I delivered meals in that area as part of a route I had. Met a number of the folks living in the park. Nice people. I did not do business with the Wandel Massey & Associates so I have no opinion on the business.

They work with you, but its hard to get them to fix anything in the trailers.

Mr Massey is my landlord he is the sweetest man I met in a long time and like him a lot.

Came here looking for a place to rent, the lady I met that day seemed very nice. She said she would rent me a certain property for a certain amount even though it normally costed more. I said okay, came back the next day and it was an older man this time. Asked him about the same property and the price he gave me was 150 dollars less per month than the woman the day before had quoted me, and he was reading it off of their rental list. Not sure if she was trying to rip me off or if the man had no idea what he was talking about.. But since he was reading it straight off a list I tend to think the woman was not being as nice as she seemed. I was going to rent from them because of the lady being so nice, but after that I wasnt so sure I wanted to deal with them since they arent even sure how much the rent is from day to day.. I saw a lot of problems eventually coming from them operating this way and I have enough stress.

Worst place in Clovis to try to live. Kids always running around breaking windows and vandalizing houses. The owner is very likely an Alzheimers patient, has no clue what youre talking about when you try to engage in even the simplest conversation. Maintenance just wont do anything. All around bad. If you want to actually be comfortable in your house, dont go here..

After moving into the trailer home park. I was told that it was liveable .. nope gas was red tagged.. water heater was bad...took over 2 weeks to get the water heater fixed.. after many phone calls to get it fixed...the windows an the doors do not shut an close properly. . Last snow storm we had 3 feet of snow inside the trailer home. Home gas heater does not work.. took 2 months to get a stove... please find a better trailer home park to live in. The owner does not care about the tenets... money is the root to all evil.. and this trailer home park is the worst.
