First 2 years were pleasant.Now, in year 3: it feels like living in the USSR.Staff patrols the streets like the KGB, on the eve of holidays to ensure no ones having a good time. House is nice, but breaks down all the time, and were given grief (Reprisal) for putting in work orders.Wish management would treat us like PAYING Residents, in stead of freeloaders. They act like their doing us a Favor taking our money.Ive literally consulted and put a lawyer on retainer, just in case.

It’s okay, when my husband came up to wait for one to come open and rent we came a couple weeks later the floors was dirty and the carpet was filthy we had to buy a steam cleaner and vacuum to clear the floors so much dirt came up it made me sick to my stomach we did this 4xs over the carpet and water was still black and there is a smell in the carpet like animal pee the steamer still has not help we think all the carpet need to be changed out had to scrub the doors down and re clean the Refrigerator and among other things I was very disappointed due to Covid going around I don’t think no one clean this unit and just handed my husband the keys. Not good when you have an grandson living with you. This community have to better with clean up.

I have been here 7years, lucky to have very good neighbors. Thats the positive, the only positive. Lot rent has consistently gone up for what I cant see. More mischief now, alot of residence have put up cameras. It has turned into a trailer park than a community. I really wouldnt recommend this place for any one that wants a nice,peaceful,safe and affordable home. Someone has got to fix this.

I love my home I bought but think lot rent is expensive and people are saying it goes up every year..eventually people are not gonna want to pay the lot rent because its as high as a house payment now ...So pretty soon no one could afford it...Your eventually gonna run everyone off

We have friends who live here. I seen a lot of trailer parks, Im not sure you can qualify this as one. This place is clean, well maintained, and quite cute. So lets call it a manufactured home residency. Right down the road they have Jazz music in the park during the summertime. The housing is on the outskirts of town, but only a few minutes from everything which is nice because you can enjoy being close to the city, but not have all the crazy traffic. I would imagine this place would be a great place to rent if you were to get stationed at Ft. Campbell. Im impressed.

This trailer park is really nice, neat and clean. No old junkie trailers, all pretty new. Management is fair and reasonable to deal with.

Great place to live

My family has lived here for about 2yrs now.. We bought the home and rent the property but even if just renting the costs are far more accommodating than Nashville and 100% better school district..Between the schools, management and location I couldnt ask for much more. Its truly a neighborhood that kids are able to play safely outside and should a true concern ever arise the office is quick to handle it. (Im not talking pretty neighbor bickering. I mean safety.)The office is VERY active with the community and holds events for the neighborhood a few times a year with plenty to enjoy a family.We absolutely would and have recommendations this neighborhood to others and dont have any desire to move anytime soon.Anywhere kids can play ball, ride bikes, walk dogs etc and feel safe is great. My only qualms are with some ppl not abiding the posted speed limits and thats an issue almost anywhere these days.Thank you to the office and especially the property manager! Sherry is amazing!(my 4 kids agree fully )

I clean trailers over there sometimes . They are family friendly. Pet friendly. Swimming pool and play yard for kids.

Mrs. Sherry is the best. I lived here for a few years and had some unfortunate situations which lead to me having to leave. But sherry was so understanding and worked with me as much as she could. So for that I will always be grateful

Anticipating the move! Beautiful place. Near shopping and hospital.

We see people leaving here in droves. Somebody decided to try and charge gated community rents for a trailer park. At reasonable rents this is a nice place for the money, but as they keep jacking it up, its nowhere near what they want to charge. Like putting lipstick on a pig. Me and mine will follow all the others, and move someplace else where they have some understanding about how to operate without being drive purely by the greed motive.

The office management, some lady named “Marsha”, was exremely rude about people fishing in the pond. I was told by a supposed employee it was fine to fish as long as its catch and release, which i had no problem with. Aparently the guy i spoke to did not work there and lied to me about fishing in the pond. After explaining the honest mistake abt being lied to, management and her “husband” continued to be rude without any understanding of what we were were told and lied to. Extremely rude, un friendly and obvious disrespect for others.

I love the homes

Nice park. Clean well kept. Quite setting yet close to most everything. NOW as for the office and maintenance staff they need a good housecleaning.Take what they say with a grain of salt because they will mislead you in a blink of an eye. Then when you check again theyll have no clue and SIT right there and yes I said SIT and deny any thing that was previously said.

Nice place. Not a trailer park, but a mobile home community.

Place has absolutely no structure. They like to put words in your mouth and lie about a lot of things. They like to play favorites to who they want to follow the rules and those that dont have to. Save your money and move elsewhere

Fantastic neighborhood. Management and facilities have been wonderful. They take pride in creating a beautiful and safe place for everyone to live and enjoy as a community.

Beautiful and quite neighborhood. Kid friendly and staff is always on alert for suspicious activity going on in the area. Highly recommend it to live in for any type of family.
