I purchased a necklace from Arts & Artisans about 3 years ago. I lost it this past December. I called the store in Chicago and doke with Amy, I told her the piece I lost and right away she knew what I was talking about. It’s a mother daughter design team that made the necklace. She took my information and about a week later I received it in the mail... WOW. I’m so happy I got another one. If your in Chicago stop and say hi, if not shop online. I love this place!!!

This place had great souvenirs. I wanted a painting to bring home with me, but they were pretty expensive so I ended up getting a really cute photo frame. The staff was very nice and helpful as well.

I just love this store. I have to have my wits about me not to buy everything in sight. I love their clothing styles and especially their umbrellas. Theyre very sturdy and great designs on them. I get excited when it rains so I can use my umbrella!
