Very nice place to live. Owners are very flexible and helpful. They have been fixing the place up since they bought it last year, and it has been getting nicer and nicer with all their hard work. Quiet and very near base with reasonable rates. It is far from the main road and the train (horn) and has a lot of trees with big lots, making it different that the other locations in Clovis. I would recommend to anyone wanting to be out of the middle of town or near the base.

Great place right outside of the Cannon AFB main gate. Shade provided in most spots from large trees. You pay electricity separately through local power company. Wifi in some spots. Cable not included either.

I visit here and stay with my dad. Everyone here is so nice and it is very quiet. Would recommend this to anyone.

You can tell that whoever only put 1 star and didnt leave a actual review is probably the owner of one of the other RV parks.Ideal RV park really is Ideal. Its not a 5-star resort. But its not intended to be. The rates are the lowest in the area. Ricky the owner is the nicest guy! He helps with anything he can, loans tools, and really will do anything to make your stay a pleasant experience. For long term stays you get a mailbox of your own. The laundry at the park is inexpensive, and even has bathrooms and showers! I lived at the park for just shy of 2 years while working on base, and you cant beat the commute!! For denizens that cannot stand the sound of the train. I have lived at 2 of the 4 RV parks that are very near the train tracks. While you can hear the train horn, it is muffled at Rickys, the other one I lived at was louder, and the two that are right next to the train tracks I imagine are very loud!

Convenience is the key to this place, super close to base! Rates are low, and service is great. The owner, Ricky, is one of those guys that will help with most anything you need. I looked around and settled on Ideal for pricing and talking to other residents. No complaints and would highly recommend to a friend.

Disablitys act has been called by my doctor because of discrimination and law braking with disable rights cant make someone who gets payed on the 3rd to pay on the 1rst this is braking laws hope they like charges being filed

Its so quiet here. I love my privacy, and thats what I get here. We have kids and so do many people here... But its still quiet.

Have lived here for over 8 years and Ricky is very helpful! Cheapest place around also. Very convenient to Cannon AFB. Its a safe place to live, you dont even have to lock your house thats how trusting the neighborhood is.

Wonderful People quiet place to live or vacation.

I have lived here for 2.5yrs and like it a lot. The owner Ricky is very nice and make you feel very welcome. If you need help or have a question he usually has the answer. I would recommend this location to anyone that comes out here. I would come back here again if I were to leave.
