Love the climbing here! Well maintained routes and hardware and path is straight and close to the wall. Placard at most routes. mountainproject.com helps a lot for the unnamed routes.

As a photographer have to say that this place is amazing. I did a small hike and loved it. People need to pick up their trash so it can stay amazing. Its not a place for small children because it requires a lot of climbing and walking. The trails are steep and pretty dangerous. Will definitely be going back to enjoy that place.

This land is owned and operated by SEC climbing coalition and is now closed to the public. In order to get in you must obtain a gate code and can do so by filling out a climbing waiver online. Beautiful area once youre in there! Tons of rock climbing or a nice swim area in the summer.

Steep Narrow trail on cliffs for rock climbing up. Probably better leave the kids at home and tell someone where you are going.

Great place to sport climb. Make sure you are out by dark or they will close the gate. Most of the routes are labeled with their name and grade, but the labels can be hard to see (small metal plaques). Overlooks the Cumberland, and on a hot day you could probably make your way down to the river to cool off.

Went on a guided rock climbing trip and loved it. There was a large variety in difficulty so anyone can enjoy climbing as long as they have someone who knows what they are doing and can lead climb/belay.

Gates open between 7 or 9 a.m. closes before dusk. This place has been here way before the fences but thanks to enthusiasts it is drawing in recognition and attention from others. It is rugged and steep river terrain, the Cumberland River itself is reason enough to visit this water front view. It is a great attraction to add to the outdoor sportsmans list....Please pick up any trash, it is beautiful and sacred Southern Ground.

Great place for all levels of climbers. Most routes are accurately and clearly marked. The shade in the summer makes it an enjoyable getaway all year.

Close by climbing crag. Gate is locked outside for a reason. To keep non climbers out, and their trash out as well. If you are not a Climber and you sneak in, please do not hurt yourself nor leave trash behind. Please practice LNT LEAVE NO TRACE

This is a great place for beginner sports rock climbers. All routes on the cliff have metal anchors. All you need is rope, carabiners, climbing shoes, chalk, a harness, and a partner. Theres is a gate at the entance. The lock combo is in the mountaineering project website. There is no fee and not many people come here.
