify rather than speaking to six different people.
This place is amazing. We came here first time. Brought 4 kids with me today and we had great time. Recommend this place to everyone. Definitely coming back.
Brought a birthday package that was supposed to last until closing. The staff started cleaning a hour before closing using enough bleach to choke out a horse. Ended up leaving early like a lot of other people that were there.
Staff was so nice! Had a blast!
Fun place, horrible staff. The staff will regularly rotate area. As they rotate what rules they follow change. The price is also outrageous. Their policy is you can only have two discounts. As I write this there was a discount for having kids in a Halloween costume. We also have our own socks and military costumes. Even then, they didnt want to acknowledge the Halloween event, none of the staff even knew about it. The snacks are about standard price as you would see anywhere else. If you are an adult wanting to have fun with kids, find another place.
Kids have fun here all the time. The staff is hit and miss some are really on the ball and helpful others just dont care. It would be nice to have at least one person over the age of 25 to talk to about things there. We did a birthday party package and afterwards was told that we should tip the staff person helping us when it is said it is included in the package and does not mention gratuity at all. I didnt appreciate that.
Great place to take the kids to burn off that extra energy. Only thing thats missing is a pokestop .
Fun place and well worth the membership, especially in winter months. Not all sections are open every day, though, which can make it feel crowded.
Good place for the kids to have fun and get some exercise
I love this place!! Definitely the best trampoline park in Colorado Springs!!
It is really good because me grandsons love it and I get to relax for a couple of hours
My kids (1 and 5), both enjoyed playing, as there are play areas for all ages. I love that they have massage chairs for grown-ups, especially considering my husband is physically unable to participate in the jump area, and this allows him to be included.
So fun. Has a dunk station, dodgeball, and foam pit, as well as regular jump pads
Great place to take all ages of children and its super clean
Very good place for kids to visit with friends or have a party at
Awesome spot for kids of all ages. Prices are a bit steep . Should have a 3 -4 hour jump deal or so. They have a groupon but even that is pricy. Lots of different zones like basketball, foam pit, big jump area, dodgeball, and toddler area. Snack area and lots of seats for parents. Party room available fo rent too
Extremely rude staff, undertrained teenagers, horrible birthday packages. Please do not book your child’s birthday party here, by far the worst service I’ve ever had.
I bought a Groupon for two hour passes valid Monday through Friday, but i went in on a Friday night and was denied at the door because it was glow night. I was upset that the coupon i had paid for was not was i paid for nor what was promised. Sadly i will use the coupon then never go back.
Good place for the kids to have fun and get exercise
My daughter loved it. A little bit later she got me to jump with her. I enjoyed jumping with her. All of the kids loved the park.
The grandkids love this place! A little pricey.
Loved It. Went On A Tuesday Afternoon & We Had The Whole Place To Ourselves For A While.Staff Is A Group Of Teenage Boys, Who Are Helpful If Needed. Space Is Clean & It Didnt Smell Like Dirty Feet.I Love Hospital Socks, So The $2 For The Sky Socks Wasnt A Bother.Theyve Got Long Trampolines & The Sky Slam Is Fun.Dodgeball & Volleyball Were Closed Probably Due To A Lack Of People. If You Like A Quiet Atmosphere I Suggest Going During The Week, I Cant Imagine What Its Like In There During Peak Weekend Times.
Great place for kids. Went with my 2 yr old and 5 year old. Both had tons of fun, and, having gotten tickets for my wife and myself to bounce as well, we had a blast. Never had any safety concerns. I chased my 5 year old around a massive, seamless collection of trampolines until neither of us could move. Very satisfied.
One of the best indoor trampoline parks. Did my daughters 6th birthday here. Staff was very helpful. Facilities are clean and very well lit. Lots of fun areas to plan in.
Was really disappointed. My son has down syndrome and low muscle tone. So jumping for a long time on his feet tires his legs. So he would sit down and be having fun bouncing on his bottom. It wasnt even busy and staff told us he cant sit. He has to be jumping on his feet. Him not understanding this changed it from a good time to confusion and frustration. Every other trampoline park weve evere been to has been accommodating to kids with disabilities. We ended up leaving an hour before our time was up because he was more upset then having fun. It was our first and last time going to Sky Zone.
Lot of fun with the family I highly suggest it.
