I really want to look into purchasing a home here. They have so many quaint homes and yards. It was very clean. While we were driving looking at the homes the residents, and I think he was the manager, were so friendly and waving!

Lived here 8 happy years! We have had new management for about 4 years and then things started really looking-up! Couldnt be better!

Its older but quiet in the middle of Clovis surrounded by all the shopping and things youll ever need to do.

I am going there to use their swimming pool. There is water arobics classes in the summer. The pool and area are very well maintained. The instructor Diane is awesome. She is friendly and makes us feel welcome, is organized and prompt, speaks clearly and describes the exercises.

I live here and like it a lot! New manager who really keeps an eye on stuff! The park is a little on the old side but well maintained. Great club house. It is a rent controlled senior park that feels like a coastal village. It is close to shopping and reasonably quiet.There are some great mobile deals available but be sure to have a mobile inspector review your mobile before buying.Don

This was a great place before it came into new management. The manger is the most hateful and heartless excuse for a human being. I use to live at this location (& yes I know this is a senior mobile home park) but I was my fathers caretaker when I first started working as his caregiver I didnt live there but as his condition got worse it was determined that he needed 24 hour care which caused me to have to move in. And I lived there for years and then my dad was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. Shortly after management changed and that pos Randal became the manger and started giving my father such a hard time. And my dad being the emotional man he was got excited and a little irate with him after he served us with a 3 day notice to comply or quit (and mind you the documents dates where incorrect) but as we tried to go to his chemo and radiation and also comply to all his altimadums to not lose my dads home of 15 years. But regardless or out atemts to do as he said he still gave us an eviction notice. We took it to court and mind you I was a college student taking care of our home and my dad who was on hospice because his cancer was determined to be terminal because it had spread to his lymphnodes and went through out his body. So I had alot on my plate. And after all the court hearings the judge sided with manager because she said I hadnt been looking for another place but I had no time to. So we had to be out of house the next day and we thought there was no way a judge could side with kick a man out of his home that only had months to live but she did. And so I had to pack the whole house in one night and that morning the sheriffs came and put me and my dying father out in the rain with no where to go along with Randal out there laughing at us. Its absolutely dispicable and he should be ashamed of himself.

The manager is prejudice and has awful people skills. He needs to be replaced.

Excellent staff with a heart. Many good activities that help pass time and get to know your neighbors and make friends.

Its a little old, but not bad. Management is not very knowledgeable. Makes decisions of there likes. Could use some care of those living here. Have made rent very high compared to other senior places.

Would be a great place to retire if management would allow you to be in peace. They are rude and overbearing. They cut down my tree without my consent as well as plants that they DONT LIKE... Very overbearing. Neighbors are nice.I have lived here three years.you better love cats... My neighbor has at least 4. Other neighbor has 3 dogs....Some people can do as they like others... Not so much.********** this was written to cause problems or hurt feelings but to show that depending on who you are you are treated differently here and rules are not consistant.

Attended a great Christmas party as one of our members lives there and we got the room for free!

Manager and the Management company are horrible..some of.the people that live there are really great people and some are backstabbing liars with hidden agendas. I would look elsewhere to live.

My friend is getting kicked out because she is not 55 yrs old. I think thats crappy.
