A lovely jewelry store with great customer service. Such a unique selection! I was looking for a pair of fun earrings to wear during a virtual presentation. Staff went above and beyond sending me lots of photo options to help me decide what to get.

After buying many items for my wife over the years. We were treated very poorly when asking about a bracelet previously purchased there had a clasp break and was lost.

I pretty much only wear jewelry from here and get compliments all the time. They arent showy pieces-- just very well designed and constructed. I love this store so much.

Very good customer service. They delivered what was promised, on time, for a very reasonable price. They also had an great selection of unique wedding bands for both men and woman.

This is long overdue. We bought a yellow blown glass cat back in February during those cold, cold -30F days. You were kind enough to ship it home for us rather than us risking banging it around on the train. The cat arrived unscathed and was packaged very well (no broken tail! My main concern!). Thank you!

I love Pistachios! Here are some of my favorite things. The online experience has been great! You can text the staff from the website and they will answer any questions and model anything you want! They can tell you how the pieces are made. They must be artists, too. Since the pandemic, I had a private appointment in the gallery and that was pretty fun! I felt very safe. They had hand sanitizer, alcohol swabs and latex gloves. I think they clean the entire place after every customer. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable but not pushy. I can’t wait to get my next pair of earrings! I already know which ones I want....

Pistachios is my favorite place to shop in Chicago, and their staff really go the extra mile for their customers. They have a unique and beautiful selection, and ever since I’ve moved to LA, the owner Jessica has been amazing about sending me curated selections with photos and measurements when I’m not sure what I’m looking for.
