Nice clean looking place

George was so helpful, sweet and fun to hangout with. Very professional and honest about the showing and application process. The outside of all the homes and yards are very well maintained by him and has a very safe feel to it all. Thank you for meeting with us and showing such wonderful hospitality.

For a mobile home park this is a great place to live. Newer homes, clean, safe place to live. Maintenance is prompt and courteous. We would recommend to anyone looking short term or extended living.

Seen one youve seen them all I guess. Is clean and quite for the most part and well maintained. Owner is easy to get along with and talk to. That is of course you pay your rent, not sure but if you dont Id say he can be nasty.

Worst experience ever with this manager, George Allen. Filled out our app on a Thurs & handed him the $100 fee. Was told we would know something the following day. Called Fri and was told Mon, called Mon a few times. He would either NOT answer or if he did answer he would say hed call right back, which he NEVER once did. This went on for several days, he would NOT return our calls nor would he just give us an update on our app. If it wasnt approved, thats fine but at least have the decency to let us know something, we deserve that much. He knew we had to be out of our previous apartment that weekend, and of course we DID NOT have the money to waste on this place when we could have used it towards a reliable place. We feel as though we just handed this man money and he just took advantage of us. Not only is he VERY inconsiderate he is unprofessional!!

Horrible experience the owner George is extremely rude & unprofessional. I paid him $50 for a BACKGROUND CHECK Had to call repeadly and he told me no I wasnt excepted ( I have a clean record BTW) I asked him for a copy stating by law I have a right and he hung up in my face and threatened to have me arrested for harrasment if I contacted him again. I am employeed through tenncare so I know FOR A FACT my record is acceptable. This man should not be in charge of any business he has zero customer service skills. And he is extremely unprofessional. I have contacted a lawyer regarding this situation. Do not take a chance with this rude, insensitive man!
