The views from this building are indescribable. There are views of Lake, Millennium Park and you can even see the entire museum campus- including Solider Field. There is a wonderful staff that works at the front desk, and multiple ways to enter the building without ever stepping foot outdoors. You can park at Millennium parking garage, take the Metra train or connect from one of the nearby buildings all through these underground tunnels. I really enjoy the sitting lounge. It is clean and the art is tasteful. Clearly, I do not think anyone should be sitting there during a pandemic, but if the weather is nice enough you should check out their outdoor seating areas.

The downtown location is very much popular for visits and I loved visiting the place.

Beautiful Promenade, right along Michigan Ave in the heart of Chicagos downtown area. You can see The Bean / Cloud Gate sculpture, a big Stadium and in colder weather, there is ice skating closer to Michigan Ave.

Went to an event. It is an amazing building inside and out. The location right next to Millenium park is sweet.

The lady at the bar was super rude& the wings were horrible. My family loved the pizzaand the lady working the take out orders was so friendly.

Very impressive building with security to assist in entry when open. Helpful elevator banks that bring you to segments of the building. Even a spacious and luxurious gym on the 11th floor with access to a roof top.

If you get a chance to chill on the 11th floor roof, it’s gorgeous. The bartenders are kind & the little food truck is delicious.

Visited the Bean on Friday with sons. Great place to visit of its your first time in the Windy City.

Claasic downtown Chicago high rise, truly a wonderful structure. Close walk to the magnificent mile as well as lots of options for food, drink. Front deal staff always so nice and helpful.

Super clean and modern. Having worked there I am a bit jaded, but it is a pleasant building. It is ideally located, and through the pedway below one can navigate to anywhere.

Dont go to close to the wall...It smells like pee

We love the lobby of this building. We often stop in there to watch the video screens as they display incredible landscapes, all seasonally appropriate! We discovered this place on a Chicago Architectural Association walking tour of the Pedway System, which is something we also recommend.

The Prudential building is iconic, and it breathes history. My high school - George Westinghouse A.V.H.S., graduated its first four year class, from the auditorium of the Prudential Building.

The front desk employees and security staff are always super helpful and soooo friendly! I also love the little parties the building throws once in a while, and the cleanliness and atmosphere of the whole space.

Man wearing a gray t shirt and shorts with yellow security writing on the back holding a cocktail was a bit questionable. But enjoyed using the parking garage to get to Wildberry. Parking garage is always clean and feels safe.

One of the highlights of Chicago. A short visit with some photos would be sufficient, though. It can get crowded time to time. In general, a clear recommendation to visit.

Beautiful plaza. Was there for a conference down the street and parked in their parking garage. Their parking garage does have confusing stairwell signs but it wouldnt stop us from coming again.

As far as plazas go, this one is the plaza-iest. Winner of the 1998 “Miss Plaza” contest, this plaza places well in every category except swimwear, a comment that is less than subjective.

Security is the absolute best. Friendly, helpful and always smiling. They even greet you with a smile on the lobby.

It was very nice, clean kept up nicely, good security, good options for lunch.

A beautiful building, inside and out. Rooftop deck is immaculate and provides for sweeping views of the cityscape.

Giordanos is a destination restaurant for us everytime we visit Chicago. Hands down our favorite deep dish pizza. Wait times are usually long, but it allows us to have a drink and catch up. Love Giordanos!

I been in this building for last 5 and a half years and Im happy. The best part is a gym access. Management is great.

Nice looking building. Did not go inside except for the restaurant on the first floor.

Good place to park your car overnight if your staying downtown. I just recommend heading out super early. The god has issues directing to the location because the lot is underneath the prudential building.

Light airy space on the ground floor with soft seating shattered around. Access was via a revolving door and access for those in a wheelchair or a pushchair was not obvious or not sign posted well

Weather was perfect and we enjoyed pizza @ Giordanos

Can you believe,was once the tallest building in Chicago

Really cool place... one of Chicagos original skyscrapers, used to have a restaurant on the top floor known as Top of the Rock. They recently redid the lobby of this building and it includes a super wide video screen showing cool scenes of the city. The lobby alone is worth a visit.
