Family lives here but every time Ive been to visit its been nice. The community is quiet, clean and management is kind and welcoming. My family member loves living here and I can see why.

Nice place to stay

This is a great place to live! Very nice trailer park and very nice people who run it! Pet friendly, and you have peace and quiet here!! Close to I-65, restaurants, malls, etc..

I rate it compared to other nearby parks. There arent many to choose from. Nice big trees. Lots of shade. Decent laundry/ restrooms. The sites are close together though. Gravel lots but pretty level if you get on the spot right. Usually pretty full. Count on some close neighbors. Dont count on a pull thru site. Folks there will help you get lined up in your spot. Depending on where you get placed keep in mind you may have to back out of the spot so make the allowances you need to be ready to do so when the time comes
